The decomposition of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), as a positive resist, in CF4/O2 plasma etching has been studied in the thin film state in order to clarify the factors influencing the dry etching durability of resists. It becomes clear that the major PMMA decomposition in CF4/O2 plasma etching proceeds by the mechanism of random chain scission because very small kinetic chain lengths are estimated from the gel permeation chromatography data. The Arrhenius plots for the plasma etching rate of PMMA bend above about the glass transition temperature (Tg), where rapid increase of the etching rate and remarkable pattern deformation are observed. Activation energy of the PMMA etching rate which is changed by oxygen concentration and rf power indicates various values from 3.1 to 6.5 kcal/mol below about Tg. The result of molecular weight variation in the cross section of the film suggests that the active species permeate into the film with fairly large speed and the PMMA decomposition occurs not only at the film surface but also at deep layer of the film.  相似文献

Rice bran oil containing 30–50% free fatty acid was continually converted to an oil containing more than 75% of triacylglycerol (TG) by means of immobilized lipase. The reaction was carried out at 60°C for 24 h with dehydration and reactant mixing by dry nitrogen flow under a positive nitrogen atmosphere. Enzymatic TG synthesis with evaporation by heating was not suitable because of the increasing peroxide value of the oil. A recommendation system which recommends interesting information to the target user must guarantee high precision and recall. However, there is trade-off between precision and recall. In this paper, we propose a web page recommendation method balancing both of them by take advantage of uninteresting information. The proposed method extracts the interest and uninterest indicators from not only historical interesting web pages but also uninteresting ones in a target genre. The historical interesting and uninteresting information is derived based on the browsing time and bookmarking. The proposed method can keep precision and recall by excluding the uninteresting information from the recommended ones based on the interest and uninterest indicators. The experimental result proved that the proposed method can improve the precision and recall than an existing method.  相似文献

This article proposes a function for color information detection using genetic programming (GP). In image-processing, object detection is one of the important processes. In cases where the object has a complex color domain, detection becomes more difficult. We generated a detection function for a complex color domain by using GP. The detection function deals with one pixel of an input image, and it obtains an output image by processing for all pixels. We aimed at a reduction in the time taken by a human to consider an image-processing system design. We applied the generation of GP to detect a target color region in actual images. The results show that the detection function has sufficient ability for these detections.  相似文献

We proposed a new method for developing Ni-base turbine disc alloy for application at temperatures above 700 °C by mixing a Ni-base superalloy U720LI with a two-phase alloy Co-16.9 wt pct Ti in various contents. The microstructure and phase stability of the alloys were analyzed using an optical microscope, a scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, and an X-ray diffractometer. The yield strength was studied by compression tests at temperatures ranging from 25 °C to 1200 °C. The results show that all the alloys had a dendritic structure. Ni3Ti (η) phase was formed in the interdendritic region in the alloys with the addition of Co-16.9 wt pct Ti, and its volume fraction increased with the increase in the addition of Co-16.9 wt pct Ti. The results of exposure at 750 °C show that the addition of Co-16.9 wt pct Ti to U720LI had a great effect on suppressing the formation of σ phase due to the reduced Cr content in the γ matrix. Compared to U720LI, the alloys with the addition of Co-16.9 wt pct Ti possessed higher yield strength. The solid-solution strengthening of γ and γ′ and higher volume fraction of γ′ were assumed to cause this strength increase.  相似文献

We have developed a simple reprocessing process for spent FBR fuels using N-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidone (NCP) which has selective precipitation ability for UO22+ ions. It was confirmed that NCP has sufficient precipitation ability for UO22+ ions, decontamination capability (separation of UO22+ from simulated fission products), and resistance to γ-ray radiation in nitric acid solutions. These findings indicate that NCP is applicable to our reprocessing process. We have also evaluated performances of other precipitants such as N-n-propyl-2-pyrrolidone (NProP), N-n-butyl-2-pyrrolidone (NBP), and N-n-butyl-2-pyridone (NBPyr). It was found that higher decontamination factors (DFs) are obtained by using NProP and NBP. This can be interpreted that the hydrophobicity of NProP and NBP is lower than that of NCP. Furthermore, we have obtained an experimental result that the resistance of NBPyr to γ-ray radiation is superior to that of NCP.  相似文献

Physical and electrical properties of three types of Ag-Pd pastes, which consist of different metal fine powders, i.e., a coprecipitated powder, an agglomerated alloy powder made by heat treatment and a pulverized alloy powder produced by improved pulverization method, have been studied. The paste prepared from pulverized alloy powder showed a higher film packing density (6.3 g/cm3) than those made of the other powders. The film consisting of pulverized alloy powder showed a lower expansion at around 500 °C, a lower shrinkage from 700 °C to 1100 °C and a lower electric resistivity. The results indicated that the paste which consists of an pulverized Ag-Pd alloy powder was superior in performance to the other two pastes for an internal electrode material of multilayer ceramic device.  相似文献

Developing photoactivatable theranostic platforms with integrated functionalities of biocompatibility, targeting, imaging contrast, and therapy is a promising approach for cancer diagnosis and therapy. Here, we report a theranostic agent based on a hybrid nanoparticle comprising fullerene nanocrystals and gold nanoparticles (FGNPs) for photoacoustic imaging and photothermal therapy. Compared to gold nanoparticles and fullerene crystals, FGNPs exhibited stronger photoacoustic signals and photothermal heating characteristics by irradiating light with an optimal wavelength. Our studies demonstrated that FGNPs could kill cancer cells due to their photothermal heating characteristics in vitro. Moreover, FGNPs that are accumulated in tumor tissue via the enhanced permeation and retention effect can visualize tumor tissue due to their photoacoustic signal in tumor xenograft model mice. The theranostic agent with FGNPs shows promise for cancer therapy.  相似文献
