Epitaxial film growth of Tl0.78Bi0.22Sr1.6Ba0.4Ca2Cu3O9 ((Tl,Bi)-1223) on rolling assisted biaxially textured substrates with YSZ and CeO2 buffer layers (RABiTS) has been successfully demonstrated by laser ablation and post-deposition annealing in flowing argon. X-ray diffraction (XRD) θ-2θ spectra showed that the films consisted mainly of c-axis aligned 1223 phase with some intergrown 1212 phase, while XRD Φ-scans of (102) pole figure revealed that the films are also a- and b-axes aligned, with an epitaxy of the «100» of (Tl,Bi)-1223 film on the «110» of the top YSZ buffer layer. Four-terminal electrical transport measurements showed that the zero-resistance transition temperature (Tc) was in the range of 106 - 110 K, and the critical current density (Jc) at 77 K and zero field was about 105 A/cm2 for the entire film width (3 mm) of a longer film (14 mm) which was processed differently from the shorter films (7 mm). For a shorter film (7 mm) that showed better ab-in-plane alignment, the magnetization Jc, at 77 K and extrapolated to zero field, calculated from Bean's model using the full film width (3.5 mm) as the appropriate lateral dimension, was 2 × 105 A/cm2.  相似文献

Progress in the fabrication of epitaxial, high-J c, biaxially aligned YBCO thick films on Rolling-assisted biaxially textured substrates (RABiTs) is reported. RABiT substrates comprise a biaxially textured metal substrate with epitaxial oxide buffer layers suitable for growth of superconductors. Oxide buffer layers have been deposited using three techniques: laser ablation, electron-beam evaporation, and sputtering. Epitaxial YBCO films grown using laser ablation on such substrates have critical current densities approaching 3 × 106 A/cm2 at 77 K in zero field and have field dependences similar to epitaxial films on single crystal ceramic substrates. Critical current densities in excess of 0.2 MA/cm2 have been obtained on stronger, nonmagnetic substrates. In addition, samples with J e of 12.5 kA/cm2 at 77 K have been fabricated. The highest strain tolerence obtained so far is 0.7% in compression and 0.25% in tension. Deposited conductors made using this technique offer a potential route for the fabrication of long lengths of high-J c wire capable of carrying high currents in high magnetic fields and at elevated temperatures.  相似文献

We report on the ion transport properties of Li1+xZr2-xYx(PO4)3 (0.05?≤ x?≤?0.2) NASICON type nanocrystalline compounds prepared through a Pechini-type polymerizable complex method. Structural properties were characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and electron microscopy with selected area electron diffraction. Impedance spectroscopy was utilised to investigate the lithium ion transport properties. Y3+ doped LiZr2(PO4)3 compounds showed stabilized rhombohedral structure with enhanced total ionic conductivity at 30?°C from 2.87?×?10?7 S?cm?1 to 0.65?×?10?5 S?cm?1 for x=0.05 to 0.20 respectively. The activation energies of Li1+xZr2-xYx(PO4)3 show a decreasing trend from 0.45?eV to 0.35?eV with increasing x from 0.05 to 0.20. The total conductivity of these compounds is thermally activated, with activation energies and pre-exponential factors following the Meyer-Neldel rule. The tanδ peak position shifts to the high-frequency side with increasing yttrium content. Scaling in AC conductivity spectra shows that the electrical relaxation mechanisms are independent of temperature.  相似文献

YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) films with thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 6.4 μm were deposited by pulsed laser deposition on rolling-assisted biaxially textured substrates (RABiTS). The RABiTS were of the configuration CeO2/YSZ/Y2O3/Ni–3 at.% W. As the YBCO film thickness increased, I c continued to increase and reached ∼300 A/cm width for a 4.3 μm-thick YBCO film. Commonly observed mechanisms for J c decrease with increasing YBCO film thickness were not observed. Homogeneous microstructures obtained in even the thickest YBCO films, suggest that the I c/width can still be enhanced considerably.  相似文献

In this study, the endogenous lipid signalling molecules, N ‐myristoylethanolamine, were explored as a capping agent to synthesise stable silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and Ag sulphide NPs (Ag2 S NPs). Sulphidation of the AgNPs abolishes the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) maximum of AgNPs at 415 nm with concomitant changes in the SPR, indicating the formation of Ag2 S NPs. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that the AgNPs and Ag2 S NPs are spherical in shape with a size of 5–30 and 8–30 nm, respectively. AgNPs and Ag2 S NPs exhibit antimicrobial activity against Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 25 and 50 μM for AgNPs and Ag2 S NPs, respectively, were determined from resazurin microtitre plate assay. In the healthcare system, the Internet of Things (IoT) based distributed systems play a vital role in transferring the medical-related documents and information among the organizations to reduce the replication in medical tests. This datum is sensitive, and hence security is a must in transforming the sensational contents. In this paper, an Evolutionary Algorithm, namely the Memetic Algorithm is used for encrypting the text messages. The encrypted information is then inserted into the medical images using Discrete Wavelet Transform 1 level and 2 levels. The reverse method of the Memetic Algorithm is implemented when extracting a hidden message from the encoded letter. To show its precision, equivalent to five RGB images and five Grayscale images are used to test the proposed algorithm. The results of the proposed algorithm were analyzed using statistical methods, and the proposed algorithm showed the importance of data transfer in healthcare systems in a stable environment. In the future, to embed the privacy-preserving of medical data, it can be extended with blockchain technology.  相似文献
