Electrophoretic and chromatographic techniques were used to determine water‐soluble peptide profiles aiming to identify the adulteration of buffalo milk mozzarella cheese by the addition of cow's milk. Thus, cheeses were produced with contents of cow's milk varying from 0% to 100%, and the peptides extracted after production and after 20 days of refrigeration. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under denaturing conditions in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS‐PAGE) identified a potential peptide marker of exclusively bovine origin with a size of about 21 kDa for the addition of cow's milk above 30%. Reverse‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography (RP‐HPLC) indicated the existence of two potential peptides present in higher concentrations in buffalo milk and one exclusive for cow's milk, the latter making it possible to estimate the addition of cow's milk to buffalo milk. Six commercial brands of buffalo mozzarella cheese were evaluated, and indications of adulteration found in four of them.  相似文献

In this study, novel metallo‐supramolecular materials based on terpyridine‐functionalized polyhedral silsesquioxane were synthesized from 4′‐chloro‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine and amino‐group‐functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane. The obtained terpyridine‐functionalized polyhedral silsesquioxanes were converted to metallo‐supramolecular hybrid materials by coordination polycondensation reaction with Co(II) or Cu(II) ions. The supramolecular polymers created were characterized by means of structure, morphology and stimuli‐responsive performance employing scanning electron microscopy, amperometric techniques and UV–visible and Fourier transform IR spectroscopy. UV?visible and cyclic voltammetry studies showed that both the optical and electrochemical properties of metallo‐supramolecular materials are affected by the substituent at the pyridine periphery. The supramolecular polymers obtained exhibited electrochromism during the oxidation processes of cyclic voltammogram studies. As a result, these terpyridine‐functionalized polyhedral silsesquioxanes are good candidates for electronic, opto‐electronic and photovoltaic applications as smart stimuli‐responsive materials. © 2013 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

We report the effect of temperature on the extent of graphene oxide reduction by hydrazine and the dispersibility of the resulting chemically converted graphene (CCG) in polar organic solvents. The extent of graphene oxide reduction at high temperatures was only slightly higher than at low temperatures (30–50 °C), while the dispersibility of the resulting CCG in organic solvents decreased markedly with increasing temperature. The low dispersibility of CCGs prepared at high temperatures was greatly affected by reduction and influenced by the formation of an irreversible agglomerate of CCG at high temperatures. The reduction of graphene oxide at low temperatures is necessary to prepare highly dispersible CCG in organic solvents. CCG prepared at 30 °C is dispersible in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone concentrations as high as 0.71 mg/mL. The free-standing paper made of this CCG possessed an electrical conductivity of more than 22,000 S/m, one of the highest values ever reported.  相似文献

Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of CuO‐added KNbO3 (KN) ceramics were investigated. The CuO reacted with the Nb2O5, formed a CuO–Nb2O5‐related liquid phase during the sintering, and assisted the densification of the KN ceramics at low temperatures. Moreover, some of the Cu2+ ions replaced the Nb5+ ions in the matrix and behaved as a hardener. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the KN ceramics were considerably influenced by the relative density. The 1.0 mol% CuO‐added KN ceramic sintered at 960°C for 1.0 h, which showed a maximum relative density, exhibited a high phase angle of 86.9°, Pr of 14.8 μC/cm2, and Ec of 1.8 kV/mm. This specimen also exhibited good dielectric and piezoelectric properties: εT33/εo of 364, d33 of 122 pC/N, kp of 0.29, and Qm of 611.  相似文献

Purple-fleshed sweet potato flour could be used to enhance the colour, flavour and nutrients in food products. Thus, the investigation was to produce encapsulated flours from purple-fleshed sweet potato by spray drying using combinations of various levels of ascorbic acid (5 g kg−1 and 10 g kg−1) and maltodextrin (30 g kg−1 and 100 g kg−1) and to evaluate their effects on bioactive components, physicochemical and morphological properties. Encapsulated flours had higher total phenolic content, antioxidant capacity and water solubility index than non-encapsulated flour. There were no significant differences in anthocyanin content between encapsulated and non-encapsulated flours. However, water absorption index and flavonoids content of encapsulated flours depended on concentrations of ascorbic acid and maltodextrin. In addition, the high concentrations of ascorbic acid and maltodextrin encapsulated flours had higher glass transition temperature as compared to that of lower concentrations. In respect to morphology, the particles of encapsulated flours with high concentration of ascorbic acid and maltodextrin were more aggregated than those encapsulated with lower concentrations. Therefore, flours encapsulated with 10 g kg−1 ascorbic acid and 30 g kg−1 maltodextrin could be used to enhance the antioxidant activities of functional food ingredients.  相似文献

