Die im Art. 17 der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) enthaltene Regelungen für das Löschen, insbesondere die Pflicht, Dritte über die Löschanfragen zu informieren, sind mit einem hohen Aufwand für die Verantwortlichen verbunden, sodaßs sie ohne eine technische Unterstützung in der Praxis nicht umgesetzt werden können. Die zurzeit jedoch fehlenden technischen Lösungen führen zu einer Lücke zwischen den Rechtsvorschriften und den derzeitigen technischen Möglichkeiten, während die DSGVO ab Mai 2018 anzuwenden ist. Um diese Lücke zu schließen, wird im Folgenden zunächst analysiert, welche Möglichkeiten im Allgemeinen bestehen, das Löschen im Internet gemäß Art. 17 technisch umzusetzen. Anschließend wird eine Lösung für die Verteilung der Löschanfragen an die Verantwortlichen vorgestellt, das auf der Kombination der Technik mit dem Gesetz beruht und sowohl den Betroffenen als auch den Verantwortlichen ein Werkzeug zur Unterstützung des Art. 17 zur Verfügung stellt.  相似文献

A new approach to generate a two‐photon up‐conversion photoluminescence (PL) by directly exciting the gap states with continuous‐wave (CW) infrared photoexcitation in solution‐processing quasi‐2D perovskite films [(PEA)2(MA)4Pb5Br16 with n = 5] is reported. Specifically, a visible PL peaked at 520 nm is observed with the quadratic power dependence by exciting the gap states with CW 980 nm laser excitation, indicating a two‐photon up‐conversion PL occurring in quasi‐2D perovskite films. Decreasing the gap states by reducing the n value leads to a dramatic decrease in the two‐photon up‐conversion PL signal. This confirms that the gap states are indeed responsible for generating the two‐photon up‐conversion PL in quasi‐2D perovskites. Furthermore, mechanical scratching indicates that the different‐n‐value nanoplates are essentially uniformly formed in the quasi‐2D perovskite films toward generating multi‐photon up‐conversion light emission. More importantly, the two‐photon up‐conversion PL is found to be sensitive to an external magnetic field, indicating that the gap states are essentially formed as spatially extended states ready for multi‐photon excitation. Polarization‐dependent up‐conversion PL studies reveal that the gap states experience the orbit–orbit interaction through Coulomb polarization to form spatially extended states toward developing multi‐photon up‐conversion light emission in quasi‐2D perovskites.  相似文献

