A 57-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of restenosis of the left main coronary trunk (LMT) after patch angioplasty for the LMT lesion. PTCA was repeated four times during three years after patch angioplasty, but recent coronary angiogram still demonstrated 75% restenosis of the LMT lesion. Double-CABG was performed to LAD and LCX using the left internal thoracic artery and saphenous vein graft. Postoperative coronary angiogram revealed an excellent result. A careful consideration must be given to the indication of the patch angioplasty of the LMT lesion.  相似文献

The environmental stress cracking (ESC) of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer caused by a non-ionic surfactant (poly-oxyethylene alkylether) was studied by constant-load tensile creep tests and edge crack tension (ECT) tests. The fracture surfaces were investigated by a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the morphology of the crack tip was investigated by a transmission electron microscope (TEM). It was found that the results of the creep tests performed in the non-ionic surfactant were very different from those performed in air. SEM images of the fracture surfaces showed that there were three different mechanisms of fracture and that specimens had a tendency to rupture by ESC when the stress was small. The results of the ECT tests and the TEM images showed that the change in the mechanism of the fracture was attributable to the change of morphology at the crack tip.  相似文献

A high-resolution hard x-ray microscope is described. This system is capable of detecting line features as small as 0.6 µm in width, and resolving line pairs 1.2-µm wide and 1.2-µm apart. Three types of two-dimensional image detectors are discussed and compared for use with hard x rays in high resolution. Principles of x-ray image magnification are discussed based on x-ray optics and diffraction physics. Examples of applications are shown in microradiography with fiber reinforced composite materials (SiC in Ti3Al Nb) and in diffraction imaging (topography) with device patterns on a silicon single crystal. High-resolution tomography has now become a reality.  相似文献

The stoichiometric mixture of 2MgH2 + Co was ball milled under a hydrogen atmosphere to synthesize nanocrystalline metal hydride Mg2CoH5. Upon milling, the mixture was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and thermal methods employing the techniques of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). Hydrogen absorption and desorption measured by pressure-composition-temperature (P-C-T) curves indicated that the capacity loss was small after 20 consecutive cycling tests. The enthalpies associated with hydride formation and decomposition were measured to be –69.5 and –83.2 kJ mol–1 H2, respectively. At the temperatures of this study (553 to 653 K), hysteresis decreases with increasing temperature.  相似文献

A low-power wordline voltage generating system is developed for low-voltage flash memories. The limit for the stand-by current including the operation current for the band-gap reference and the stand-by wordline voltage generator is discussed. The system was implemented on a 1.8-V 32-Mb flash memory fabricated with a 0.25-μm flash memory process and achieved with very low stand-by current of 2 μA typically, and high operating frequency of 25 MHz in read operation at 1.8 V. A newly developed magnetic regenerator material Er(Ni0.075Co0.925)2, having high specific heat at temperatures from 10 to 20 K, has been tested inside the second regenerator of a two-stage GM cryocooler. Different working conditions have been examined: four Er(Ni0.075Co0.925)2/Pb material ratios, three displacer reciprocating speeds, and two cryocooler stroke lengths. In the best working conditions, the experimental results show a cooling power improvement up to 15% over the whole temperature range from 10 to 20 K compared to that of the same GM cryocooler employing only lead.  相似文献

The unprecedented use of a soluble organoindium species, indium(III) hexamethyldisilazide [In(III)(hmds)3], for catalytic carbon carbon bond formations between ketones and boronates, is reported. Various functionalized tertiary homoallyl alcohols were generated easily in high yields. Remarkably, free hydroxy and primary amine functionalities proved to be tolerated. A rate acceleration and markedly improved diastereoselectivities were observed in the presence of methanol. Based on preliminary NMR experiments and the α‐selectivity with an α‐substituted boronate, we assume the in situ generation of reactive allylindium(III) species through catalytic boron‐to‐indium transmetalation.  相似文献

Aluminium-gate n-channel MOSFETs have been fabricated in Si/CaF2/Si heteroepitaxial silicon-on-insulator structures. The MOSFETs were fabricated by a process including thermal oxidation in wet oxygen ambient for the formation of the gate oxide. The maximum field-effect electron mobility as high as 580 cm2/V s was obtained.  相似文献
