New approach for the preparation of nanoporous polyorganosilicate low‐k films

The distribution of pores and the mechanical properties of materials are the key factors in preparing satisfactory low‐k films. In the present study, a kind of silsesquioxane‐polyethylene glycol (SSQ‐PEG) was synthesized and used as a template to make the distribution of pores more even in the low‐k films. The crosslinking density of films could be adjusted by the sol‐gel of tetramethoxysilane/dimethoxydimethylsilane with various proportions. The porosity of films could also be adjusted with different proportions of pendant PEG chains introduced. A dielectric constant as low as 2.1 had been achieved for nanoporous polyorganosilicate films with good tenacity. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 103: 1238–1243, 2007     

亚乙基双硬脂酰胺改性淀粉胶的研究

本文采用亚乙基双硬脂酰胺对淀粉胶进行了改性，研究结果表明，亚乙基双硬脂酰胺是热法淀粉胶的有效而廉价的改性剂，对淀粉胶的存性能和使用性能具有综合改性效果。     

Human tracking system based on adaptive multi-feature mean-shift for robot under the double-layer locating mechanism

Human tracking has been a challenging task for robot in the past decades. In this paper, to realize the human following in a cluttered environment, a human tracking system based on adaptive multi-feature mean-shift (AMF-MS) under the double-layer locating mechanism (DLLM) is proposed to solve the problem of distinguishing target, occlusion, and quick turning. The DLLM, considering the course location processing and fine location processing, is designed to estimate the person’s position using the fusion of heterogeneous data. As an ID tag attached on target can be detected by RF antennas, the course locating method can track the target easily and quickly. The Bayes rule is introduced to calculate the probability where the tag exists due to the instability of RF signals. In the fine locating step, the AMF-MS is proposed because it can reduce computational load and represent target by multi-feature histogram function. Meanwhile, we combine extended Kalman filter and AMF-MS to overcome MS’s inability of occlusion. To control the robot following the target person precisely, an intelligent gear shift strategy based on fuzzy control is implemented by analyzing the robot structure. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed approach is robust to handle complex tracking conditions, and show the system has an optimum performance.     

Guerbet十四醇的合成与表征

以正庚醇为原料 ,通过Guerbet反应合成Guerbet十四醇 (2 戊基壬醇 ,C14 GA)。用IR、NMR和元素分析测定了C14 GA的结构 ,并研究了反应温度和用料比对其产率的影响。实验结果如下 :(1)在较优化的反应条件下 (正庚醇的总加入量为 1mol,在实验过程中 ,先加入 1/ 3mol庚醇和 1/ 4mol的KOH ,在 16 0℃下反应 2h ,然后再加入剩下的 2 / 3mol庚醇和 4g 5 %Pd -C催化剂 ,在 15 5℃下反应 6h)合成产物 ,其产率可达到 5 4 2 0 % ;(2 )所合成的产物与试图要得到的Guerbet十四醇 (2 戊基壬醇 ,C14 GA)含有相同的基团 (2×—CH3、10×—CH2 —、1×CH、1×—CH2 —O—和 1×—OH) ,而且 ,所合成的产物中 ,w (C) =79 0 6 % ,w (H ) =13 6 2 % ,与从Guerbet十四醇分子式计算的理论值w(C) =78 5 0 % ,w (H) =14 0 1%基本一致。可见所合成的产物正是Guerbet十四醇 (C14 GA)     

Water‐absorptive blend fibers of copoly(acrylic acid–acrylamide) and poly(vinyl alcohol)

Through the addition of N‐hydroxymethyl acrylamide as a potential crosslinker, water‐absorptive blend fibers of copoly(acrylic acid–acrylamide) and poly(vinyl alcohol) with three‐dimensional network structures were prepared with heat‐crosslinking technology after fiber formation. Fourier transform infrared, scanning electron microscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis, and thermogravimetry were used to analyze the structures and properties of the fibers. The tensile behavior and absorbent capacities of the fibers were also studied. The results showed that there were lots of chemical crosslinking points in the fibers, the compatibility of copoly(acrylic acid–acrylamide) and poly(vinyl alcohol) was perfect, and the tensile properties of the fibers could be improved effectively through stretching in a vapor bath. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为了实现用户数据在不同用户应用程序间的共享,将同一用户分布在不同应用程序上的数据按照统一的数据模型组织,并存放在统一的平台上,用异构数据集成技术处理用户数据模型和统一数据模型间的异构问题,使得不同应用平台之间能实现数据共享。     

基于数字式红外传感器的姿态测量盲区补偿法

单轴红外姿态测量系统在测量小型无人机姿态角时存在盲区,通过增加一组与原轴线相垂直的红外传感器,形成双轴姿态测量系统,对盲区进行补偿。两组红外传感器一定有一组位于倾角可测区域,通过测试目标轴的输出温差的大小,判断位于可测区域的轴线,可实现对目标轴姿态角的解算。首次采用数字式输出红外热电堆传感器设计实现了180°无盲区的姿态角测量模块,经过测试,其静态误差小于2°。     

基于Agent的移动组播算法的优化

随着科学技术的飞速发展,作为网络信息领导者的移动通信在日常生活工作中的应用也越来越广泛,但是移动通信在应用中也会遇到很多问题,比如移动网络切换延迟现象较为普遍,组播包的丢包率比较高等等.本文针对于以上问题,分析了多种组播协议,提出了新型的基于Agent的移动组播算法,此算法可以有效地改进切换延迟和丢包率等问题.

回转窑托轮安装方案调整实践

山东东华水泥有限公司5000t/d熟料生产线三档支承回转窑为φ4.8m×74m,在其托轮安装到位并进行二次灌浆后,进行窑筒体吊装对接前检查发现,托轮与轮带的制造尺寸与设计图纸不符。对此,经过分析研究确定,采用适当调整回转窑的中心线高度(将回转窑中心线高度下降5mm)和托轮中心距的方法,来实现回转窑三档处中心点在一条直线上。生产实践表明,回转窑在此方案安装投产以来,没有出现掉砖和托轮轴承发热现象,回转窑运转良好,达到了使用要求。
