In this study, we proposed a methodology for determining the design parameters of kanban systems. In this methodology, a backpropagation neural network is used in order to generate simulation meta-models, and a multi-criteria decision making technique (TOPSIS) is employed to evaluate kanban combinations. In order to reflect the decision maker’s point of view, different weight structures are used to find the optimum design parameters. The proposed methodology is applied to a case problem and the results are presented. We also performed several experiments on different types of problems to show the effectiveness of the methodology. 相似文献

Novel aromatic mono‐ and di(phosphonate) or phosphonic acid monomers for use in dental composites were synthesized. Synthesis of monomer 1a involved three steps: (i) reaction of t‐butyl α‐bromomethacrylate (t‐BuBMA) and Bisphenol A, (ii) conversion to diacid chloride derivative using thionyl chloride, (iii) reaction of diacid chloride with diethyl (2‐hydroxyphenyl) phosphonate. Monomer 2a was synthesized from the reaction of 2‐chloromethacryloyl chloride and diethyl (2‐hydroxyphenyl) phosphonate. Synthesis of monomer 3a involved reaction of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) with diethyl (2‐hydroxyphenyl) phosphonate. Hydrolysis of the phosphonate groups of monomers 1a and 2a with trimethylsilyl bromide (TMSBr) gave monomers 1b and 2b with phosphonic acid functionality, which is intended to improve binding ability of dental composites. The homopolymerization and copolymerization behaviors of the synthesized monomers with (Bis‐GMA) were investigated using photodifferential scanning calorimetry at 40°C with 2,2′‐dimethoxy‐2‐phenyl acetophenone as photoinitiator. Thin-film crystalline silicon (c-Si) solar cells with light-trapping structures can enhance light absorption within the semiconductor absorber layer and reduce material usage. Here we demonstrate that an inverted nanopyramid light-trapping scheme for c-Si thin films, fabricated at wafer scale via a low-cost wet etching process, significantly enhances absorption within the c-Si layer. A broadband enhancement in absorptance that approaches the Yablonovitch limit (Yablonovitch, E. J. Opt. Soc. Am.1987, 72, 899-907 ) is achieved with minimal angle dependence. We also show that c-Si films less than 10 μm in thickness can achieve absorptance values comparable to that of planar c-Si wafers thicker than 300 μm, amounting to an over 30-fold reduction in material usage. Furthermore the surface area increases by a factor of only 1.7, which limits surface recombination losses in comparison with other nanostructured light-trapping schemes. These structures will not only significantly curtail both the material and processing cost of solar cells but also allow the high efficiency required to enable viable c-Si thin-film solar cells in the future. 相似文献

ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by utilizing clinoptilolite found in Western Anatolia in abundant amounts as a type of natural zeolite. Hydrothermal reaction was conducted with HCl-treated clinoptilolite at 180°C. After characterizing the solid products obtained by this reaction as ZSM-5 by means of XRD, IR, TGA, surface area analyzer, and chemical analysis they were tested as catalysts in benzene alkylation reaction with ethylene leading to ethylbenzene. Catalytic performance of samples prepared in this study was investigated for benzene conversion, ethylbenzene yield, and selectivity. It was found that ZSM-5(A) sample showed performance similar to that of the reference sample (ZSM-5(C)) synthesized by using patented literature information in terms of benzene conversion. When the reaction temperature was increased from 400° to 425°C ethylbenzene yield and selectivity results of ZSM-5(A) sample were improved but coke formation increased. Catalyst test results indicated the possibility of using clinoptilolite as a raw material in the synthesis of ZSM-5 catalyst for alkylation of benzene with ethylene reaction. 相似文献

A surface treatment was applied to carbon black to improve the electrical and microwave properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)-based composites. Three different formamide solutions with 1, 2, and 3 wt % concentrations were prepared to modify the surface chemistry of carbon black. Microwave properties such as the absorption loss, return loss, insertion loss, and dielectric constant were measured in the frequency range of 8–12 GHz (X-band range). Composites containing formamide-treated carbon black exhibited enhancements in the electrical conductivity, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness, and dielectric constant values when compared to composites with untreated carbon black. In addition, increases in the formamide solution concentration and carbon black content of composites resulted in an increase in the electrical conductivity, EMI shielding effectiveness, and dielectric constant values. The percolation threshold concentration of PET composites shifted from a 3 to 1.5 wt % carbon black composition with the surface treatment. The best EMI shielding effectiveness was around 27 dB, which was obtained with the composite containing 8 wt % carbon black treated with a 3 wt % formamide solution. Despite the innovative trends in marine technology and the implementation of safety-related regulations, shipping accidents are still a leading concern for global maritime interests. Ensuring the consistency of shipping accident investigation reports is recognized as a significant goal in order to clearly identify the root causes of these accidents. Hence, the goal of this paper is to generate an analytical Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), based on a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), in order to identify the role of human errors in shipping accidents. Integration of FAHP improves the HFACS framework by providing an analytical foundation and group decision-making ability in order to ensure quantitative assessment of shipping accidents. 相似文献