Fresh-cut Conference pears were packaged under different modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) conditions and stored in refrigeration. The effects of packaging atmospheres on the microbial viability as well as on the changes in acidity, sugars and ascorbic acid (AA) were studied throughout storage. The use of plastic bags of a permeability of 15 cm 3 O 2 m -2bar -1 24 h -1 and initial atmospheres of 0 kPa O 2 extended the microbiological shelf life of pear cubes for at least 3 weeks of storage. Under these conditions, AA levels were kept almost unvaried throughout storage due to the restrictions in the O 2 availability inside the bags' headspaces. However, these conditions also triggered physiological and biochemical changes that caused greater changes in the product acidity. The sugar profile was also affected by storage, but MAP did not show any significant influence on the reported changes.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Isoflavones and coumestrol from dietary legumes are plant constituents showing multiple beneficial effects on humans. Owing to their ability to bind with mammalian estrogenic receptors and thereby intervention in several kinds of hormone‐related cancers, they have received much attention. Soybean (Glycine max) is currently the major source of isoflavonoids in human diet. However, dozens of tropical and subtropical leguminous species remain unexplored for their isoflavonoids content. RESULTS: We have analyzed 55 extracts from 41 tropical and subtropical legume species used either in human or animal diet by high‐performance liquid chromatography for the content of soy isoflavones, biochanin A, daidzein, daidzin, formononetin, genistein, genistin, sissotrin, ononin and the coumestan coumestrol. Genistein and biochanin A were the most abundant compounds. The highest content of genistein was found in aerial parts of Andira macrothyrsa, seeds of Pachyrhizus tuberosus and aerial parts of Calopogonium mucunoides (598, 250 and 184 µg g?1, respectively) and biochanin A in aerial parts of Cratylia argentea, C. mucunoides and flowers of A. macrothyrsa (76, 53 and 40 µg g?1, respectively). CONCLUSION: None of the samples tested was richer overall source of soy isoflavones and coumestrol than soybean; nevertheless several species (C. mucunoides or A. macrothyrsa) may serve as a promising source of individual compounds. © 2012 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Habituation is a simple form of memory, yet its neurobiological mechanisms are only beginning to be understood in mammals. In the olfactory system, the neural correlates of habituation at a fast experimental timescale involving very short intertrial intervals (tens of seconds) have been shown to depend on synaptic adaptation in olfactory cortex. In contrast, behavioral habituation to odorants on a longer timescale with intertrial intervals of several minutes depends on processes in the olfactory bulb, as demonstrated by pharmacological studies. We here show that behavioral habituation to odorants on this longer timescale has a neuronal activity correlate in the olfactory bulb. Spiking responses of mitral cells in the rat olfactory bulb adapt to, and recover from, repeated odorant stimulation with 5-min intertrial intervals with a time course similar to that of behavioral habituation. Moreover, both the behavioral and neuronal effects of odor habituation require functioning N-methyl-d-aspartic acid receptors in the olfactory bulb. Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is an increasingly frequently diagnosed disease, the molecular mechanisms of which have not been thoroughly investigated. The aim of our study was to investigate subpopulations of lymphocytes to better understand their role in the molecular pathomechanisms of various types of PAH and to find a suitable biomarker that could be useful in the differential diagnosis of PAH. Using flow cytometry, we measured the frequencies of lymphocyte subpopulations CD4+CTLA-4+, CD8+ CTLA-4+ and CD19+ CTLA-4+ in patients with different types of PAH, namely pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with congenital heart disease (CHD-PAH), pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with connective tissue disorders (CTD-PAH), chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (iPAH), and in an age- and sex-matched control group in relation to selected clinical parameters. Patients in the iPAH group had the significantly highest percentage of CD4+CTLA-4+ T lymphocytes among all PAH groups, as compared to those in the control group (p < 0.001), patients with CTEPH (p < 0.001), CTD-PAH (p < 0.001) and CHD-PAH (p < 0.01). In iPAH patients, the percentages of CD4+CTLA-4+ T cells correlated strongly positively with the severity of heart failure New York Heart Association (NYHA) Functional Classification (r = 0.7077, p < 0.001). Moreover, the percentage of B CD19+CTLA-4+ cells strongly positively correlated with the concentration of NT-proBNP (r = 0.8498, p < 0.001). We have shown that statistically significantly higher percentages of CD4+CTLA-4+ (p ≤ 0.01) and CD8+ CTLA-4+ (p ≤ 0.001) T cells, measured at the time of iPAH diagnosis, were found in patients who died within 5 years of the diagnosis, which allows us to consider both of the above lymphocyte subpopulations as a negative prognostic/predictive factor in iPAH. CTLA-4 may be a promising biomarker of noninvasive detection of iPAH, but its role in planning the treatment strategy of PAH remains unclear. Further studies on T and B lymphocyte subsets are needed in different types of PAH to ascertain the relationships that exist between them and the disease.  相似文献

