W–Si–N thin films were deposited via rf-magnetron sputtering from a W5Si3 target in Ar/N2 reactive gas mixtures over a large range of compositions, obtained by varying the partial flow of nitrogen within the reaction chamber. The samples of each set were then thermally annealed in vacuum at different temperatures up to 980 °C.Film composition was determined by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS), surface film morphology by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), micro-structure by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrational properties by FT-IR absorption and Raman scattering spectroscopy, and electrical resistivity by four-point probe measurements.Independently of the deposition conditions, all the as-deposited films have an amorphous structure, while their composition varies, showing an increase of Si/W ratio from 0.1 up to 0.55 when the nitrogen concentration in the films increases from 0 to 60 at%. Thermal treatments in vacuum induce an important loss of nitrogen in the nitrogen-rich samples, especially at temperatures higher than 600 °C. Samples with high nitrogen content preserve their amorphous structure even at the highest annealing temperature, despite the chemical bonding ordering observed by means of FT-IR measurements. Raman spectroscopy of as-deposited films rich in nitrogen suggests the presence of an important amorphous silicon nitride component, but fails to detect any structural rearrangement either within the composite matrix of film or within silicon nitride component. Segregation of metallic tungsten was detected by TEM in the annealed sample with lowest nitrogen content (W58Si21N21). Finally, the resistivity of the films increases with the N content, while the loss of nitrogen accompanies the decrease of resistivity especially of samples with high nitrogen content.  相似文献

Productive hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection appears to be primarily confined to the liver. However, a wide variety of extrahepatic disease manifestations are associated with the infection and HCV RNA has been frequently detected in gastric mucosa. The present study aims to determine molecular alterations present in vivo in the stomach where HCV expression does not induce a carcinoma but a lymphoma, thus extending the knowledge of alterations in intracellular pathways consequent to HCV infection. We compared, by 2-D DIGE, the gastric protein expression profile from six HCV positive and six HCV negative samples lacking neoplastic or dysplastic conditions. In HCV positive tissue we observed a down regulation of proteins involved in MHC maturation and assembly, antigen processing and presentation and ER stress, in addition to an up regulation of proteins involved in cellular oxidative stress responses. Ubiquinol-cytochrome-C-reductase (UQCRFS1), part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain complex-III, was identified as the most up regulated protein. Data were confirmed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Our results demonstrate a HCV negative influence on the different pathways that determine antigen processing and presentation via MHC-I and the cellular attempts to counteract HCV induced oxidative stress. Both these processes facilitate immune escape and cell survival and probably contribute to HCV chronicization.  相似文献

SINBAD (Synchrotron Infrared Beamline At DAphiNE) is the first Italian synchrotron radiation beamline operating in the infrared range. It collects the radiation emitted by DANE, an electron-positron collider designed to work at 0.51 GeV with a beam current I> 1 A. The actual performances of the beamline, in terms of brilliance gain with respect to blackbodies and polarization properties, are presented and discussed. Finally, the stability of the SINBAD source, a critical issue for Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, is discussed.  相似文献

Three-phase composites in the system Al2O3-YAG-ZrO2 (AYZ) were produced by doping the surface of commercial alumina nanopowders with inorganic precursors of the second phases. Materials with three different compositions were prepared, in which 5, 20 and 33 vol.% of each second phase were respectively present. Pure crystalline phases were obtained in the final composites, as assessed by X-ray diffraction. Green bodies were produced by slip casting and uniaxial pressing. Subsequent free sintering led to full densification and to highly homogeneous microstructures, in terms of grain size and second phase distribution. A progressive refinement of the alumina matrix grain size was achieved by increasing the second phase content, varying from micro/nano-composites to ultra-fine structures, with a mean grain size of about 500 nm for all the phases. The three materials presented high Vickers hardness values, as a results of the high final density and ultra-fine, homogeneous microstructures.  相似文献

The experiment, which lasted 53 d, was conducted during the winter (February and March) of 2004 and used 48 Comisana ewes in mid lactation. A 2 x 2 factorial design was used, with ewes receiving two levels of dietary crude protein (CP) (moderate, 16% CP v. low, 13% CP) in the dry matter (DM) and being exposed to two ventilation rates (moderate, 47 m3/h v. low, 23.5 m3/h per ewe) for each dietary treatment. Air concentrations of NH3 and of microorganisms were measured twice weekly. Milk yield was recorded daily. Individual milk samples were analysed weekly for composition and fortnightly for bacteriological characteristics. After the last milk sampling (day 49 of the study period), four animals from each group were placed in a metabolism box and their individual faeces and urine were collected for three consecutive days. Amounts of urine and faeces excreted, and urinary and faecal N outputs were measured. The 16% CP diet resulted in a lower milk casein content and a higher milk urea concentration than the 13% CP diet, as well as in a reduced gross efficiency of utilization of dietary N, a greater amount of N excreted and a higher total coliform concentration in milk. The moderate ventilation rate resulted in higher yields of milk, irrespective of CP content. Significant interactions of CP level x ventilation rate were found for the amounts of urine, of total water and of faecal N, and for mesophilic concentration in milk, the highest values being displayed by the ewes fed the 16% CP diet and exposed to the low ventilation rate. The moderate dietary CP level and low ventilation rate had a deleterious effect on air concentrations of microorganisms and ammonia. Results suggested that a reduction of dietary CP level from 16 to 13% of DM had no detrimental effect on ewe milk yield in mid lactation and could even improve some of its nutritional and hygienic characteristics. Our findings also indicate that the choice of a proper ventilation rate is critical for high efficiency of production in the lactating ewe, especially in intensively managed flocks receiving diets high in CP.  相似文献

There is evidence that the efficiency of selective attention depends on the availability of cognitive control mechanisms as distractor processing has been found to increase with high load on working memory or dual task coordination (Lavie, Hirst, de Fockert, & Viding, 2004). We tested the prediction that cognitive control load would also affect the negative priming effect produced when a distractor from 1 trial appears as a target on the next trial. We measured priming on trials that involved either high or low cognitive control load, and found that under high control load, negative priming was eliminated, and could even be reversed to positive priming, suggesting that the negative priming effect depends on the availability of cognitive control resources. A coating technology based on low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HA) and ferulic acid (FA) was applied to the coating of low generation poly(propylene imine) dendrimers through a biocompatible hexa(ethylene glycol) spacer. The ensuing HA-FA-HEG-PPID dendrimeric materials showed interesting loading capability (between 7.65% and 9.08%) regarding anticancer agent doxorubicin, and their interactions with the drug appeared to hamper the drug release in the physiological environment. Thus, the stable nanostructured loaded delivery systems were able to internalize into cells expressing the HA receptor CD44 and to demonstrate high cytotoxicity comparable to that shown by equivalent amounts of free doxorubicin. Thus, HA-FA-HEG-PPID dendrimeric materials were proposed as biocompatible drug carriers capable of transporting anticancer doxorubicin to tumor cells.  相似文献
