In the present work, we propose the synthesis of a new family of sugar derived 1,4:3,6-dianhydrohexitol based AA/AB-type monomers. Unprecedented diacids based on Isomannide and Isoidide were elaborated with high yields and showed interestingly high melting point ranges (240–375 °C). Optimization of reaction conditions (temperature, time of reaction, and reactant ratios) has been investigated to synthesize the key intermediate of a set of AB monomers with acid, ester, and acid chloride functionalities. Isosorbide based ether benzoic acid AB monomer was polymerized and characterized by NMR and DSC techniques. The results show a semicrystalline behavior of the obtained polymer thanks to the controlled stereoregular arrangement of the AB starting monomer.  相似文献

The goal of this study is to evaluate the chemical composition of the Prosopis farcta seeds. The Kjeldahl method revealed that the level of the total protein was ca. 18 % on a dry weight basis (DW). Gas chromatographic analysis revealed the presence of six fatty acids. Linoleic acid with 57.55 % was the major fatty acid, followed by oleic and palmitic acids (24.58 and 12.91 %, respectively). Total phenolic content was 1.71 mg GAE/g DW (GAE = gallic acid equivalents). Methanolic extracts showed important antioxidant properties. This work highlights the importance of P. farcta seeds as natural and inexpensive sources of protein, unsaturated fatty acid, and phenolic compounds for both cosmetic and pharmaceutical uses.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new method to detect the initial rotor position at standstill of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). To estimate rotor position and rotor speed from the back electromotive force (EMF) voltage, we apply sensorless speed control based on sliding-mode observer (SMO). The initial rotor position is detected by using a suitable high-frequency sequence of voltage pulses intermittently applied to the stator windings at standstill. With this approach, we managed to minimise the error on the estimated position to 3.75° electrical degrees without additional materials and uncomplicated calculations. The stability of the proposed SMO was verified using the Lyapunov method. Numerical simulations and experiments demonstrate that the novel SMO method can effectively estimate rotor position and speed with achievement of good static and dynamic performance. The experimental implementation is carried out on powerful dSpace DS1103 controller board based on the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F240.  相似文献

The structural, elastic, electronic, vibrational, and optical properties of BaSe1?xTex alloys are investigated by means of the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method. The exchange–correlation effects are treated with the local density approximation, as well as the GGA-PBE, GGA-PBEsol, and GGA?+?mBJ schemes of the generalized gradient approximation. Ternary BaSe1?xTex compounds have not yet been synthesized. Improved predictions of the structural parameters are obtained using the GGA-PBEsol approach. Calculations of the electronic and optical properties with the GGA?+?mBJ approach yield accurate results. Ternary BaSe1?xTex alloys are wide-band-gap semiconductors with a direct gap Γ–Γ. The upper valence band is mainly due to Se p and Te p states, while the bottom of the conduction band results essentially from Ba d states. The dielectric function, refractive index, reflectivity, absorption coefficient, and energy-loss function are calculated in the range 0–35 eV. The increase in x gives rise to a redshift of the optical spectra. BaSe1?xTex alloys exhibit reflective properties of metals in some energy ranges. The static dielectric constant ?1(0) and the static refractive index n0 are calculated. The investigation of the elastic and vibrational properties shows that ternary BaSe1?xTex should be mechanically and dynamically stable, elastically anisotropic, brittle, and relatively soft.  相似文献

The structural and magnetic properties of the mixed valent cobaltites La0.5Sr0.5?x Ag x CoO3 (0≤x≤0.15) with perovskite structure have been investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis using Rietveld refinement shows that all our samples crystallize in the orthorhombic structure with $R\overline{3}c$ space group. Although the unit cell volume remains almost constant, the Co–O bond length and the Co–O–Co bond angle are sensitive to the Ag addition. All our studied samples undergo a paramagnetic-ferromagnetic transition with decreasing temperature. The zero field cooled (ZFC) and field cooled (FC) magnetization curves at 50 mT of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 (x=0) sample exhibits thermomagnetic irreversibility indicating frustration and competition of both antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic interactions. It is suggested that Co3+ ions are in the intermediate spin state but Co4+ ions stay in a mixture of intermediate and high spin states. Ag addition leads to dramatic changes in magnetic properties. An interesting result has been obtained for La0.5Sr0.4Ag0.1CoO3, where the ZFC and FC curves coincide. For La0.5Sr0.35Ag0.15CoO3 (x=0.15) sample, the observed thermomagnetic irreversibility is much higher than that observed in x=0 sample. Hysteresis loops were recorded for x=0, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.15. The coercitive field is found to increase with Ag content reaching 0.26 T for x=0.15 whereas the remanent magnetization decreases.  相似文献

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic immune-mediated inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract with a highly heterogeneous presentation. It has a relapsing and remitting clinical course that necessitates lifelong monitoring and treatment. Although the availability of a variety of effective therapeutic options including immunomodulators and biologics (such as TNF, CAM inhibitors) has led to a paradigm shift in the treatment outcomes and clinical management of IBD patients, some patients still either fail to respond or lose their responsiveness to therapy over time. Therefore, according to the recent Selecting Therapeutic Targets in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (STRIDE-II) recommendations, continuous disease monitoring from symptomatic relief to endoscopic healing along with short- and long-term therapeutic responses are critical for providing IBD patients with a tailored therapy algorithm. Moreover, considering the high unmet need for novel therapeutic approaches for IBD patients, various new modulators of cytokine signaling events (for example, JAK/TYK inhibitors), inhibitors of cytokines (for example IL-12/IL-23, IL-22, IL-36, and IL-6 inhibitors), anti-adhesion and migration strategies (for example, β7 integrin, sphingosine 1-phosphate receptors, and stem cells), as well as microbial-based therapeutics to decolonize the bed buds (for example, fecal microbiota transplantation and bacterial inhibitors) are currently being evaluated in different phases of controlled clinical trials. This review aims to offer a comprehensive overview of available treatment options and emerging therapeutic approaches for IBD patients. Furthermore, predictive biomarkers for monitoring the therapeutic response to different IBD therapies are also discussed.  相似文献

On the basis of a case of ileocolonic intussusception in a 35-year-old patient secondary to an obstructive lipoma of the caecum, the authors review the literature and discuss the clinical and radiological aspects of this disease. The diagnosis was established by CT scan and barium enema before surgery. Adult intussusception is a rare disease, which does not have any specific clinical features. Radiological imaging is the only complementary investigation which can suggest the diagnosis.  相似文献
