在铅酸电池正极铅粉中加入一定量的四碱式硫酸铅(4BS),按照工业化的操作工艺,制备出原料中4BS含量不同的正极板,并与常规负极板组装成小电池。对正极的初始容量和循环寿命等电化学性能做了测试,结果表明,在添加粒径为1.5 μm的4BS质量分数达1%时,65 ℃固化后,正极初始容量和循环寿命分别为未加4BS正极的1.02倍和1.06倍,4BS的加入提升了电池容量和电池寿命等的综合性能;XRD结果显示,原料中加4BS的正极中β-PbO2含量稍高于未加4BS的正极;SEM结果显示,加4BS的正极活性物质更细小,大小更均匀。 相似文献

Pursuing novel thermal barrier–coating materials with lower thermal conductivity and high-temperature stability can simultaneously improve the working efficiency and service temperature of a gas turbine. In this study, a series of high-entropy RE2(Y0.2Yb0.2Nb0.2Ta0.2Ce0.2)2O7 (RE = La, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy, and Er) oxides were prepared though solid-state reaction. Through tuning the rare-earth cations, an order–disorder transition occurs from certain partially ordered weberite structure (C2221) to disordered defective fluorite structure (Fm m). All the high-entropy RE2(Y0.2Yb0.2Nb0.2Ta0.2Ce0.2)2O7 oxides possess low thermal conductivity in the range of 0.91–1.34 W m−1 K−1 at room temperature, which can be attributed to increased lattice anharmonicity and disorder, resulting in additional phonon scattering. Herein, we proved that the incorporation of heterovalent cations at B-sites in high-entropy A2B2O7 crystals is an effective strategy to reduce the thermal conductivity without compromising the decrease of oxygen vacancy. Moreover, the high-entropy RE2(Y0.2Yb0.2Nb0.2Ta0.2Ce0.2)2O7 oxides show the relatively higher thermal expansion coefficients of 10.3–10.7 × 10−6°C−1 and excellent phase stability at elevated temperatures. 相似文献

With the rapid development of online learning technology, a huge amount of e-learning materials have been generated which are highly heterogeneous and in various media formats. Besides, e-learning environments are highly dynamic with the ever increasing number of learning resources that are naturally distributed over the network. On the other hand, in the online learning scenario, it is very difficult for users without sufficient background knowledge to choose suitable resources for their learning. In this paper, a hybrid recommender system is proposed to recommend learning items in users’ learning processes. The proposed method consists of two steps: (1) discovering content-related item sets using item-based collaborative filtering (CF), and (2) applying the item sets to sequential pattern mining (SPM) algorithm to filter items according to common learning sequences. The two approaches are combined to recommend potentially useful learning items to guide users in their current learning processes. We also apply the proposed approach to a peer-to-peer learning environment for resource pre-fetching where a central directory of learning items is not available. Three kinds of aramid fabrics, Technora (modified p-aramid), Conex (m-aramid) and Kevlar (p-aramid), were subjected to sputter etching and argon low-temperature plasma treatments after dyeing in black with disperse dyes. The depth of shade increased considerably on Technora and Kevlar with the sputter etching treatment, but not on Conex fabrics. Synthesis of superabsorbent resin (SAR) was achieved by a new method, that of direct UV photopolymerization, and in particular the synthesis of a SAR of acrylic acid–potassium acrylate copolymer by UV photopolymerization was investigated. Influences of ratio (mol) of acrylate monomer to acrylic acid monomer, photoinitiators, crosslinking agents, and exposure time of UV light on the water‐absorbent properties were investigated. The results showed that the water absorbency (Q) of SAR based on Irgacure 1700 or Irgacure 1800 was 545–530 mL/g, but under the same conditions Q was 450 mL/g for the SAR based on Irgacure 651. N,N′‐Methylene bisacrylamide, hydroethyl acrylate, and glycerol were used as crosslinking agents, of which N,N′‐methylene bisacrylamide was the most effective. It crosslinked the molecular chains through attending the copolymerization with acrylic acid (AA) and potassium acrylate. 中酸性小岩体的内部及附近的围岩中常形成与岩浆岩体有关的大型、超大型矿床,已成为找矿工作的一个重点方向。由于地质工作程度的限制,中酸性小岩体易被遗漏,严重制约了该类型矿化的发现。在新疆西准噶尔达尔布特断裂带下盘加甫沙尔苏地区找矿工作中,通过综合分析,提出了以遥感手段为主导的中酸性小岩体型矿化找矿模型:利用ASTER数据,通过图像增强处理、图像解译识别中酸性小岩体并提取蚀变遥感异常,结合地质、化探信息综合分析后确定重点检查区域。野外检查发现了加甫沙尔苏斑岩型钼矿化点,证实了该方法的有效性。该方法可以为西部地区中酸性小岩体型矿产资源勘查提供借鉴。 相似文献