Extending the resolution and spatial proximity of lithographic patterning below critical dimensions of 20 nm remains a key challenge with very-large-scale integration, especially if the persistent scaling of silicon electronic devices is sustained. One approach, which relies upon the directed self-assembly of block copolymers by chemical-epitaxy, is capable of achieving high density 1?:?1 patterning with critical dimensions approaching 5 nm. Herein, we outline an integration-favourable strategy for fabricating high areal density arrays of aligned silicon nanowires by directed self-assembly of a PS-b-PMMA block copolymer nanopatterns with a L(0) (pitch) of 42 nm, on chemically pre-patterned surfaces. Parallel arrays (5 × 10(6) wires per cm) of uni-directional and isolated silicon nanowires on insulator substrates with critical dimension ranging from 15 to 19 nm were fabricated by using precision plasma etch processes; with each stage monitored by electron microscopy. This step-by-step approach provides detailed information on interfacial oxide formation at the device silicon layer, the polystyrene profile during plasma etching, final critical dimension uniformity and line edge roughness variation nanowire during processing. The resulting silicon-nanowire array devices exhibit Schottky-type behaviour and a clear field-effect. The measured values for resistivity and specific contact resistance were ((2.6 ± 1.2) × 10(5)Ωcm) and ((240 ± 80) Ωcm(2)) respectively. These values are typical for intrinsic (un-doped) silicon when contacted by high work function metal albeit counterintuitive as the resistivity of the starting wafer (~10 Ωcm) is 4 orders of magnitude lower. In essence, the nanowires are so small and consist of so few atoms, that statistically, at the original doping level each nanowire contains less than a single dopant atom and consequently exhibits the electrical behaviour of the un-doped host material. Moreover this indicates that the processing successfully avoided unintentional doping. Therefore our approach permits tuning of the device steps to contact the nanowires functionality through careful selection of the initial bulk starting material and/or by means of post processing steps e.g. thermal annealing of metal contacts to produce high performance devices. We envision that such a controllable process, combined with the precision patterning of the aligned block copolymer nanopatterns, could prolong the scaling of nanoelectronics and potentially enable the fabrication of dense, parallel arrays of multi-gate field effect transistors.  相似文献

Activated carbon adsorbents were prepared by phosphoric acid activation of fruit stones in an argon atmosphere at various temperatures in the 400-1000 °C range and at different acid/precursor impregnation ratios (0.63-1.02). The surface chemistry of the carbons was investigated by elemental analysis, cation exchange capacity (CEC, measured by neutralization of NaOH with acidic surface groups), infrared spectroscopy and potentiometric titration. Porous structure was derived from adsorption isotherms (N2 at −196 °C and CO2 at 0 °C). It was demonstrated that all carbons show considerable cation exchange capacity, the maximum (CEC = 2.2 mmol g−1) being attained at 800 °C, which coincides with the maximum contents of phosphorus and oxygen. The cation exchange properties of phosphoric acid activated carbons from fruit stones are chemically stable in very acidic and basic solutions. Proton affinity distributions of all carbons show the presence of three types of surface groups with pK at 2.0-3.3, 4.6-5.9 and 7.6-9.1. These pK ranges were ascribed primarily to: (a) phosphorus-containing and carboxylic groups; (b) lactonic groups, and (c) phenolic groups, respectively. Phosphoric acid activated carbons are microporous with a relatively small contribution of mesopores. A maximum BET surface area of 1740 m2 g−1 was attained at 400 °C.  相似文献

The propagation of fronts and the emergence of spatiotemporal patterns on a cylindrically shaped thin catalytic reactor is simulated with a homogeneous model of a fixed catalytic bed, with characteristically large Lewis and Peclet numbers, and a first-order Arrhenius kinetics (i.e., thermokinetic model) which may be coupled with slow changes of catalytic activity (i.e., oscillatory kinetics). Planar fronts of the thermokinetic model may undergo symmetry breaking in the transversal direction only at relatively low Lewis number, but for high Le the front remains flat. Patterns due to oscillatory kinetics in reactors of high Le are shown, for the first time, to undergo symmetry breaking in the azimuthal direction when the perimeter is sufficiently large. The generic regular patterns simulated then are rotating multi-wave patterns of constant rotation-speed and oscillatory-‘firing’ ones, and theirs selection is highly sensitive to governing parameters and initial conditions. The results are organized in bifurcation diagrams showing the coexisting two-dimensional solutions with varying perimeter. Increasing convective velocity or reactor radius leads to symmetry breaking of regular patterns and the system may switch to chaos.  相似文献
