Self—sensitized and Rose Bengal—sensitized photo—oxidation of 4, 4′-bisacetamidostilbene (BAAS) in solution gives p—acetamidobenzaldehyde and p—acetamidobenzoic acid via the reaction of singlet oxygen with the trans isomer (la). The rate of the photo—oxidation is retarded in the presence of effective singlet oxygen quenchers. On the other hand, cls—BAAS (lb) is more stable to visible light under the conditions of Rose Bengal—sensitized photo—oxidation than trans—stilbene.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two PbSb2O6-type compounds containing titanium, CdTi2O4(OH)2 and LaTiSbO6 were refined by X-ray powder diffraction data. For both compounds structure refinements with the space group were successful and the R-factors were RWP = 6.46% and RP = 4.90% for CdTi2O4(OH)2 and RWP = 9.55% and RP = 7.17% for LaTiSbO6. These crystal structures were the same as that of the typical PbSb2O6-type compound in spite of the existence of protons in the interlayer or two different metal ions in the layer.  相似文献

Total RNA and chromosomal DNA concentrations at a municipal wastewater treatment plant with an oxidation ditch (OD) were monitored for 1.5 years using commercial extraction kits for DNA and RNA. No parameters correlated with the chromosomal DNA concentration. The total RNA concentration exhibited better correlation than the solids retention time and the mixed liquor suspended solids with the removal rate of total organic carbon, and can be regarded as an index of microbial activity. The total RNA concentration varied with a cycle of one year and increased at lower water temperatures in this OD. When diffusion theory was taken into account, it was found that the oxygen dissolution rate increased at lower temperature, and a small change in the oxygen dissolution rate caused a large variation in microbial activity and also affected nitrification and denitrification. The information was insufficient to clarify the various reaction relationships, but total RNA concentration will likely be useful as an index of microbial activity in actual wastewater treatment reactors.  相似文献

An analytical method was developed for the determination of phenmedipham (PM) in agricultural products using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. A sample was extracted with acetonitrile, and the acetonitrile layer was separated by salting-out. The acetonitrile phase was isolated and evaporated. The extract was dissolved in diethyl ether-hexane (1 : 1), and then cleaned up on a Florisil column. The column was washed with diethyl ether-hexane (1 : 1), and PM was eluted with acetone-hexane (3 : 7), and the eluate was evaporated. The residue was dissolved in acetone-hexane (2 : 8), and the sample solution was cleaned up on SAX/PSA cartridge. The SAX/PSA cartridge was washed with acetone-hexane (2 : 8), and PM was eluted with acetone-hexane (3 : 7). If required, the eluate of the Florisil column was cleaned up with SAX/PSA and ENVI-Carb/ NH2 cartridges. The SAX/PSA cartridge was washed with acetone-hexane (2 : 8), and connected to be ENVI-Carb/NH2 cartridge. The cartridges were washed with acetone-hexane (3 : 7), and then the SAX/PSA cartridge was removed. PM was eluted with acetonitrile-toluene (3 : 1) from the ENVI-Carb/NH2 cartridge. PM in the eluate was separated isocratically on an ODS column (4.6 mm i.d. x 150 mm, 5 microm) using acetonitrile-water (6 : 4) as a mobile phase (flow-rate 1.0 mL/min, temp. 40 degrees C), with monitoring at 235 nm. The calibration curve was linear from 0.005 microg/mL to 10 microg/mL of PM. The recoveries of PM from eight kinds of agricultural products spiked at levels of 0.1 and 0.02 microg/g were 80.8-98.7%. 1. There was a close relationship between the fragmentation of myofibrils and the tension developed during post-mortem contraction of muscle. The extent of fragmentation was at its maximum when the sarcomeres attained a length of 2.0 to 2.2 micron. 2. The rate of fragmentation of myofibrils depended upon the calcium ion concentration within a range of 10(-5) to 2 x 10(-2) M, with a minimum at pH 6.5. The fragmentation of myofibrils free from muscle fibers was not affected by 10 mM iodoacetate, an irreversible inhibitor of calcium-activated factor (CAF). 3. Incubation of myofibrils with 10 mM CaCl2 caused the release of about 12% of the total myofibrillar proteins after homogenization. The protein solution contained little alpha-actinin, and considerable amounts of 54,000- and 76,000-dalton components which seem to originate from the Z-line. SDS-polyacrylamide gels of troponin prepared from the incubated myofibrils did not change with time of incubation. These findings are in contrast with the proteolytic degradation of Z-lines by CAF treatment, in which alpha-actinin and 87,000 dalton component are released. 4. These data directly demonstrate that the in vitro fragmentation of post-mortem muscle (i.e. duirng its conversion into myofibrils upon mechanical homogenization) is different from that induced by CAF. The possible role of calcium ions during in vitro fragmentation of myofibrils is discussed.  相似文献
