A MEMS inertial switch with flexible electrodes to contact-enhanced is designed and fabricated. ANSYS software is used to simulate the displacement of the mass, deformation of the flexible electrode and contact time of the switch. A high-speed video measurement has been used to visualize the switch contact process instead of electrical measurement for a deeper understanding of the dynamic contact process, and these images are used to visually validate simulation results. Comparisons between the simulation and image results are discussed. The image results are seen to be in good agreement with the dynamics simulation results. 相似文献

利用热力学基础数据和相关软件对F-T合成催化剂COS和H_2S中毒的热力学进行了计算。在热力学上,Ru、Fe、Co的COS中毒在F-T合成反应可以发生的条件下均是自发过程。F-T合成反应体系中10~(-9)级的COS即可使Ru基催化剂中的金属Ru生成RuS_2而中毒。Fe和Co毒化后生成的硫化物种类较多,对这些反应的热力学计算结果表明,对于不同的反应,其平衡常数的差异很大,对应中毒反应发生时,所需的COS和H_2S的浓度也不同,对COS的要求更为严格。由于Fe基F-T合成催化剂活性相的复杂性,利用对催化剂相关性质的修饰开发具有一定抗硫性的铁基F-T合成催化剂是可行的;对于Co催化剂,利用F-T合成的反应特点和催化剂改性开发具有一定抗硫性催化剂是可能的。 相似文献

Gas adsorption has an important influence on gas flow in a coal body. Research on the characteristics of coal and gas adsorption is the theoretical basis for studying gas flow in coal. In this paper, the interaction between methane, carbon dioxide and surface molecules of anthracite was simulated using the quantum chemistry method. Adsorption energy and adsorption configurations of different quantities of gas molecules absorbed on the coal surface were calculated. The results show that adsorption between coal and the two kinds of gas molecules is a physical adsorption process and there is an optimal configuration. Gas molecules are more easily adsorbed in the hydroxyl-containing side chain, while it is difficult for them to be adsorbed at the position of the benzene ring. Besides, carbon dioxide molecules are more readily adsorbed on the coal surface than methane molecules. The findings have an important significance in revealing the nature of gas adsorption in coal. 相似文献

A double-layer TiO2 nanotube arrays were formed by two-step anodization of Ti foils in different electrolytes. First, Ti in 0.5 wt% HF was anodized to form thin nanotube layer. Afterwards a second anodization was conducted in a formamide based electrolyte, which allowed the second layer of nanotube growing directly underneath the first one. From FESEM investigation we found that the thickness of second layer corresponded to the anodization time, the increasing of which would lead to the excessive etching on the first layer. The first layer protected the lower one from fluoride corrosion during anodization process. With excellent photo-electric and electro-optical effects, the photorefractive spatial light modulators can work as optically addressed modulators in optical information processing systems and parallel optical computing systems. The photo-induced current pulses of the photorefractive spatial light modulator observed in the experiments are analyzed to conclude the characteristics, and to find the relationship between the properties of the current pulse and the structural parameters. Furthermore, the origin of the photo-induced current pulse is analyzed, and the methods to improve the operation speed of the spatial light modulators are proposed. The reasons for bringing surface accuracy error in uhra-precision grinding ceramic ball joint were analyzed, and the influences wheel position error and shaft run-out error on the ball joint surface accuracy were discussed. Through establishing three-dimensional grinding model, the mathematical relationship between the position error and surface accuracy was derived, and the distance from any point on spherical surface to the ideal center was calculated when position error existed, and a precise surface shape was got, and theoretical support was provided to improve the surface accuracy during the grinding process.
