一种用于装焊的胎具设计研究

通过对一种夹钳箱不当加工工艺的分析,引入一种焊接用胎具装置,并介绍胎具设计过程及工作的基本原理,以及具体的施焊过程,实践证明此方法在装焊过程中对焊件的尺寸特设及位置精度起到了保证作用。

针对等偏距同转向空间相交轴RCCR的位移特性展开了理论分析,得到了两传力杆间圆柱副A的绝对运动轨迹为椭圆,反映两回转轴夹角大小的α角应在-60°α90°范围内取值等若干重要结论。     

Adaptive blind equalization for MIMO systems uadaptive blind equalization for MIMO systems under α-stable noise environmentnder α-stable noise environment

The presence of non-Gaussian impulsive noise in wireless system can degrade the performance of existing equalizers and signal detectors. In this paper, the problem of blind source separation and equalization for MIMO systems in heavy-tailed impulsive noise is studied. A generalized multiuser constant modulus cost function by employing the fractional lower-order statistic of the equalizer input signal is proposed. The associated adaptive blind equalization algorithm based on a stochastic gradient descent method is defined as fractional lower-order multi-user constant modulus algorithm (FLOS MU CMA). Computer simulations are presented to illustrate the performance of the new algorithm.     

碱法麦草浆中段废水深度处理的试验研究

为符合造纸工业废水新的排放标准并解决废水和回用问题,对经二级生化处理的碱法麦草浆中段废水采用电化学法深度处理进行了试验研究,对比了用铁量、铁碳比、pH值、反应时间对其处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:在最佳处理工艺条件下,处理后出水的CODC r、色度及浊度分别为115.6mg/L、25倍、31NTU,出水水质不但可以满足新的排放标准(GB3544-2008),而且完全达到回用水要求。     

变速器状态监测及故障诊断方法

汽车变速箱是汽车的主要传动部件,准确地监测变速器运行状态和提前预估试验中可能出现的故障,对于产品改进、试验设备及人员安全及其重要。分析变速器各种零件振动信号的特征,建立基于状态监测和故障诊断的分析模型和状态监测方案。该方案可从复合振动信号中分离出齿轮的振动信号、轴不对中故障振动信号和轴承故障振动信号,能有效地诊断变速器内部零件的典型故障。     

Sonochemical synthesis of LaMnO3 nano-powder

We report the preparation of LaMnO₃ nanosized powder by the sonochemical process. Sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) was used as surfactant, to prevent agglomeration. The particle size obtained in this method was 19–55 nm. The phase formation temperature of LaMnO₃ was 700 °C which is lower than other conventional processes. So sonochemical process is cost effective and it is more acceptable considering its ease of preparation in comparison to other conventional processes. Powder synthesized was characterized by measuring crystallite size, specific surface area, morphology and by thermal analysis. The particle sizes of the powders were controlled by calcinations schedule. Narrow size distribution and core and shell structure of the prepared powder was revealed by transmission electron microscopy.

根据代建制的内涵,在代建实践工作中的认识,分析了建设项目前期、设计、施工各阶段的主要工作职责,即设计方案及图纸优化,创造和谐的工作氛围,做好参建各方之间的协调工作,加强合同管理,监督各方切实履行各自职责,严格控制工程质量、投资、进度,竣工验收后移交使用方。     

骨架密实型沥青混合料集料的分形特征

为了分析和利用骨架密实型沥青混合料集料分形特征,基于分形几何的基本理论,推导出了集料的质量分布分形几何模型,并以SMA-16混合料为例,探讨了集料分维值(D)的最小计算粒径;结合SMA-16混合料体积参数的测试结果,研究了分形维数与体积参数的关系.结果表明:对于SMA-16混合料,分维值的最小计算粒径为0.6 mm;规范级配范围对应的分维值为2.355～2.457;分维值越大,混合料级配越细;分维值与空隙率、矿料间隙率、沥青饱和度等混合料体积参数有很好的线性相关性.
