ContextThe paper2 deals with distributed reconfigurable embedded control systems following the component-based International Industrial Standard IEC61499 in which a Function Block (abbreviated by FB) is an event-triggered software component owning data and a control application is a distributed network of Function Blocks. Nowadays, limited related works have been proposed to address particular cases of reconfigurations without considering distributed architectures. Our first problem is to be able to handle all possible forms of reconfigurations that can be applied at run-time to distributed Function Blocks. In this case, a coordination between devices of the execution environment should be applied to guarantee safe and coherent distributed reconfigurations. A second problem is to find the sufficient solutions for the correct implementation of this reconfigurable distributed architecture.ObjectiveThe paper defines an implementable multi-agent architecture for automatic and coherent reconfigurations of distributed Function Blocks.MethodTo address all possible industrial forms, we classify the reconfiguration scenarios into three levels. The first level deals with additions–removals of Function Blocks to-from the system’s implementation. The second deals with updates of compositions of blocks, and the third deals with updates of data. We define a Reconfiguration Agent for each device of the execution environment, and a unique Coordination Agent for coordinations between devices. Each Reconfiguration Agent to be modelled by nested state machines applies local reconfiguration scenarios in the corresponding device after coordinations with the Coordination Agent. We propose an Inter-Agents Communication Protocol to support correct and coherent reconfigurations of distributed devices. This protocol is based on Coordination Matrices to be handled by the Coordination Agent in order to define all reconfiguration scenarios that should be simultaneously applied in distributed devices. We propose XML-based implementations for both kinds of agents where XML code blocks are exchanged between devices to guarantee safety distributed reconfigurations. The contributions of the paper are applied to two Benchmark Production Systems available in our research laboratory.ResultsThe communication protocol is successfully applied to our platforms where simulations are executed to check distributed and coherent reconfiguration scenarios. The Reconfiguration and Coordination Agents are implemented in this platform by following the International Standard IEC61499. We show in addition XML-based successful interactions between devices when distributed reconfigurations are applied.ConclusionThe paper successfully defines a multi-agent architecture for IEC61499 distributed reconfigurable embedded systems where Coordination and Reconfiguration agents are proposed to allow feasible and coherent distributed reconfigurations by using a defined communication protocol. This architecture is implemented in XML and applied to real industrial platforms.  相似文献

The paper deals with distributed Multi-Agent Reconfigurable Embedded Control Systems following the International Industrial Standard IEC61499 in which a Function Block (abbreviated by FB) is an event-triggered software component owning data and a control application is a network of distributed blocks that should satisfy functional and temporal properties according to user requirements. We define an architecture of reconfigurable multi-agent systems in which a Reconfiguration Agent is affected to each device of the execution environment to apply local reconfigurations, and a Coordination Agent is proposed for coordinations between devices in order to guarantee safe and adequate distributed reconfigurations. A Communication Protocol is proposed to handle coordinations between agents by using well-defined Coordination Matrices. We specify both reconfiguration agents to be modelled by nested state machines, and the Coordination Agent according to the formalism Net Condition-Event Systems (Abbreviated by NCES) which is an extension of Petri nets. To validate the whole architecture, we check by applying the model checker SESA in each device functional and temporal properties to be described according to the temporal logic “Computation Tree Logic”. We have also to check all possible coordinations between devices by verifying that whenever a reconfiguration is applied in a device, the Coordination Agent and other concerned devices react as described in user requirements. We present a tool applying simulations of this distributed architecture in order to check interactions and reactivities of agents. The paper’s contributions are applied to two Benchmark Production Systems available in our research laboratory.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Two varieties of Origanum majorana (Canadian and Tunisian) were evaluated for their phenolic, flavonoid and tannin contents, individual phenolic compounds and antioxidant activities under NaCl constraint. RESULTS: The results showed a significant variability in phenolic composition and antioxidant behavior between the two varieties under salt stress. The phenolic composition of methanolic extracts was determined by reversed‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography. Amentoflavone was the predominant flavonoid compound; in addition, trans‐2‐hydrocinnamic acid became the major phenolic acid with salt treatment of the Tunisian variety. In the control, Canadian variety extract was characterized by high levels of gallic acid and amentoflavone. However, under 75 mmol L?1 NaCl, gallic acid content doubled, whereas amentoflavone content was maintained in the Canadian variety. Stimulation of phenolic acid biosynthesis was observed in these two varieties under salt treatment despite the fact that shoots of the Tunisian variety showed higher antioxidant activities compared to those from the Canadian variety. Tunisian O. majorana might have developed tolerance to salinity and avoided tissue damage by activating enzymes involved in the galactosylation of quercetin into quercetin‐3‐galactoside and quercetin‐3‐rhamnoside. Abstract  

