The curing behavior and kinetics of epoxy resin with diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) as the curing agent was studied by many researchers, however all of them prepared the system at a high‐temperature condition (i.e., T ≥ 80°C). In this study, a mixture of epoxy/DDM was prepared at ambient temperature and its curing characteristics were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The autocatalytic model was used to calculate the kinetic factors in the dynamic experiments. The kinetics of the curing reaction was also evaluated by two different isoconversional models; namely Friedman method and the Advanced Isoconversional method proposed by Vyazovkin to investigate the activation energy behavior during the curing reaction. The activation energy of the curing reaction was found to be in the range of 48 ± 2 kJ/mol and might be considered to be constant during the curing. In fact, our findings were different from the result reported by other researchers for the system which was prepared at elevated temperature. Therefore, it seems that the preparation temperature of the samples influenced considerably on the curing behavior of epoxy with DDM. Finally, a time–temperature–transformation (TTT) diagram was established to determine the cure process and glass transition properties of the system. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In recent years, due to their straightforward structure and efficiency, the chaos-based cryptographic algorithms have become a good candidate for image encryption. However, they still suffer from many weaknesses, such as insensitivity to the plain image, weak key streams, small key space, non-resistance to some attacks and failure to meet some security criteria. For this purpose in this paper, a novel hybrid image encryption algorithm named Hyper-chaotic Feeded GA (HFGA) is proposed to fill the gaps in two stages; initial encryption by using a hyper-chaotic system, and then outputs reinforcement by employing a customized Genetic Algorithm (GA). By applying an innovative technique, called gene-labelling, the proposed algorithm not only optimizes the preliminary encrypted images in terms of security criteria but also allows the legal receiver to easily and securely decrypt the optimized cipher image. In fact, in the first stage, besides unpredictable random sequences generated by a hyper-chaotic system, a new sensitive diffusion function is proposed which makes the algorithm resistant to differential attacks. In the second stage, the generated cipher images, which are labeled in a special way, will be used as the initial population of a GA which enhances randomness of the cipher images. The results of several experiments and statistical analysis show that the proposed image encryption scheme provides an efficient and secure way for fast image encrypting as well as providing robustness against some well-known statistical attacks. 相似文献

N′-(1-oxoacenaphthylen-2(1H)-ylidene)furan-2-carbohydrazide (L) was synthesized for the first time and used as a ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor for high selective recognition of Yb3+ ions in acetonitrile (MeCN) solution. The L–Yb3+ complexation quench the fluorescence of L at 420 nm and induces new fluorescent enhancement at 516 nm. Due to the formation of a 2:1 metal ligand complex in acetonitrile solution, the red shift of fluorescent emission spectrum occurred. The sensor shows a linear response toward Yb3+ ion concentration in the range of 3.3 × 10? 7 M to 1.0 × 10? 4 M with detection limit of 1.2 × 10? 7 M. Polypropylene (PP) was modified utilizing two types of polyesteramide‐based hyperbranched polymers (amphiphilic PS and hydrophilic PH). A maleicanhydride‐modified PP (PM) was used as a reactive dispersing agent to enhance the modification by grafting the hyperbranched polymers onto the PP chains. Pure PP, two different non‐reactively modified samples, i.e. excluding PM, and two different reactively modified samples, i.e. including PM, were studied. Investigating the morphology of the samples was performed by scanning electron microscopy. To follow the effect of the modification on the dynamic mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical analysis experiments both in the melt (rheometric mechanical spectrometry) and in solid state (dynamic mechanical thermal analysis) were carried out. In the next step, the nanocrystalline structure of the samples was studied by small angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS) in two different modes, i.e. static and recrystallization. Hundreds of SAXS patterns were analyzed automatically using procedures written in PV‐WAVE image‐processing software. The chord distribution function (CDF) was calculated and the long period (lp) of the crystal lamellae was extracted from the CDFs. The rheometric mechanical spectrometry results show that both hyperbranched polymers decrease complex viscosity η* and enhance liquid‐like behavior. This happens more significantly when PM is included. The dynamic mechanical thermal analysis results reveal that Tg decreases when PS and PH are added. In the reactively modified samples this reduction is compensated most probably because of the crosslinked structure formed through the grafting reaction between the hyperbranched polymers and PM. Such structure is confirmed by SAXS data and calculated CDFs in the recrystallization mode. Static SAXS data also show enhancement in the crosshatched morphology of the crystalline lamellae of PP for reactively modified samples compared with non‐reactively modified samples. © 2013 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Cu–Al2O3 nano-composite coatings have high potential for use in applications in which high mechanical properties together with high corrosion resistance are required. In the present study it is intended to produce copper nano-alumina composite coatings with various nano-alumina contents in order to investigate the effect of alumina reinforcement particles on corrosion resistance and mechanical properties such as hardness and wear resistance. The composite coatings were deposited using direct current (DC) and pulse current (PC) plating. The microstructures of the coatings produced from both methods were examined via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The wear behaviors, micro hardness, coating thickness, corrosion rate and coating porosity were examined using appropriate methods. Compared to DC deposition, PC plating facilitated higher amounts of particle incorporation with more uniform distribution. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of the applied coatings with incorporated nano-alumina reinforcement were far more superior as compared to its own matrix as well as non-composite copper coatings. It was also found out that increasing the amount of nano-alumina content in the coating, led to enhanced general properties of the coatings. 相似文献

This paper attempts to propose a new method based on capabilities of artificial neural networks, in function approximation, to attain the solution of optimal control problems. To do so, we try to approximate the solution of Hamiltonian conditions based on the Pontryagin minimum principle (PMP). For this purpose, we introduce an error function that contains all PMP conditions. In the proposed error function, we used trial solutions for the trajectory function, control function and the Lagrange multipliers. These trial solutions are constructed by using neurons. Then, we minimize the error function that contains just the weights of the trial solutions. Substituting the optimal values of the weights in the trial solutions, we obtain the optimal trajectory function, optimal control function and the optimal Lagrange multipliers. 相似文献

In order to monitor articles/patents in nanotechnology, there is little agreement on a universal lexical query or even an explicit definition of nanotechnology. Here in the light of a proposed definition, a set of case studies has been conducted to remove keywords which are not exclusive to nanotechnology. This resulted in a collective and abridged lexical query (CALQ) for nanotechnology delineation. Through bibliometric quantification of already-proposed as well as the novel keywords, it was shown that all keywords included in CALQ have considerable exclusive retrieval and precision, while the removed keywords do not satisfy either of these numerical thresholds. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes were homogenously dispersed into a magnesium alloy (AZ31) using friction stir processing. The microstructural features, mechanical behaviors including microhardness, and wear properties were investigated. The results showed a significant improvement in wear resistance in the friction stir-processed AZ31 alloy containing multiwalled carbon nanotubes compared to that of the as-received alloy. This was attributed to its higher microhardness and lower coefficient of friction due to the presence of finer matrix grains and uniform dispersion of multiwalled carbon nanotubes. 相似文献
