高灵敏复合光波导是在K 交换玻璃光波导上面涂(溅射法或旋转涂膜法)两端带斜坡的高折射率薄膜而研制出的一种元件.该元件表面灵敏度比K 交换玻璃光波导或分光光度法的灵敏度高出了2~3个数量级.利用复合光波导研制的氨气传感器和免疫传感器的灵敏度达到了世界领先水平.光波导传感器具有体积小,响应快,灵敏度高等特点.该文较全面介绍了利用高折射率薄膜设计和研制高灵敏复合光波导及其在化学生物传感器中的应用,并对未来光波导传感器的研究作了展望. 相似文献

介绍将生成或已有的有限元规则六面体单元改变成形状复杂且光滑的六面体单元的一种新技术——波形法.简单建立了波形法的数学模型并编程进行了网格生成.实验结果表明,只要把复杂外部形状按波的形式传输给指定的规则六面体单元模型,就可以得到具有复杂外部形状的六面体单元网格模型,且网格生成速度快、不出现单元或节点漏洞、欠缺等问题,同时不受单元类型的限制。 相似文献

In this paper, a production control model proposed by Holt, Modigliani, Muth and Simon and a marketing model suggested by Nerlove and Arrow, are combined to produce an optimal control problem with two state variables, two control variables and inequality constraints on these variables. The optimal production rate and advertising expenditures over time are determined using the maximum principle. Due to the complex nature of the necessary conditions, the numerical technique known as the initial-value shooting method, is used to generate optimal trajectories. 超级量子失协因其具有超越普通量子失协和量子纠缠的特性受到人们的普遍关注。本文从理论上对比研究了含Dzyaloshinski-Moriya相互作用的Heisenberg XYZ模型处于热平衡下的超级量子失协和普通量子失协。研究发现,超级量子失协总是大于普通量子失协,而且Dzyaloshinski-Moriya相互作用对超级量子失协起着积极作用。最有意义的是温度对该模型中超级量子失协的影响比普通量子失协小得多。 相似文献

This research was carried out to determine the effects of vitamin E supplementation on inter- and intramuscular fatty acid composition in meat of Awassi lambs. Lambs were divided into two groups, control (CG) and experimental (VG), at the beginning of the fattening period. The CG and VG lambs were fed the same concentrate and hay. The VG also received a supplement of 45 mg vitamin E (DL-α tocopheryl acetate) per lamb per day for the 75-day fattening period prior to slaughter. After slaughtering, carcasses were stored at 4 0.5C for 24 h. Then , M. longissimus dorsi (LD) muscles were excised from carcasses, and the intra- and intermuscular fats from LD muscles were used as study material. Results showed that vitamin E supplementation had no significant effect on fatty acid composition in intra- and intermuscular fats (P < 0.05). Fatty acid content in intramuscular fats were different than those in intermuscular fats (P < 0.01) except for lauric (C12 ), linoleic (C18:2 ) and linolenic (C18:3 ) acids (P < 0.05). Total saturated fatty acids in the intramuscular fats were lower than in intramuscular fats (P < 0.01). In addition, the majority of fatty acids, both intramuscular and intermuscular, in Awassi lambs were oleic (C18:1 ), palmitic (C16 and stearic (C18 ) acids. 相似文献

为得到天山花椒萜类化合物的提取工艺参数,以新疆天山花楸为原料测定不同部位萜类化合物含量,通过单因素试验分析浸泡时间、甲醇与水混合液、加水量、提取温度、粉碎粒度,确定天山花楸中萜类化合物提取工艺条件。结果得到的最佳提取条件为:以体积分数20%甲醇溶液作溶剂,原料质量与溶剂总体积比为1.5g:10.0mL,恒温60℃浸提4h,测得的天山花楸的萜类化合物提取量为叶1.59%、枝1.45%。本方法结果可靠、操作简便,最佳条件适合该药材的批量提取。 相似文献

利用旋转甩涂法将掺有硫堇的Nation复合敏感薄膜固定在钾离子(K+)交换玻璃光波导表面,成功检测出了低浓度的二甲苯蒸汽.实验结果表明,常温下该元件对于质量浓度为4ms/m3的二甲苯蒸汽有很明显响应,其线性响应范围为4~6 800mg/m3.相同浓度的其它挥发性气体对检测二甲苯蒸汽干扰较小.该气敏元件具有灵敏度高、线性响应范围宽、响应恢复速度快、制作工艺简单等特点. 相似文献
