随着人民生活水平的日益提高，日前我国厨柜行业正进入一个快速发展期，厨柜市场需求潜力巨大，据国务院研究中心统计表明在：我国约有1亿户城市家庭中整体厨柜的拥有率仅为6.8%，远低于发达国家水平，未来五年国内市场总容量将达2900万套，平均每年580万套；同时消费者对厨柜产品的认知度低，仅有30％左右的家庭表示听说过“整体厨房”，厨柜市场竞争日趋激烈以区域，     

Canola oil processing in Canada

Canola is the registered trademark of the Canola Council of Canada for the seed, oil and meal derived from rapeseed cultivars low in erucic acid and low in glucosinolates. Conversion to canola cultivars on a commercial scale started in 1976; in 1981, ca. 87% of the brassica-based oil crop in Canada was of canola quality. Canola oil is the most important oil in Canada. Processing of the oil is, in its essentials, conventional. A few problems not usually encountered with other oils are its chlorophyll content which requires extra processing and analytical effort, and certain limitations in crystallization behavior when highly hydrogenated. Advantages are that stable oils can be produced at moderate degree of hydrogenation, and without hydrogenation in the case of salad oil. New developments in processing of the oil have led to the production of acid-degummed, crude oil on a commercial scale. This opens the possibility to apply physical refining to the oil.

Auenrevitalisierung – Potenzial und Grenzen am Beispiel der Lobau, Nationalpark Donau-Auen

What is now Vienna’s Lobau floodplain is a remnant of a much larger, dynamic floodplain region on the left bank of the Danube. Efforts to regulate the river’s flow in the late 19th century resulted in an almost complete separation of the area from the main channel, and the resultant hydrological and ecological deficits call for sustainable revitalization measures for the Lobau that preserve the area’s high natural value and support a stronger hydrological dynamic closer to its original character, without sacrificing essential current forms of use like flood protection and drinking water production. In the following, various already completed and planned remedial measures for the Upper and Lower Lobau are presented, and their effects on the area in question, their potential but also their limitations with regard to restoring the dynamic of the floodplains and lastingly reversing local processes are discussed. The revitalization project for the Upper and Lower Lobau pursues a conservation-based approach that is above all intended to compensate for hydrological deficits in the extremely degraded Upper Lobau and safeguard the status quo there. Initial research results are promising, confirming positive effects on water quality and habitats in the Upper Lobau. Given the increased water levels, the efforts planned for the Lower Lobau will at least generate a certain dynamic in its upper range (moderate floodplain revitalization). However, a far-reaching reversal of the processes currently at work in the Lower Lobau will require large-scale revitalization efforts that secure a dynamic linking of the area to the Danube, including periodic high flow-through rates; these in turn will support morphological redistribution processes, initiating broad-scale and lasting habitat changes.

In this paper, the main dimensions of information management are analysed by means of author cocitation. The article is structured as follows: After a short introduction, the method used in the study will be described. This will be followed by the structure of the study. According to the results of the analysis, a distinction can be made between technology-oriented and information-oriented information management approaches. Technology-oriented approaches deal primarily with the efficient and effective use of computer-based information systems. They are in the domains of Management Information Systems (MIS) and business informatics. Information-oriented approaches focus mainly on information, with special attention given to its transfer and use. The design of computer-based information systems is practically ignored by these approaches, which are in the field of information science.     

应用QSAR预测人双载蛋白Ⅰ型SH3结构域及其配体多肽的亲和力

蛋白质间的相互作用在信号转导和其他许多生物进程有着至关重要的作用.从20种天然氨基酸的554个物化性质中,单变量建模方法挑选出疏水、静电、立体、氢键4个描述子表征能与人类双载蛋白SH3结构域结合的多肽,预测SH3结构域-肽亲和力.所得描述子并未对变量进行主成分分析(PCA)压缩,且只对氨基酸侧链性质进行结构表征,因此应用这4个描述子并结合多元线性回归(MLR)建模方法对SH3结构域-肽体系进行定量构效关系(OSAR)研究分析域-肽亲和力.测试集的多肽用于模型的验证,内部验证复相关系数(R2)和外部留一法交互验证相关系数(Q2)分别为:0.682,0.650,预测均方根误差(RMSE)为0.528,从模型统计数据可知,QSAR模型预测模型稳定性高,预测能力强.说明这4个描述子物具有更为确切的物化意义,表征过程更加简洁有效且研究效率高的多重优点,并可以拓展预测不同的域-肽体系.

In a European comparison, liberalization in Austria has given the small country a wide range of providers and brought hard competition to the telecom operators. Today information technology and telecommunications have long been an inseparable unity, and globally the ICT branch has become a key factor in guaranteeing high quality standards for Austria as a place to do business. In this scenario we need political incentives for infrastructure investments and national solidarity for broadband by politics, industry and research, to be able to keep step with the speed of international development.
