In order to prepare thermally stable isosorbide-derived thermoplastic polyurethane, the synthesis of two new chiral exo–exo configured diols, prepared from isosorbide, and two types of diphenols (bisphenol A and thiodiphenol) was described. The synthesis conditions were optimized under conventional heating and microwave irradiations. To prove their suitability in polymerization, these monomers were successfully polymerized using 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). Both monomers and polymers have been studied by NMR, FT-IR, TGA, DSC; intrinsic viscosity of polymers has also been determined. The results showed the effectiveness of the synthetic strategy proposed; moreover, a dramatic reduction of the reaction time and an important improvement of the monomers yield using microwave irradiation have been demonstrated. The monomers, as well as the polymers, showed excellent thermal stability both in air and nitrogen. It was also shown that the introduction of sulphur in the polyurethane backbone was effective in delaying the onset of degradation as well as the degradation rate.  相似文献

首先通过体外模拟唾液-胃液-肠液应激实验研究乳杆菌的耐消化应激能力,然后研究其对肠道黏蛋白和Caco-2细胞的黏附及抑制肠道病原菌黏附的能力,最后探讨消化应激对乳杆菌黏附能力的影响。结果表明,副干酪乳杆菌W125、m111和发酵乳杆菌146在依次经过模拟唾液-胃液-肠液应激后存活率分别为2.70%、3.53%及11.15%,活菌数分别为7.46、7.24(lg(CFU/mL))及8.35(lg(CFU/mL)),且对黏蛋白和Caco-2细胞的黏附率显著高于其他菌株(P<0.05),分别为15.67%、8.75%、8.38%和11.47%、21.34%、10.44%;3株菌株均可通过排除、竞争和替代的方式抑制大肠杆菌CICC10899和沙门菌WX29对肠道的黏附,黏附抑制率均大于13.51%;消化应激显著降低了副干酪乳杆菌W125和发酵乳杆菌146对肠道的黏附能力(P<0.05),但显著增加了副干酪乳杆菌m111的黏附能力(P<0.05),黏附率由17.60%增加到30.45%,且主要黏附素由消化应激前的表层蛋白变为应激后的蛋白和多糖;消化应激前后副干酪乳杆菌m111均...  相似文献

Newly designed gels for electrophoresis protein separation were synthesized from acrylamide, N,N′‐methylenebis (acrylamide) and dextran mixtures. Radical polymerization was initiated by ammonium persulfate and N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine. The time dependence of absorbance during polymerization was monitored using UV‐visible spectroscopy. The exothermic polymerization process exhibited a sharp rise of temperature reminiscent of the Trommsdorff effect. The swelling kinetics of the synthesized gels was examined in deionized water and buffer solutions. One of the challenges was to find an alternative to commercial products, sold as mixtures with no detailed chemical contents, commonly used in sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS‐PAGE) for protein separation. For this reason, a systematic comparison was made of the properties of one of the most commonly used commercial gels, Duracryl? from Genomics Solution Inc., and those of the synthesized polyacrylamide/dextran gels. The phase behaviour of binary nematogen mixtures of side‐chain liquid crystal crosslinked polymers and low molecular weight liquid crystals is investigated with particular emphasis on the effects of nematic coupling. The cross nematic quadrupole parameter ν12 is assumed to be proportional to the geometric average of ν11 and ν22 characteristic of single nematogens. In the weak coupling limit, the proportionality constant is lower than 1, and the phase diagram exhibits a reduced miscibility of the nematogens. In the case of strong coupling, the proportionality constant exceeds 1 resulting in higher miscibility. This is characterized by a nematic order that extends to temperatures above the upper nematic–isotropic transition temperature. A wide region of miscibility emerges showing a single nematic phase. Nematogens having similar nematic–isotropic transition temperatures exhibit different phase properties from systems with widely separated transition temperatures. Effects of the polymer volume fraction at crosslinking, rubber elasticity parameters of the network, and the Flory–Huggins interaction parameter on the equilibrium phase diagram of these systems are discussed. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

In this paper, we present the integration of an absorbing photonic crystal within a thin-film photovoltaic solar cell. Optical simulations performed on a complete solar cell revealed that patterning the hydrogenated amorphous silicon active layer as a 2D photonic crystal membrane enabled to increase its integrated absorption by 28 % between 300 and 720 nm, comparing to a similar but unpatterned stack. In order to fabricate such promising cells, we developed a high throughput process based on holographic lithography and reactive ion etching. The influences of the parameters taking part in those processes on the obtained patterns are discussed. Optical measurements performed on the resulting “photonized” solar cell structures underline the regularity of the 2D pattern and a significant absorption increase above 550 nm, similarly to what is observed on the simulated absorption spectra. Moreover, our patterned cells are found to be robust with regards to the angle of incidence of the light.  相似文献

The asymmetry of halloysite surface chemistry was used to perform a selective modification of its inner surface via grafting of a synthesized styrene/(methacryloyloxy)methyl phosphonic acid copolymer. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry were used to evidence and quantify the grafting. Then, raw and hybrid nanoparticles were incorporated in polystyrene (PS)/polyamide‐11 (PA11) blends (80/20 and 60/40 wt%). Scanning electron micrographs showed differences in localization of the halloysite nanotubes (HNTs), since raw halloysite is concentrated in the PA11 phase while modified halloysite is also located at the PS/PA11 interface, leading to a better interfacial adhesion between PS and PA11. An inhibiting effect of modified halloysite on PA11 coalescence was evidenced by measuring the particle size distribution of the extracted nodules. Moreover, the presence of modified halloysite at the interface shows an improvement in terms of thermal stability as observed by TGA, but with no significant effects on PA11 crystallization behaviour as shown by differential scanning calorimetry results. Rheological measurements were carried out to study the influence of the surface modification of halloysite on the blend morphology. A gel‐like behaviour was observed for the (60/40 wt%) HNTs reinforced composition that was enhanced in the case of 10% functionalized halloysite. © 2016 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

众所周知,采用粉煤灰制备混凝土,因粉煤灰成分中含有未燃炭等微粒子,容易造成阴离子型引气剂吸附在这些微粒子上,导致含气量经时损失.同时在混凝土的制备、运输过程中,因受采用的材料、拌和状态等物理因素影响,还会发生含气量经时增加的现象.所以在制备、管理混凝土时,如何保证出机初期一定的含气量、缓解含气量的经时损失或经时增加,是一项极其关键的技术.本文将就采用能改善上述状态的引气剂、抑泡剂拌和混凝土,对混凝土的经时变化以及抗冻融性等特征产生的影响进行论述.  相似文献

To determine the toughness of materials, Charpy V notch test has been widely used over the world. Originally, the Charpy-V or U tests were used mainly as a quality control tests. In this paper, effects of temperature and notch geometry on variation of toughness/yield stress ratio were investigated. The experimental work has been performed on austenitic stainless steel 316L using Charpy tests and carried out at temperature range from 20 ℃ to 250 ℃ on different dimension of V- and U-notch specimens. Energy of fracture was determined directly from machine tests. Furthermore, Barsoum correlation has been applied to determine toughness/yield stress ratio as function of temperature. In addition, several parameters were investigated namely specimen thickness and notch cut angles. U-notch specimen offers a high resistance comparatively to the V-notch and that toughness depends on temper situation and orientation of notch relative to the rolling direction.  相似文献
