Fluorine compounds have high discharge voltage due to its highly ionic metal-ligand bonds. In them, perovskite-type metal trifluorides with corner sharing matrix have large bottlenecks of diffusion pathways for intercalants. Iron trifluoride composites (FeF3-C) prepared by planetary ball milling with carbon showed reversible charge/discharge behavior not only for Li, but also for Na anodes. X-ray diffraction and 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy were applied to characterize the electrochemical properties of FeF3 vs. Li and Na anodes. The cathode performances of the other commercially available transition metal trifluorides such as MF3 (M = Ti, V, Mn, Co) have been also investigated.  相似文献

We isolated a strain from hop-resistant Lactobacillus hrevis ABBC45, which had lost a plasmid (pRH45) harboring a putative hop resistance gene, horA. The hop resistance level of this horA-deficient strain, named ABBC45(C), was initially low but gradually induced by repeated growth in media containing progressively increasing levels of hop compounds. Although the hop resistance level was substantially lower than that of the hop-adapted wild type strain, hop-adapted ABBC45(C) (ABBC45(CR)) was still capable of growing in beer, suggesting ABBC45 possesses at least two hop resistance mechanisms. Hop resistance acquired by ABBC45(CR) gradually diminished to the pre-adapted level, when the strain was grown repeatedly in the absence of hop compounds. ABBC45(CR) was found to be cross-resistant to several structurally unrelated drugs, including ethidium bromide, daunomycin and nisin. In addition, ABBC45(CR) was shown to extrude ethidium in an energy-dependent manner, while ABBC45(C) did not show such activity. This indicates that the efflux pump was induced by adaptation to hop compounds. The efflux activity of ethidium was reduced by the addition of hop compounds, suggesting hop compounds are also the substrate of the efflux pump. It was also shown that the efflux activity was completely dissipated with the abolition of proton motive force (PMF). These results, taken together, suggest the hop resistance mechanism of ABBC45(C) is mediated by PMF-dependent multidrug efflux pump.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrated that the technique to stabilize the output signal by harmonic intensities is useful in heterodyne detection with an incoherent light source such as a halogen lamp. The relation between the relative standard deviation of an output signal and the fluctuation of the light intensity is analyzed and simulated. Using the fundamental to sixth harmonics increases the stabilities of output signal approximately 3 times, and subtracting the relative standard deviation of the intensity of light source enhances the stabilities 49 times. The fluctuating phase that is due to the fluctuating frequency and temperature and its power spectrum density for an interferometer is also calculated with the Allan variance.  相似文献

A highly potent allelopathic factor, lepidimoide, was initially extracted from mucilage of germinated cress seeds. Polysaccharide extracted from okra (Abelmoschus esculentum Moench) is considered to have a similar structure to lepidimoide as its repeating unit. We therefore initiated the screening of enzymes capable of degrading okra polysaccharide into lepidimoide from endophytes. We discovered an endophytic fungal strain AHU9748 isolated from Coleus galeatus, which produced an oligosaccharide having similar properties to lepidimoide on thin layer chromatography. The physico-chemical data from ESI-MS, NMR spectra and other analyses also showed the purified product to be identical to lepidimoide. The strain AHU9748 was identified as a fungus belonging to the coelomycetes, closely related to the genus Colletotrichum, based on morphological characteristics and sequence analysis of the 18S rDNA and ITS region.  相似文献

We have performed high-dose Fe ion implantation into Si and characterized ion-beam-induced microstructures as well as annealing-induced ones using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD). Single crystals of Si(1 0 0) substrate were irradiated at 623 K with 120 keV Fe+ ions to a fluence of 4 × 1017 cm−2. The irradiated samples were then annealed in a vacuum furnace at temperatures ranging from 773 K to 1073 K. Cross-sectional TEM observations and GIXRD measurements revealed that a layered structure is formed in the as-implanted specimen with ε-FeSi, β-FeSi2 and damaged Si, as component layers. A continuous β-FeSi2 layer was formed on the topmost layer of the Si substrate after thermal annealing.  相似文献

