In this paper, we developed a new customizable low energy Software Defined Networking (SDN) based Internet of Things (IoT) platform that can be reconfigured according to the requirements of the target IoT applications. Technically, the platform consists of a set of low cost and energy efficient single-board computers, which are interconnected within a network with the software defined configuration. The proposed SDN switch is deployed on Raspberry Pi 3 board using Open vSwitch (OvS) software, while the Floodlight controller is deployed on the Orange Pi Prime board. We firstly presented and implemented the method for measuring a delay introduced by each component of the IoT infrastructure, ranging from the sensor, the core of SDN, the IoT broker, to an IoT subscriber. Thus, we presented the approach for estimating energy efficiency for SDN based IoT platform proportional to the traffic. The experiments carried out on a real SDN topology based on single-board computers show that our approach not only saves up to 53.56% of energy at low traffic intensity, but also provides QoS guarantee for IoT applications.  相似文献

The goal of this research is to study the elasto-plastic properties of La-Cr-O thin films deposited by RF-magnetron sputtering on stainless steel interconnect materials after annealing at high temperatures in air. Elastic modulus, hardness and yield pressure derived from nanoindentation data are reported for thin films in different structural states. The amorphous film has an estimated elastic modulus of 174 GPa. The moduli of annealed films are calculated to be 150, 185 and 120 GPa after annealing at 500 °C, 600 °C and 800 °C, respectively. The film annealed at 800 °C has the lowest hardness and is dramatically different from the other structural states due to formation of the nanoporosity. The amorphous film and the films annealed at 500 °C and 600 °C both have hardness of 14 GPa, which is close to the value estimated by modeling.  相似文献

In this article, oxidation processes of Ag-Bi-Sb-based phases were investigated. Synthesized AgBiS2 and AgSbS2-Sb2S3-Sb samples were thermally analyzed in synthetic air by applying the simultaneous DSC-TGA analysis technique. The oxidation processes at PO?=0.2 atm and T<1173 K were observed to take place in many-step sequence of various reactions with an overall reaction 2AgMeS2 + 5.5O2(g) ? 2Ag + Me2O3 + 4SO2(g), where Me=(Bi,Sb). Oxidations of AgBiS2, Sb2S3, and AgSbS2 were observed to begin above 549±2K, 610±2K, and 733±2K, respectively. Furthermore, oxidation processes of AgBi3S5 and Ag3SbS3 were estimated, and thermodynamic functions for the overall oxidation reactions were calculated and discussed.  相似文献

The effectiveness of various liquid sanitizers and methods of application against Escherichia coli on baby spinach was investigated. Inoculated spinach was treated with (i) Pro‐San L (commercially prepared solution containing 0.66% citric acid, 0.036% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS); (ii) chlorine solution (200 ppm), alone or with addition of 0.036% SDS; and (iii) aqueous solution of 0.66% levulinic acid with 0.036% SDS. Population reduction in response to these treatments ranged between 2.1 and 2.8 log CFU/g. No significant difference (p > .05) was found among tested sanitizers in microbial count reduction. Spraying, dipping, and “dry” vacuum impregnation methods of Pro‐San L application were compared. Dipping was the most effective in reducing E. coli O157:H7 population (4.4 log CFU/g reduction). Dry vacuum impregnation was less effective (3.3 log CFU/g reduction) and caused damage to the produce. The effectiveness of spray Pro‐San L application and holding for prolonged time (up to 3 days) was also evaluated. However, increasing time of exposure to organic acid sanitizer did not increase sanitizing effectiveness and led to progressive damage of spinach leaves.  相似文献

The thermal expansion and vibrational properties of [1 0 0] and [0 0 1] LaGaO3 single crystals have been studied by thermal mechanical analysis and micro-Raman spectroscopy. A first-order orthorhombic to rhombohedral phase transition has been confirmed by both techniques, as well as by in situ heating using optical microscopy. The appearance of a metastable intermediate phase, tentatively assigned as monoclinic, has been detected both by optical microscopy and Raman spectroscopy upon heating of the [1 0 0] and [0 0 1] LaGaO3 single crystals. Not only temperature, but the stress-induced orthorhombic to rhombohedral phase transition has also been detected by Raman mapping of the residual impression made by Vickers indentation. The position map of bands belonging to the lower-temperature/pressure orthorhombic and the higher-temperature/pressure rhombohedral phase show that the rhombohedral phase is located inside the impression, where the applied indentation stresses are the highest, whereas no rhombohedral phase is detected outside the impression, where the surface has not been altered by contact stresses.  相似文献

Inductive learning systems were successfully applied in a number of medical domains. Nevertheless, the effective use of these systems often requires data preprocessing before applying a learning algorithm. This is especially important for multidimensional heterogeneous data presented by a large number of features of different types. Dimensionality reduction (DR) is one commonly applied approach. The goal of this paper is to study the impact of natural clustering--clustering according to expert domain knowledge--on DR for supervised learning (SL) in the area of antibiotic resistance. We compare several data-mining strategies that apply DR by means of feature extraction or feature selection with subsequent SL on microbiological data. The results of our study show that local DR within natural clusters may result in better representation for SL in comparison with the global DR on the whole data.  相似文献

In boron carbide, the dependence of EPR line width (ΔB) with g = 2.0028 on the contents of free carbon, cC, is used to determine the surface-to-volume ratio ( S / V ) of free carbon inclusions. Consecutive reduction of cC was conducted by a method of low-vacuum oxidation at a range of temperatures. The amount of a free carbon (a graphite phase) in samples was measured by X-ray. Analysis of changes in ΔB (cC) has shown that free carbon inclusions at the surface layer of polycrystalline boron carbide particles has S / V two times smaller than that of free carbon inclusions in the interior of polycrystalline boron carbide.  相似文献

Mössbauer parameters were obtained for four Illinois Basin shales and their corresponding < 2μm clay fractions from wells drilled through the New Albany Shale Group in Henderson, Tazewell, and Effingham counties in Illinois and Christian County in Kentucky. Off-gas analysis indicated that the Illinois cores were in an area of low gas potential, while the Kentucky core was in an area of moderate-to-good potential. Iron-rich dolomite (ankerite) was found in the Kentucky core but not in the Illinois cores. In the Kentucky core, gas content could be correlated with the ankerite in the bulk sample, the Mössbauer M (2) species in the clay fraction, and a ferrous iron species in the clay fraction. The location of the greatest concentration of natural gas in the Kentucky core could be predicted by following the changes in percentage concentration of these iron species when plotted against the depth of burial of the core sample.  相似文献

Carbon films on the Si/SiO2 substrate are fabricated using modified method of close space sublimation at atmospheric pressure. The film properties have been characterized by micro-Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and monochromatic ellipsometry methods. Ellipsometrical measurements demonstrated an increase of the silicon oxide film thickness in the course of manufacturing process. The XPS survey spectra of the as-prepared samples indicate that the main elements in the near-surface region are carbon, silicon, and oxygen. The narrow-scan spectra of C1s, Si2p, O1s regions indicate that silicon and oxygen are mainly in the SiO x (x ≈ 2) oxide form, whereas the main component of C1s spectrum at 284.4 eV comes from the sp2-hybridized carbon phase. Micro-Raman spectra confirmed the formation of graphene films with the number of layers that depended on the distance between the graphite source and substrate.  相似文献