A study was conducted to analyze the influence of wheel profile wear on running stability by using a 1/5 scale bogie model. The critical speed was analyzed by constructing a dynamic model for the bogie model. And the 1/5 scale bogie and a scaled roller rig prototype were manufactured to verify the feasibility of applying the scale model; a critical speed test was conducted for worn wheel profile samples. The test results for the scale model were consistent with the simulation results for the scale model within the range of 5% or less. Also, the variation of the critical speed of the scale model for the wheel profile wear shows a similar trend with the analysis results of the full scale model. Therefore, using the scale model to analyze the influence of wheel profile wear on running stability shows sufficient feasibility as a model to analyze the stability of a full scale bogie.  相似文献

Dietary fibre components, hydration properties and antioxidant activities such as 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, reducing power, metal chelating and 2,2′‐azino‐bis,3‐ethyl‐benzo‐thiazoline‐6‐sulphonic acid (ABTS) radical scavenging activities of persimmon peel powders using different washing treatments (tap water at 20 °C and hot water) were investigated. Peel powder obtained from hot water‐washed peels (74.95 g per 100 g) had higher dietary fibre content than tap water‐washed (65.50 g per 100 g) and unwashed (60.99 g per 100 g) peels. The higher content of total phenolic and ascorbic acid were found in peel powder obtained from unwashed peels, whereas washed peels had more β‐carotene content. The EC50 values of scavenging DPPH and ABTS radical for peel powders obtained from unwashed, tap water‐washed and hot water‐washed peels were 75.44, 142.18 and 110.17 μg mL?1 respectively and 5.31, 5.34 and 5.39 μg mL?1 respectively. Therefore, hot water washing is recommended to obtain better quality products from persimmon peel for use as a fibre supplement.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel design method to reduce the cogging torque of interior-type permanent-magnet (PM) motor. In the design method, the optimal notches are put on the rotor pole face, which have an effect on the variation of PM shape or the residual flux density of PM. Through the space harmonic field analysis, the positions of notches are found, and the optimal shapes of notches are determined by using finite element method. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed by experiments.  相似文献

Management of foreign exchange risk is considered to be as important as trading results in firm performance when international trading and transaction of different kind of currencies are getting popular. Most previous researches on this issue have been based on the foreign exchange market and financial investing and accounting, focusing on theoretical point of view. And it is difficult to apply these research results to each company, since all companies in industry have different financial circumstances. In this paper, the solution for the foreign exchange management is proposed using GA and VaR which is very practical to export-oriented companies. The developed software enables a user to specify the criteria for the foreign exchange trading condition, constraints on dealing amount, GA operator and penalty, and variables in VaR. This approach is useful for managing foreign exchange holdings of a company in a practical way, analyzing past exchange rate trend with dealing results.  相似文献

Biogas usually contains CH4 and CO2 as main components with the ratio of 6: 4, and its composition varies with wide range depending on digester conditions. In addition to concentration change of each constituent, biogas composition could be changed due to the variations in the organic matter treatment process. The aim of the study is to analyze the production and application to a microturbine system of CH4/N2 rich biogas produced from Gong-Ju wastewater treatment plant. CH4/N2 rich biogas is produced due to the internal wastewater recirculation. The internal wastewater recirculation is intended to enhance NO3 ? removal without additional carbon source input. As a result, the digester was shown to be the highest contributor for nitrogen removal and average CH4 concentration was lowered compared to the typical biogas composition. Nitrate removal rate was influenced by the internal recirculation ratio. Content of N2 has no effect on biogas clean-up system performance. Besides, adaptability of CH4/N2 rich biogas to microturbine was satisfactory with very low NOx and SO2 concentration in microturbine exhaust gas. Influence of high N2 concentration of biogas on NOx concentration was limited due to the low combustion temperature.  相似文献