Electron-beam-irradiation effects on silicon carbide (SiC) was investigated as a function of the irradiated temperatures. Single crystalline 6H-SiC was irradiated with 300 kV electrons at temperatures ranging from −170 to 250 °C. It was found that amorphous SiC is induced at −170 °C and room temperature, while crystalline Si is formed at 250 °C with a high electron fluence. It is considered that preferential knock-on displacement of C atoms and damage recovery play an important role in the formation of the amorphous SiC and crystalline Si.  相似文献

The transport properties of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7– -Ag composite ceramic system have been studied from the viewpoint of the percolation theory. The percolation threshold volume fraction f c of Ag determined from the electrical resistivity and from the thermal conductivity is f c =0.125±0.005. This markedly smaller value than the theoretical value ( f c =0.16) suggests the segregative distribution of Ag. The critical exponent t depends on the component conductivity ratio h = YBCO / Ag , which can be explained on the basis of the scaling hypothesis.  相似文献

The effects of the pore diameter, bath surface pressure, and nozzle diameter on the bubble formation from a porous bottom nozzle placed in a water bath and on the behavior of rising bubbles were investigated with still and high-speed video cameras and a two-needle electroresistivity probe. Three types of bubble dispersion patterns were observed with respect to gas flow rate, and they were named the low, medium, and high gas flow rate regimes. The transition boundaries between these gas flow rate regimes were expressed in terms of the superficial velocity at the nozzle exit, i.e., the volumetric gas flow rate per unit nozzle surface area. These transition boundaries were dependent on the pore diameter but hardly dependent on the bath surface pressure and the porous nozzle diameter. The characteristics of rising bubbles in each gas flow rate regime were investigated as functions of the three parameters.  相似文献

The occurrence and fate of a herbicide CNP (2,4,6-trichlorophenyl-4′-nitrophenylether) in rivers and agricultural drainages was investigated. CNP residues in water samples were extracted by adsorption on a macroreticular XAD-2 resin column and subjected to gas chromatographic analysis using an electron capture detection after desorption from the column and concentration. The minimum detectable amount was 0.04 ng and a positive identification of CNP residue in water samples was obtained with a combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computer system when 500 ng of CNP was injected. CNP residues were detected in water samples taken in June to September, and these levels were between 0.01 and 16.67 μg l−1. The maximum level was found in a sample taken on 13th July, 1977, about a month after beginning rice seedling transplantation, and the minimum level was detected on August 29th, 1977. However CNP residue levels were increased again in September because flooded water on the paddy fields was excluded. CNP was more persistent in the aquatic environment than a herbicide benthiocarb.  相似文献

Recent evidence in marine invertebrate, frog, and zebrafish eggs suggests the involvement of a Src family kinase (SFK) in fertilization-induced Ca2+ release. In the present study, we have investigated whether activation of an SFK is required for initiation of intracellular Ca2+ ([Ca2+]i) oscillations in mouse fertilization. We detected a Hck-like protein and tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins in soluble and insoluble sperm fractions, respectively. However, the presence of these proteins did not correspond to the active fractions of porcine sperm extracts (pSE). Moreover, [Ca2+]i oscillations induced by pSE in mouse eggs were unaltered by pre-incubation of pSE with specific SFK inhibitors such as 4-amino-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-7-(t-butyl)pyrazol[3,4-d]-pyrimidine (PP2) or lavendustin A, despite the fact that the inhibitors were shown to be active both in vivo and in vitro. Another SFK inhibitor, peptide A, blocked oscillations when incubated with pSE prior to injection into eggs, but this inhibition required more than ten times the concentration reportedly required to inhibit SFK activity. In addition, pre-injection or pre-incubation of eggs with these inhibitors did not affect the ability of pSE to trigger [Ca2+]i oscillations in mouse eggs. Microinjection of a recombinant c-Src protein or mRNAs encoding constitutively active Src proteins did not induce [Ca2+]i release. Finally, when sperm and eggs, both of which were pre-treated with PP2, were fertilized, [Ca2+]i oscillations occurred normally. We can therefore conclude that activation of an SFK is neither necessary nor sufficient for triggering fertilization-induced [Ca2+]i oscillations.  相似文献
