Hydrogen becomes one of the most clean energy sources. The major issues on hydrogen are lack of practical clean and high‐temperature processes and possible practical storage of clean hydrogen. An energy intensive of clean hydrogen storage via chemical and liquid fuel production route is the current demand. This article reviewed the most recent research for hydrogen (H2) production by using several methods, such as thermochemical process, thermal decomposition, biological approaches, electrolysis, and photocatalytic method. H2 storage types, including physical and chemical approaches, were also reviewed. The produced H2 was stored as valuable chemicals and fuels via CO2 hydrogenation reaction. Reactor designs are the illustrated number of design ranging from the fixed bed to the continuous stirred tank reactor. Catalyst type, catalytic system, and the related mechanism of CO2 hydrogenation reaction to form alcohol, alkanes, and carboxylic acid were also discussed in detail.  相似文献

Microbiome modulators such as probiotics are known to modulate oral diseases. Very few probiotics are commercially available for use in the oral cavity. In this context, we selected human-origin Lactobacillus salivarius AR809 as a promising oropharyngeal probiotic and characterized its functional and immunomodulatory properties. Results demonstrated that AR809 could efficiently adhere to pharyngeal epithelial FaDu cells, antagonize Staphylococcus aureus, adapt to the oral environment, and modulate host innate immunity by inducing potentially protective effects. Particularly, AR809 diminished proinflammatory activity by enhancing the production of IL10 and inhibiting the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α, IL1B, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and RELA. Finally, we observed that AR809 grew efficiently when cultured in milk, suggesting that the preparation of a fermented milk product containing AR809 could be a practical way to administer this probiotic to humans. In conclusion, AR809 has high potential to adhere to the pharyngeal mucosa and could be applied in novel milk-based probiotic fermented food products.  相似文献

This study compares two SOFC/GT (solid oxide fuel cell with gas turbine) hybrid systems to that of two standalone SOFC systems via eco-technoeconomic analyses that account for long-term degradation effects. Four cases were examined: 1) standalone SOFC plant without a steam bottoming cycle; 2) standalone SOFC plant with a steam bottoming cycle; 3) SOFC/GT hybrid plant without a steam bottoming cycle; and 4) SOFC/GT with a steam bottoming cycle. This study employed a real-time 1D SOFC model with an empirical degradation calculation integrated with steady-state balance-of-plant models. Simulations used Matlab Simulink R2017a, Aspen Plus V10, and Python 3.7.4 with a pseudo steady-state approach. The results showed that, with some trade-offs, the SOFC/GT hybrid plant with the steam bottoming cycle is the best option, with an overall efficiency of 44.6% LHV, an LCOE (levelized cost of electricity) of $US 77/MWh, and a CCA (cost of CO2 avoided) of -$US 49.3/tonneCO2e. The sensitivity analysis also indicated that SOFC/GT hybrid plants were less sensitive to SOFC price compared to standalone SOFC plants. The sensitivity analysis indicated that using a larger gas turbine and replacing the SOFC stack less frequently was the better design choice for the SOFC/GT hybrid plant.  相似文献

Studies involving patients with personality disorders (PDs) have not focused on improvement of core aspects of the PD. The authors examined changes in quality of object relations, interpersonal problems, psychological mindedness, and personality traits in a sample of 156 patients with Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (4th ed.) PD diagnoses being randomized to either manualized or nonmanualized dynamic psychotherapy. Effect sizes adjusted for symptomatic change and reliable change indices were calculated. The authors found that both treatments were equally effective at reducing personality pathology. Only in neuroticism did the nonmanualized group do better during the follow-up period. The largest improvement was found in quality of object relations. For the remaining variables, only small and clinically insignificant magnitudes of change were found. 为了提高牙骨凿刃口硬度,延长使用寿命,利用ANSYS参数化设计在420B不锈钢牙骨凿表面进行激光淬火数值模拟,在此基础上进行激光淬火试验,并用光学显微镜、显微硬度计对刃口激光淬火后的显微组织和硬度进行分析。结果表明:在激光功率500 W,扫描速度960 mm/min时,仿真模型模拟得出淬火表面最高温度约1070 ℃。此工艺参数下淬火后刃口截面最高硬度达到57.1 HRC,平均硬度达到51.0 HRC,淬火效果较好。  相似文献

基于薄带连铸技术,采用单阶段冷轧和两阶段冷轧工艺分别制备了0.35 mm和0.20 mm高牌号无取向硅钢,利用EBSD、XRD等检测手段分析了无取向硅钢制备全流程的组织和织构演变。研究表明,薄带连铸制备的铸带以粗大柱状晶为主,且具有较强λ纤维织构,取向密度达到4.76,无γ织构。正火处理后部分等轴晶粒长大,织构类型没有明显变化。单阶段冷轧板以α织构为主,经退火后再结晶织构以均匀λ织构和γ织构为主,强点为{001}<120>,取向密度为5.41。两阶段冷轧板以λ织构和γ织构为主,剪切变形明显。再结晶退火后组织相对粗大,且形成了较强的Cube织构,取向密度为6.45。得益于初始有利织构的遗传,试验钢具有高磁感、较高强度优势,且铁损值达到常规流程相当水平。0.35 mm退火板B50达到1.77 T,P1.0/400为20.78 W/kg。0.20 mm退火板B50为1.70 T,P1.0/400达到13.74 W/kg,高频铁损优势明显。两种规格无取向硅钢屈服强度均超过415 MPa,伸长率超过15%。  相似文献
