七 代建项目相关咨询服务的整合与采购 代建是工程项目管理单位向政府提供的全方位的项目管理服务．且代建管理的主流与发展方向是全过程的服务。与代建服务相比．国内以往界定的专项咨询服务．如监理、造价咨询、招标代理及其它工程咨询（编制项目建议书与可研报告）等，均是局部的不完整的项目管理服务，推行代建制需要明确这二者之间的关系。     

基于SuperMap IS技术的Web GIS实现

探讨利用SuperMap IS技术构造Web GIS的方法,以及在此基础之上如何利用SuperMap IS提供给用户的客户端开发模版进行Web GIS开发.     

Hydrogenation induced transformation of paramagnetism to room-temperature ferromagnetism in co-doped TiO2 ceramics

Effects of Co _x Ti _1−x O _2−δ on the sinterability and the ferromagnetism properties of Co ₂sO ₃/TiO ₂ (0.0 < x < 0.06) ceramics are investigated in this paper. It is found that the Co-doped Ti O ₂ ceramics transform from paramagnetism to room-temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) after hydrogenation. With annealing temperatures at 600^∘ C and 1000^∘ C, these as-prepared samples present anatase and rutile structures respectively, which are analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD). After hydrogenation, the relation between temperature variations and the magnetic susceptibility for the hydrogenated samples were measured under zero-field-cooled and field-cooled conditions by using SQUID magnetometer. And the hysteresis loops are observed. These ferromagnetism resonance data suggest that the observed RTFM is at least partly due to the Cobalt nano-particles in our hydrogenated samples.     

一种基于MVDR和CCBC的抗噪语音识别方法

提出了一种适用于抗噪声语音识别的方法，其特征提取过程基于最小方差无失真响应（Minimum variance distortionles sresponse，MVDR）谱估计方法，并对该特征进行频率弯折以提高其知觉分辨率，最后使用基于正则相关分析的谱变换补偿（Canonical correlation based on compensation，CCBC）法对该特征进行自适应处理，从而提高了系统的鲁棒性。在展览馆噪声、人群噪声和汽车噪声下，与基于传统Mel倒谱系数（MFCC）特征的系统进行了对比实验，结果表明使用本文方法的语音识别系统的识别率得到了显著的提高。     

基于Ⅵ高层建筑激光准直实时形变监测系统实现

针对高层建筑功能结构特点,构建了基于虚拟仪器技术(Ⅵ)的高层建筑激光准直形变测量监测系统,系统利用lab-VIEW6.1+IMAQVision2.1和NI-IMAQ V2.5.5虚拟仪器技术软件开发平台,系统主要构成包括准直激光发射器、固定靶板、面阵CCD图像传感器、图像采集卡、计算机及控制处理软件等部分.实际应用表明,使用基于Ⅵ技术的数据采集与处理系统满足了测量对采集校正系统的要求,取得较好效果.     

小兴安岭北部新民金矿床地质特征及成因

新民金矿床地处小兴安岭-张广才岭多金属成矿带北缘，矿床矿体赋存于光华组长石砂岩、粉砂岩、泥质粉砂岩夹凝灰岩中；金矿化三要表现为含矿岩石发生强烈硅化、黄铁矿化、毒砂矿化和金矿化，矿体呈脉状、扁豆状、透镜状等，规模相对较小；矿床形成明显与特定岩性有关，受断裂构造控制，矿石矿物组成简单且含量较低，矿石组构特征显示其属于浅成（低压）低温热液成因。

对四联箱振动异常机理进行了分析。连接轴结构中虚约束多,造成倾角过大,转动时不平衡附加负荷引起四联箱振动超常。通过改变连接轴花键结构、简化连接轴设计,改变了连接轴传统使用方法,减振效果显著,四联箱轴承寿命提高3倍以上。     

受钢工况钢包壁应力场的模拟与分析

ANSYS程序是进行热和结构分析的好工具,它在钢包上的应用非常广泛。以钢包二维截面为研究对象,分别讨论受钢工况下耐火材料物性参数和不同的工作层厚度对包壁应力场分布的影响,从而为钢包设计提供一些依据。     

Influence of resonance tube length on performance of thermoacoustically driven pulse tube refrigerator

A resonance tube is an important component of a thermoacoustic engine, which has great influence on the performance of the thermoacoustically driven pulse tube refrigerator. A standing wave thermoacoustic engine is simulated with linear thermoacoustics. Computed results show that an appropriate accretion of the resonance tube length may lead to a decrease of the working frequency and an increase of the pressure amplitude, which will improve the match between the thermoacoustic engine and the pulse tube refrigerator. The theoretical prediction is verified by experiments. A refrigeration temperature as low as 88.6 K has been achieved with an optimized length of the resonance tube, helium as working gas, and 2200 W of heating power.