The synthesis of new poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)-b-poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc) block copolymers was investigated using different combinations of click chemistry, reversible addition-fragmentation transfer (RAFT), and ring opening polymerization (ROP) techniques. Two approaches, “coupling” and “macroinitiator” routes were studied. For the coupling approach, a chain transfer agent comprising an azide function was synthesized and used as initiator for the VAc polymerization. PCL containing an alkyne termination was obtained from a bifunctional initiator bearing an alkyne function and an hydroxyl group. These two functionalized precursors, PVAc and PCL, were coupled by a 1,3 cyclo addition reaction “click chemistry” in order to obtain the corresponding block copolymer. For the macroinitiator approach, PCL-b-PVAc block copolymers were synthesized using a two-step procedure: at first, a PCL macroinitiator with a xanthate end group was prepared by coordinated anionic polymerization of ε-caprolactone; then, the RAFT polymerization of VAc was initiated from the PCL, for the preparation of PCL-b-PVAc block copolymers. Whatever the method used, no detectable quantities of unreacted PVAc or PCL were observed. 1H NMR and size exclusion chromatography analyses indicated successful synthesis of the block copolymers with well-defined structures.  相似文献

The aim of this research work is to optimize the plating conditions during electrodeposition of Zn-Ni alloys. Electrodeposits of Zn-Ni alloys have been synthesized from sulphate bath using cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometry techniques under different conditions. X-ray diffraction measurements reveal that the alloys consisted of <gamma>-Ni5Zn21 and pure zinc phases. The composition and morphology of the deposits have been also studied and discussed. The surface analyses indicate that the deposition took place with the formation of Zn-Ni alloy coatings, containing at least 10 wt.% Ni. In order to obtain better barrier properties and corrosion resistance, coated steel samples have been immersed in 3% NaCl solution and studied using potentiodynamic stripping and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The process of dezincification is reduced when the coated steel is electroplated by chronopotentiometry (5 mA and 10 mA). In addition, these samples exhibit an improved morphology and fine grain size as compared with deposits electroplated by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Total phenols, flavonoids, flavonols, and flavanols of the methanolic extract of the aerial part of Artemisia herba-alba were determined. The extract was analyzed by liquid chromatography with photodiode array coupled with electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry and allowed to identify of 10 phenolic compounds. Apigenin-6-C-glycosyl flavonoids and caffeoylquinic acids were identified. Chlorogenic acid and 1,4 dicaffeoylquinic acid being the major constituents. The essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation was analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Twenty-three compounds, representing 97.8% of the total oil, were identified. The most abundant components were β-thujone (41.9%), α-thujone (18.4%), and camphor (13.2%). Methanolic extract and essential oil exhibited a considerable antioxidant activity as evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-pycrilhydrazil hydrate scavenging activity, reducing power, β-carotene bleaching test, and chelating ability. The methanolic extract was found to be more efficient, while the essential oil exhibited the highest acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity. Analysis of the antibacterial activity showed that A. herba-alba methanolic extract and essential oil are efficient against gram positive and gram negative bacteria.  相似文献

The main effects of three different irrigation regimes, i.e., sustained deficit irrigation (SDI), regulated deficit irrigation (RDI) and non-irrigated (NI), on seed traits namely proanthocyanidins (PAs) were evaluated in the wine grape cultivar Aragonez (syn. Tempranillo) grown in Alentejo (Portugal) over two growing seasons. Results showed that while the number of seeds per berry was not affected by water availability, seed fresh weight differed among treatments, the NI treatment exhibiting the lowest values. The biosynthetic pathway of flavanols appeared to be modified by the irrigation treatment, and several genes responsible for PA synthesis were up-regulated in the most stressed seeds (RDI and NI). However, this effect had no impact on PA content, suggesting the influence of other factors such as oxidation and/or degradation of PAs at late stages of maturation in grape seeds. The seeds’ non-enzymatic antioxidant capacities (oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) and hydroxyl radical adverting capacity (HORAC)) were modulated by water deficit and correlated well with PA content. The impact of irrigation strategy on PA biosynthesis, content, and anti-radical activity during seed ripening is discussed in the context of increasing interest in the role of PAs in the color and taste of wine, and the potential health benefits relating to their antioxidant capacity.  相似文献
