A compact Ka-band balanced mixer based on a novel Schottky diode model is presented in this paper. According to its physical structure, a novel 3D electromagnetic model of the Schottky diode is proposed. Meanwhile, a wide-band equivalent circuit is built, which takes all high frequency effects existing in the diode into account. All the parasitic reactances are extracted from the electromagnetic model-based S-parameters up to 110 GHz. Based on the proposed equivalent circuit, a Ka-band balanced mixer is designed and optimized, where bandpass filters with open stubs and a lowpass filter based on defected ground structure cells are used. The measured results show that the conversion loss is below 9 dB from 30 GHz to 40 GHz with the minimum of 6.7 dB at 35 GHz. The normalized size of the mixer is only 3.3λ g  × 3.3λ g , whereλ g is the wavelength at 35 GHz.  相似文献

This work demonstrates a simple‐structured, low‐cost magnetically modulated micromotor of MnFe2O4 pot‐like hollow microparticles as well as its facile, versatile, and large‐scale growing‐bubble‐templated nanoparticle (NP) assembly fabrication approach. In this approach, the hydrophobic MnFe2O4@oleic acid NPs in an oil droplet of chloroform and hexane assembled into a dense NP shell layer due to the hydrophobic interactions between the NP surfaces. With the encapsulated oil continuously vaporizing into high‐pressured gas bubbles, the dense MnFe2O4 NP shell layer then bursts, forming an asymmetric pot‐like MnFe2O4 micromotor by creating a single hole in it. For the as‐developed simple pot‐like MnFe2O4 micromotor, the catalytically generated O2 molecules nucleate and grow into bubbles preferentially on the inner concave surface rather than on the outer convex surface, resulting in continuous ejection of O2 bubbles from the open hole to propel it. Dexterously integrating the high catalytic activity for H2O2 decomposition to produce O2 bubbles, excellent magnetic property with the instinctive surface hydrophobicity, the MnFe2O4 pot‐like micromotor not only can autonomously move in water media with both velocity and direction modulated by external magnetic field but also can directly serve for environmental oil removal without any further surface modification. 设计了一种输出电流范围在0~2 mA,用于驱动垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的恒流源电路。电路设计采用负反馈原理,可输出一个稳定的电压,该电压经过电压电流转化为恒定电流。为使输出电流更加稳定,在电路中加入现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片EP4CE10F17C8组成控制电路。芯片通过采集负反馈的输出与预定值比较,得到误差量反馈到负反馈模块,调整负反馈电路的输入电压,从而使电路输出实现长期稳定。最后对电路输出性能进行测试,测试结果表明电流的纹波系数为0.01,电流稳定度为±0.02 mA。在驱动电流为1.2 mA、激光器工作温度为60℃时,用波长计测试激光器输出波长为795 nm,同时测得的吸收谱线也表明激光器输出波长在795 nm附近。因此,该恒流源电路可用于驱动VCSEL输出稳定波长。  相似文献

A novel one‐trough synthesis via an air‐water interface is demonstrated to provide hexagonally packed arrays of densely spaced metallic nanoparticles (NPs). In the synthesis, a mesostructured polyoxometalate (POM)‐silicatropic template (PSS) is first self‐assembled at the air‐water interface; upon UV irradiation, anion exchange cycles enable the free‐floating PSS film to continuously uptake gold precursors from the solution subphase for diffusion‐controlled and POM‐site‐directed photoreduction inside the silica channels. NPs ≈ 2 nm can hence be homogeneously formed inside the silica‐surfactant channels until saturation. As revealed via X‐ray diffraction, small‐angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS), grazing incidence SAXS, and transmission electron microscopy, the Au NPs directed by the PSS template are arrayed into a 2D hexagonal lattice with inter‐channel spacing of 3.2 nm and a mean along‐channel NP spacing of 2.8 nm. This corresponds to an ultra‐high number density (≈1019 NPs cm?3) of narrowly spaced Au NPs in the Au‐NP@PSS composite, leading to 3D densely deployed hot‐spots along and across the mesostructured POM‐silica channels for surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). Consequently, the Au‐NP@PSS composite exhibits prominent SERS with 4‐mercaptobenzoic acid (4‐MBA) adsorbed onto Au NPs. The best 4‐MBA detection limit is 5 nm , with corresponding SERS enhancement factors above 108.  相似文献

该文分别开发了两种基于AlN压电材料和原子数分数为10%的Sc掺杂AlN压电材料的薄膜叠层异质谐振器。通过有限元仿真和实验对比分析了器件的频率温度性能和Sc掺杂对谐振器声激励的影响。结果表明,Sc掺杂可能会影响压电薄膜叠层谐振器所激励声波的谐振频率、机电耦合系数和对应的频率温度系数(TCF),且对所激励声波的正反谐振点的TCF影响不同。此研究在传感及滤波器件领域极具应用潜力。  相似文献

针对BS EN 55035:2017第4.2.7节宽带脉冲传导骚扰测试中的高斯白噪声特殊波形要求,提出了基于matlab 滤波器构造函数产生高斯白噪声台阶,通过信号源的多载波合成功能对高斯白噪声台阶进行幅度调制,合成要求的高斯白噪声波形的方法。使用ARB toolbox composer调整高斯白噪声波形参数,可得到标准要求的周期脉冲信号。实测对比验证表明,高斯白噪声波形的实现方法正确。  相似文献

为了提高无人机着陆的自主性和安全性,基于视觉信息提出了一种自主着陆过程中无人机姿态和位置估计新方法.该方法将无人机的滚转、偏航和俯仰运动视为跑道做反方向运动,无人机视为静止,利用Housh变换检测跑道边界线并提取图像直线特征,同时融合无人机的平移运动和旋转旋动,利用地面直线和图像直线间对应关系,根据跑道边界线在图像中的直线特征从而估计出无人机姿态和位置.最后采用仿真实例来验证所研究的无人机姿态和位置估计算法的有效性.  相似文献

Chinese rice wine, a traditional alcoholic beverage, is fermented from steamed rice with a starter culture of wheat Qu which is either inoculated spontaneously with various microorganisms in natural environment or inoculated artificially with certain microorganisms. The diversity of filamentous fungi in wheat Qu and the fermentation mashes of Chinese rice wine was studied by high‐throughput sequencing. The results indicated that filamentous fungi varied in wheat Qu and fermentation periods. Moreover, Aspergillus was the dominant filamentous fungi at genus levels. On that basis, quantitative real‐time PCR was used to quantify some dominant Aspergillus species. It was found that Aspergillus species in wheat Qu were more abundant than that in various fermentation mashes and continually decreased until the end of rice wine fermentation. Furthermore, it was found that different organic acids were produced by microorganisms at different fermentation stages might due to the changes of oxygen and nutrient content.  相似文献
