With the help of DTA, DTG elementary analysis of carbonized residues and ESR spectroscopy the influence of anionic form on thermooxidation of trimethylammoniumhydroxyprophyl (TMAHP)–cellulose was studied. At 300°C the percentage of carbon in carbonized residue thermolyzed in oxidative atmosphere is higher than for the sample degraded in inert atmosphere. The percentage of hydrogen decreases simultaneously. The concentration of free radicals in thermolyzed residue also increases due to the presence of oxygen. We propose that oxygen is abstracting the hydrogen atoms from polysaccharide and unpaired electrons on carbon atoms are produced. At 400°C the percentage of carbon in residues prepared at inert atmosphere is higher than for residue formed at oxidative atmosphere. Also the concentration of free radicals in thermolyzed residues obtained in inert atmosphere is greater than for those from oxidative ones. That is why suppose that at this temperature oxygen is bonded to polysaccharide residue and free radicals are terminated. From the semiquantitative DTA we can make the following sequence of samples according to their increasing thermooxidative effect: unmodified cellulose < A–HSO < A–Br? < A–I? < A–NO < A–H2PO < A–CH3COO? < A–HCO < A–F? < A–Cl?1 < A–OHp?. 相似文献
In this study, an optimization of the airfoil of a sailplane is carried out by a recently developed multi-objective genetic algorithm based on microevolution, containing crowding, range adaptation, knowledge-based reinitialization and ε-dominance. Its efficiency was tested on a set of test problems. The results are encouraging, suggesting that very small populations can be used effectively to solve real-world multi-objective optimization problems in many cases of interest. 相似文献
We present a compact approach for mitigating the presence of electrocardiograms (ECG) in surface electromyographic (EMG) signals by means of time-variant harmonic modeling of the cardiac artifact. Heart rate and QRS complex variability, which often account for amplitude and frequency time variations of the ECG, are simultaneously captured by a set of third-order constant-coefficient polynomials modulating a stationary harmonic basis in the analysis window. Such a characterization allows us to significantly suppress ECG from the mixture by preserving most of the EMG signal content at low frequencies (less than 20?Hz). Moreover, the resulting model is linear in parameters and the least-squares solution to the corresponding linear system of equations efficiently provides model parameter estimates. The comparative results suggest that the proposed method outperforms two reference methods in terms of the EMG preservation at low frequencies. 相似文献
The paper presents a system for monitoring and assessment the speech quality in the IP telephony infrastructures using modular probes. The probes are placed at key nodes in the network where aggregating packet loss data. The system dynamically measures speech quality and results are collected on a central server. For data analysis we applied four-state Markov model for modeling the impact of network impairments on speech quality, afterwards, the resilient back propagation (Rprop) algorithm was used to train a neural network. Information about the speech quality are displayed in the form of automatically generated graphs and tables. The proposed solution has been tested with selected codecs and further generalizes the already presented concepts of the speech quality estimation in the IP environment.
Reliable microaneurysm detection in digital fundus images is still an open issue in medical image processing. We propose an ensemble-based framework to improve microaneurysm detection. Unlike the well-known approach of considering the output of multiple classifiers, we propose a combination of internal components of microaneurysm detectors, namely preprocessing methods and candidate extractors. We have evaluated our approach for microaneurysm detection in an online competition, where this algorithm is currently ranked as first, and also on two other databases. Since microaneurysm detection is decisive in diabetic retinopathy (DR) grading, we also tested the proposed method for this task on the publicly available Messidor database, where a promising AUC 0.90 ± 0.01 is achieved in a "DR/non-DR"-type classification based on the presence or absence of the microaneurysms. 相似文献
In this paper, we apply the power splitting–based energy‐harvesting protocol to enhance the transmission between a wireless access point and a mobile user via a helping relay. The mobile user exploits the energy supplied by the access point and forwarded by the relay to transmit its own data back to the access point, again with the helping of the relay. Here, the effect of various system parameters, including power‐splitting factor and the power‐to‐noise ratio on the system performance, is rigorously studied, with closed‐form expressions for the outage probability and system throughput as the results. Furthermore, we figure out the optimal power‐splitting ratio at which the information throughput from the user to the AP is maximized, subject to the constraint on the transmitting power at the access point. In the field of performance metrics and measurements of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) Proxy and B2BUA (Back-to-Back User Agent) no standardized methodology has been presented yet. This gap results in a problematic determination of a hardware, the performance of which would be cost-effective and sufficient for the running the SIP Server in a given environment. Today practice relies on the administrator’s skills and experience with the needs of the telephony infrastructure. From this and the increasing usage of SIP based VoIP technologies come the main reasons for creating a methodology that would allow administrators to precisely measure the SIP Server performance and compare it to other software and hardware platform. This work also utilizes SIP Server performance measurements to comparison the results taken when transcoding was in use and when it was not and provides the means for comparison of B2BUAs platform independently. 相似文献
Zirconium silicate (zircon) pigments in new gray hues have been prepared from mineral zircon as a low-cost raw material. In the first step this material was deocmposed with a waste mixture of NaOH-KOH. In the second step the pigments were synthesized with addition of manganese, especially manganese(II) carbonate, as the chromophore. The optimum conditions for the syntheses of pigments have been estimated and the properties of products (hues, applicability to ceramic glazes) have been evaluated. 相似文献
