ABSTRACT New research and development needs for the drying of ceramics are prooosed. The researches on the ceramic drying are briefly reviewed and the role of the drying in the ceramic production process iS summarized. In this paper a simple, casting solution technique for the preparation of two‐dimensional (2D) arrays of very‐high molecular weight (MW) 1D‐Pc supramolecular inorganic polymers is described. The soluble fluoroaluminium tetra‐tert‐butylphthalocyanine (ttbPcAlF) is synthesized and characterized, which can be self‐assembled to form 2D arrays of very‐high‐MW 1D‐Pc supramolecular inorganic polymers. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) demonstrates that the 1D‐ttbPcAlF, having a cofacial ring spacing of ~0.36 nm and an interchain distance of ~1.7 nm, self‐assembles into 2D‐nanosheets (~140 nm in length, ~20 nm in width, and equivalent to MW of 3.2 × 105 g mol?1). The film cast from a 1,2‐dichloroethane (DCE) solution shows a minimum hole‐mobility of ~0.3 cm2 V?1 s?1 at room temperature by flash‐photolysis time‐resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC) measurements and a fairly high dark dc‐conductivity of ~1 × 10?3 S cm?1. 相似文献

Temperature dependencies of the shear viscosity of a Finemet glassy alloy under the heating rates ranging from 0.3 to 100 K/min are obtained. It is shown that isothermal cuts of these dependencies give linear viscosity increase with the inverse heating rate that accords with the flow equation derived within the framework of the directional structural relaxation model. 相似文献

A major concern is to locate manufacturing plants and/or distribution centers to serve the needs of consumers widely and rapidly with reasonably distributive cost and flexible delivery time. The purpose of this research is to help enhance a decision support for three distribution center locations with different ranges of area in order that the distributors are able to serve appropriately the retailers in twelve large cities or capitals of the nine countries in Asia-Pacific region. The researcher applies the theory of supply chain and logistics management systems with Excel, Visual Basic and Genetic Algorithms programs to find the research results. The research results revealed that the interfaces of Excel, Visual Basic, and Genetic Algorithms programs helped decision support in distribution range selection for 3 distribution center locations. Each of which had different ranges of area for distribution with a rapidly, flexibly distributed time. The sorption behavior of water vapor and CO2 gas in photocrosslinked poly(vinyl cinnamate) (PVCA) film was examined at 30°C under atmospheric pressure. Both the water sorption isotherm and the CO2 sorption isotherm obtained with quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) method obeyed the simple Langmuir's equation. Water vapor/CO2 mixed‐gas sorption isotherms were also obtained. Total amount of sorbed mixed gases was clearly influenced by the partial pressure of water vapor (pw) and CO2 gas (pc) in the atmosphere. A modified Langmuir's equation based on a dual‐site model was employed for predicting the competitive adsorption isotherm, and the isotherm was clearly described by the equation. The theoretically estimated amount of adsorbed water at the constant pw decreased slightly with increasing pc. The effect of this phenomenon on the sensitivity of the capacitive‐type relative humidity sensor was examined. As expected, the electrical capacitance of the sensor at the constant relative humidity decreased because of the coexistence of CO2 gas. Twenty-two cases of partial or wholly composed clear-cell thyroid tumors were reviewed to differentiate between a primary nodule and metastatic clear-cell renal carcinoma in the thyroid. Pathological reevaluation of HE-stained specimens, immunohistochemical observation using anti-thyroglobulin (TG) antibody, and periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) staining were performed. The pathological characteristics in metastases from the kidney have a greater tendency to demonstrate a strikingly clear cytoplasm with small nuclei, rich vascularization, and a trabecular arrangement of tumor cells than do primary thyroid cases. The immunohistochemical TG staining in conjunction with PAS staining for the recognition of follicular colloid could provide much more reliable information of primary cases compared to that using TG staining alone. Clinically, in primary cases, the female:male ratio is substantially higher while the mean age is lower than in metastatic cases reflecting differentiated thyroid carcinoma. In conclusion, immunohistochemical staining for TG with PAS staining for the recognition of follicular colloid proved to be the most sensitive method for identifying primary clear cell thyroid tumors. In addition, a careful assessment of past and/or present kidney disorders to rule out metastatic renal cell carcinoma is advisable. Electrical activity and energy levels as well as diffusion properties of nickel in silicon have not yet been reliably established.
In this paper, we investigated the diffusion and the electrical properties of nickel in silicon to confirm that nickel is
electrically active and introduces one acceptor and one donor level by combined measurements of Hall coefficient and DLTS,
and measurements of the distribution of electrically active nickel in various silicon diodes by DLTS. The former experiments
show that bothn- andp- type silicon are compensated by nickel and that nickel introduces an acceptor level ofE
c-0.47 ± 0.04 eV and a donor level ofE
v +0.18 ± 0.02 eV. The concentrations of these two levels are almost identical over the diffusion temperatures from about 800
to 1100° C, indicating that these donor and acceptor levels are due to different charge states of the same nickel center.
In the distribution measurements of electrically active nickel in silicon diodes, we inspected how nickel can be observed
by DLTS. It was found that the nickel diffusion intop- n junction is rather complicated, the distribution profiles of nickel in the vicinity of thep- n junction being markedly influenced by an additional heating at elevated temperatures after the nickel diffusion. This gives
evidence that the difference in silicon devices used in various studies could give rise to different results. 相似文献

Cell cycle analysis using flow cytometer (FCMX) was performed to evaluate the influence of cyclosporin A (CsA) on cellular proliferation during compensatory renal growth (CRG) in uninephrectomized (Ux) rats. CsA (50 mg/kg/day) was administered subcutaneously for 7 days and animals were scarificed 0, 12, 24, 48, 72, 120 and 168 h after Ux. The percent changes in the S (DNA synthesis) and G2M (DNA replication) phases in the contralateral kidney were analyzed. The cortical cells entering the S and G2M phases showed significant differences between CsA and vehicle groups (p = 0.0001, p = 0.001, respectively), but the medullary cells entering the S and G2M phases showed no significant differences between the 2 groups (p = 1.000, respectively). In the cortex, the CsA group showed a significant decrease in the S (at 12, 72 and 120 h) and G2M phases (at 24, 72 and 120 h) compared to the vehicle group (p < 0.05, respectively), but there was no significant difference in the medulla. In conclusion, cellular proliferation is suppressed in cortical cells by CsA. 相似文献
