It remains challenging to fabricate efficient, scalable large-area organic solar cells (OSCs) owing to the unfavorable morphology of photoactive blend films. To address this challenge, two asymmetric nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs) IPC1CN-BBO-IC2F and IPC1CN-BBO-IC2Cl are synthesized, where 12,13-bis(2-butyloctyl)-3,9-diundecyl-12,13-dihydro-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-e]thieno[2′“,3′”:4′,5′]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-g]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno-[3,2-b]indole (BBO) is the molecular core, and two types of end groups are appended to its ends, namely the 9H-indeno[1,2-b]pyrazine-2,3,8-tricarbonitrile (IPC1CN) end group and one of 2-(5,6-dihalo-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ylidene)malononitrile end groups (IC2F or IC2Cl). These NFAs facilitate effective tuning of light absorption and energy levels, offer high carrier mobilities, and allow for the formation of appropriate morphologies. Note that these benefits apply even to large-area devices, unlike typical Y6-based NFAs. In addition, a random copolymer PM6-PBDBT(55) is synthesized and its energy levels are optimally matched with those of the asymmetric NFAs. The blade-coated 1 cm2-area OSCs based on PM6-PBDBT(55):IPC1CN-BBO-IC2Cl exhibit a PCE of 14.12%, which is higher than that of PM6-PBDBT(55)-IPC1CN-BBO-IC2F-based OSCs. More importantly, the PM6-PBDBT(55):IPC1CN-BBO-IC2Cl-based large-area (58.50 cm2) modules yield an impressive PCE of 11.28% with a small cell-to-module loss in fill factor. These results suggest that a combination of the asymmetric molecular design using the IPC1CN group and the terpolymer strategy will pave a new path for fabricating highly efficient and scalable large-area OSCs.  相似文献

In this paper, we report a systematic investigation of band-edge photoluminescence for Cd1-x Mn x Te crystals grown by the vertical Bridgman method. The near-band-edge emissions of neutral acceptor-bound excitons (labeled as L1) were systematically investigated as a function of temperature and of alloy composition. The parameters that describe the temperature variation of the energy were evaluated by the semiempirical Varshni relation. From the temperature dependence of the full width at half maximum of the L1 emission line, the broadening factors Γ(T) were determined from the fit to the data. The activation energies of thermal quenching were obtained for the L1 peak from the temperature dependence of the bound exciton peaks and were found to decrease with increasing Mn concentration.  相似文献

In this preliminary study, micromechanical techniques were used to compare the interfacial properties of both carbon and glass fiber composites with two structurally different epoxy matrices (YD‐114 and YDF‐175) at ambient and relatively low temperatures (25°C and −10°C). Tensile modulus of elasticity for both epoxies was higher at lower temperature. Although both fibers exhibited more bimodality at lower temperature than at ambient temperature, glass fiber composites exhibited a statistically greater improvement in tensile strength. This may be attributed to differences in inherent flaws and rigidity. A decrement in stress was observed for YDF‐175 epoxy composites under cyclic loadings at both temperatures, which was attributed to lower interfacial shear strength (IFSS). In contrast to the IFSS of conventional YD‐114 epoxy composites, the IFSS of both the carbon and glass fibers/YDF‐175 epoxy composites studied was higher at the lower temperature. Temperature variations of the quasi-diffusion constant and thermal diffusion ratio between phonon and roton gases in two- and three-dimensional liquid helium are evaluated explicitly through the scattering of phonons by rotons. The diffusion constants in both dimensions decrease exponentially over the whole temperature range, while the thermal diffusion ratios increase and then decrease as temperature increases in the range from 0.6 to 1.1 K.  相似文献

Optimization of extraction conditions for fucoxanthin from brown algae Eisenia bicyclis was investigated through a pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) method and statistical experimental design. The process was optimized by Plackett-Burman design at first step to screen the most important variables in the extraction of fucoxanthin, and subsequently central composite design was applied to attain the optimum conditions of the selected factors for fucoxanthin extraction. Two factors, temperature and ethanol concentration, significantly influenced the extraction efficiency of fucoxanthin at 95% level (P<0.05). The maximum predicted value of fucoxanthin extraction was 0.42 mg/g at 110 °C and 90% ethanol. The validation of the model was verified by triplicate experiments under the optimal conditions. The results demonstrated that the statistical strategy was successfully applied for optimization of PLE method for fucoxanthin extraction and that PLE can be a powerful method to extract fucoxanthin from E. bicyclis.  相似文献

CXCR7 and CXCR4 are G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that can be stimulated by CXCL12 in various human cancers. CXCR7/4–CXCL12 binding can initiate activation of multiple pathways including JAK/STAT and manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) signaling, and initiate epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) process. It is established that cancer cell invasion and migration are caused because of these events. In particular, the EMT process is an important process that can determine the prognosis for cancer. Since the antitumor effect of leelamine (LEE) has been reported in various previous studies, here, we have evaluated the influence of LEE on the CXCR7/4 signaling axis and EMT processes. We first found that LEE suppressed expression of CXCR7 and CXCR4 both at the protein and mRNA levels, and showed inhibitory effects on these chemokines even after stimulation by CXCL12 ligand. In addition, LEE also reduced the level of MnSOD and inhibited the EMT process to attenuate the invasion and migration of breast cancer cells. In addition, phosphorylation of the JAK/STAT pathway, which acts down-stream of these chemokines, was also abrogated by LEE. It was also confirmed that LEE can induce an imbalance of GSH/GSSG and increases ROS, thereby resulting in antitumor activity. Thus, we establish that targeting CXCR7/4 in breast cancer cells can not only inhibit the invasion and migration of cancer cells but also can affect JAK/STAT, EMT process, and production of ROS. Overall, the findings suggest that LEE can function as a novel agent affecting the breast cancer.  相似文献

The gas injection technique was introduced to achieve flux improvement in cross-flow ultrafiltration of oil emulsion. By the nitrogen gas injection, homogeneous liquid phase oil/water emulsion was changed to heterogeneous gas- liquid phase. The injected gas causes positive effect of promoting turbulence, but it also has negative effect of decreasing the effective membrane area due to the partial occupation of membrane pores by bubbles. The efficiency of the gas injection was found out to be dependent on bubble fractions in the mixture: at sufficient bubble fractions the higher flux was observed. but at lower bubble fractions the flux rather decreased compared with that without gas injection. An attempt was made to explain the mechanisms for the dual aspects of gas injection. Turbulence dampening effect was also observed when the dependence of mass transfer coefficient on cross-flow rate was investigated with gas injection.  相似文献
