Essential fatty acids were estimated in plasma, red blood cells and liver total phospholipids in rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and humans. There were large species differences, suggesting that different species levels should be borne in mind when choosing an animal for a particular study. The 2 species most susceptible to atheroma, the guinea pig and the rabbit, had very high levels of linoleic acid and low levels of linoleic acid metabolites. n−3 fatty acid levels were low in guinea pigs and rabbits and the ratio of n−3 to n−6 fatty acids also was low in the rat. Mice and hamsters had the highest n−3 levels, suggesting they may be the best species to use for studies on the roles of n−3 essential fatty acids. Mice and hamsters and, in some respect rats, were closest to humans in their fatty acid patterns.  相似文献

2010年三维定量荧光录井技术在冀东油田开始推广应用,基于该技术的解释评价方法地域性较强,研究适用于冀东油田的解释评价图板与标准是确保成功应用的关键。针对这一现状,首先,借助大港油田成功应用该技术的经验,在系统分析冀东和大港两个油田190口井原油样品和314种钻井液添加剂的基础上,总结出了原油和钻井液添加剂图谱分布特征;然后,经过现场对冀东油田36口井三维定量荧光图谱的分析研究,结合试油数据,依据三维定量荧光图谱特征,首次引入了解释评价参数一波长偏差;最后,通过该油田9口井定量荧光数据的统计分析,结合试油结果,得出了定量荧光对比级别分别与最佳激发和最佳发射波长偏差的解释评价图板及标准,以此为基础形成了波长偏差解释评价方法。现场应用表明,该方法能够快速有效地指导录井现场进行油气显示判断与储集层流体性质评价,解释评价符合率为82%。  相似文献

低渗透断块油藏改善开发效果配套开采技术"项目是中国石油天然气总公司确定的"八五"后三年全国油气田开发重点或科技推广项目之一。华北石油管理局从低渗透复杂砂岩油藏中筛选出13个区块,全力投入到项目实施之中。3年来,以经济效益为中心,围绕改善油藏开发效果、提高采油速度、增加可采储量为重点目标,认真编制切实可行的地质方案、工艺技术配套方案和实施方案,依靠初步完善的六大系列配套开采技术,对13个区块进行了综合治理改造,使开发效果得到明显改善。本文重点阐述了六六配套开采技术的推广应用情况及其实施效果,在此基础上,提出  相似文献

The interrelations between linoleic acid (LA) metabolites and fish oil fatty acids were studied. Sprague-Dawley rats (200–220 g) were fed a fat-free semisynthetic diet supplemented with 10% (by weight) of different combinations of evening primrose oil (EPO), a rich source of LA and γ-linolenic acid, and polepa (POL), a marine oil rich in eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids. The combinations of supplement were as follows: 9% EPO-1% POL, 8% EPO-2% POL, 7% EPO-3% POL, 6% EPO-4% POL and 5% EPO-5% POL. After two weeks on the respective diets, the animals were killed, and the fatty acid compositions of liver and plasma phospholipids were examined. The results showed that animals fed higher proportions of POL consistently contained higher levels of dihomo-γ-linolenic acid (DGLA) (p<0.05), a metabolite of LA and GLA, and lower levels of arachidonic acid (AA) (p<0.01), a metabolite of DGLA through Δ-5-desaturation. Thus, an inverse relationship between AA/DGLA ratio and EPA levels was found to exist (r=−0.765 in plasma and −0.792 in liver). However, there was no such relationship between AA/DGLA ratio and DHA levels. This result suggested that EPA but not DHA in fish oil exerts an inhibitory effect on the conversion of DGLA to AA.  相似文献

Using a two-dimensional (2-D) Green's function technique, similar to Shockley's impedance field technique, simulation results of the drain id and gate induced ig channel noise are presented for an nMOS transistor as a function of frequency. The simulation results show that for frequencies much lower than the cutoff frequency of the transistor ft the correlation factor (i.e., i¯ i¯*/√ig-2 ig-2) between the drain and gate channel noise is equal to approximately 0.4j. For frequencies near the ft of the device the correlation factor approximately equals 0.3j. For f/ft~0.3, the contribution of the gate induced noise compared to the drain noise was found to be on the order of 1% (i.e., i g-2/id-2(ft/f) 2)  相似文献

通过哈南油田岩芯裂缝古地磁定向,确定了裂缝发育方向.鉴定了121块微裂缝薄片,分析了微裂缝与大裂缝关系.作了一个井组的示踪剂实验,检测裂缝与断层导水形式.在此基础上,分析了前人的地震、钻井断层解释,以及动态资料,认为哈南油田阿尔善油藏断裂系统是NE向断层(包括裂缝)与NW向裂缝组成的一组共轭断裂系统.发现断裂系统导水严重,断裂发育区水进速度约为0~100m/d.断层面导水、断层对接导水致使注采层系混乱,形成上层注下层采或下层注上层采的非同层注采局面.同时部分油井憋压过高,部分油井暴性水淹.针对油田断裂系统特征,提出了应对措施:导水断层附近注水井井距加大;在断层面充水情况下,断层附近注水井适当减少注入量或采用脉冲式注水;针对层系之间串水现象,调整开发层系.  相似文献

在加强地质研究、深化对油藏认识的基础上,针对河间东营组油藏,应用综合控水稳油技术,如动态调配、改变液流方向、间歇注水等调整注水结构的措施,使开发效果得到明显改善,实现了高含水开发后期的稳产。该研究成果对类似油藏的开发有借鉴作用。  相似文献

In this paper we present a new methodology for measuring all the intrinsic gate capacitors (i.e., gate-source, gate-drain, and gate-bulk) in a MOS device using a DC measurement scheme. The structure consists of two matched MOSFET's, one of which has a reference capacitor attached to its gate. In this paper, the author presents a new methodology for measuring the gate drain capacitance of CMOS devices using an accelerated dc measurement scheme. The gate-drain capacitance was measured using a floating gate MOS transistor, i.e., an MOS transistor with an additional capacitor placed in series with the gate oxide capacitance. This was implemented within a standard p-well CMOS process using two matched transistors. The top capacitance couples charge onto the gate oxide capacitor and the gate-drain capacitor.
