Stability of nonlinear 2D systems described by the continuous-time Roesser model

This paper considers systems with two-dimensional dynamics (2D systems) described by the continuous-time nonlinear state-space Roesser model. The sufficient conditions of exponential stability in terms of vector Lyapunov functions are established. These conditions are then applied to analysis of the absolute stability of a certain class of systems comprising a linear continuous-time plant in the form of the Roesser model with a nonlinear characteristic in the feedback loop, which satisfies quadratic constraints. The absolute stability conditions are reduced to computable expressions in the form of linear matrix inequalities. The obtained results are extended to the class of continuous-time systems governed by the Roesser model with Markovian switching. The problems of absolute stability and stabilization via state- and output-feedback are solved for linear systems of the above class. The solution procedures for these problems are in the form of algorithms based on linear matrix inequalities.     

Quality assessment for a visual and automatic license plate recognition

Video transmission and analysis is often utilized in applications outside of the entertainment sector, and generally speaking this class of video is used to perform specific tasks. Examples of these applications include security and public safety. The Quality of Experience (QoE) concept for video content used for entertainment differs significantly from the QoE of surveillance video used for recognition tasks. This is because, in the latter case, the subjective satisfaction of the user depends on achieving a given functionality. Recognizing the growing importance of video in delivering a range of public safety services, we focused on developing critical quality thresholds in license plate recognition tasks based on videos streamed in constrained networking conditions. Since the number of surveillance cameras is still growing it is obvious that automatic systems will be used to do the tasks. Therefore, the presented research includes also analysis of automatic recognition algorithms.     

汉语框架网中未登录词元的框架选择

汉语框架网的低覆盖率导致汉语句子中存在许多未登录的词元,严重制约着汉语的框架语义分析任务。针对未登录词元的框架识别问题,该文借助同义词词林的词义信息,提出基于平均语义相似度计算及最大熵模型两种方法,采用静态特征与动态特征相结合的特征选择方法。实验证明,这两种方法都能有效地实现未登录词元的框架选择,基于相似度计算的方法(TOP-4)获得78.61%的准确率;基于最大熵的方法结果可达87.29%,同时在新闻语料上达到了75%的准确率。     

The kinetics of B‐a and P‐a type copolybenzoxazine via the ring opening process

The structure of benzoxazines is similar to that of phenolic resin through thermal self‐curing of the heterocyclic ring opening reaction that neither requires catalyst nor releases any condensation byproduct. These polybenzoxazine resins have several outstanding properties such as high thermal stability and high glass transition temperature. To better understand the curing kinetics of this copolybenzoxazine thermosetting resin, dynamic and isothermal differential scanning calorimetry measurements were performed. Three models, the Kissinger method, the Flynn–Wall–Osawa method, and the Kamal method, were used to describe the curing process. Dynamic kinetic activation energies based on Kissinger and Flynn–Wall–Osawa methods are 72.11 and 84.06 KJ/mol, respectively. The Kamal method based on an autocatalytic model results in a total order of reaction between 2.66 and 3.03, depending on curing temperature. Its activation energy and Arrhenius preexponential are 50.3 KJ/mol and 7959, respectively. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 95: 730–737, 2005     

Video super-resolution reconstruction method based on deep Back projection and motion feature fusion

How to effectively utilize inter-frame redundancies is the key to improve the accuracy and speed of video super-resolution reconstruction methods. Previous methods usually process every frame in the whole video in the same way, and do not make full use of redundant information between frames, resulting in low accuracy or long reconstruction time. In this paper, we propose the idea of reconstructing key frames and non-key frames respectively, and give a video super-resolution reconstruction method based on deep back projection and motion feature fusion. Key-frame reconstruction subnet can obtain key frame features and reconstruction results with high accuracy. For non-key frames, key frame features can be reused by fusing them and motion features, so as to obtain accurate non-key frame features and reconstruction results quickly. Experiments on several public datasets show that the proposed method performs better than the state-of-the-art methods, and has good robustness.

     

融合用户需求和商品特点的评论标签生成算法研究

如今网络购物用户规模不断上升,评论数据成为消费者进行购买决策的主要依据.同时,商家需要利用评论明确用户.消费者没有充足时间、合适语言进行商品评论成为一个亟待解决的问题.然而,仅有少数网购平台在评论页面提供标签,只能说明商品局部特点,没有体现用户个性化需求.论文通过分析用户评论中彰显用户个性化的语言描述特点,不同种类商品的描述方面差异,设计能够自动生成个性化评论标签的算法,用标签充分体现商品特点与用户需求.将单个用户作为研究对象,其全部评论作数据集,在TextRank模型中加入词性-句法特征分析,捕获用户评论语言描述风格的内在联系.对比单独使用TextRank模型等三个成熟模型生成标签,算法效果更好.
