Nanoparticle-assembled ZnO micro-octahedrons were synthesized by a facile homogeneous precipitation method. The ZnO micro-octahedrons are hexagonal wurtzite with high crystallinity. Abundant structure defects were confirmed on ZnO surface by photoluminescence. Gas sensors based on the ZnO micro-octahedrons exhibited high response, selectivity and stability to 1–1000 ppm formaldehyde at 400 °C. Especially, even 1 ppm formaldehyde could be detected with high response (S = 22.7). It is of interest to point out that formaldehyde could be easily distinguished from ethanol or acetaldehyde with a selectivity of about 3. The high formaldehyde response is mainly attributed to the synergistic effect of high contents of electron donor defects (Zni and VO) and highly active oxygen species (O2−) on the ZnO surface.  相似文献

This paper addresses the analysis problem of asymptotic stability for a class of uncertain neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters and time delays. The considered transition probabilities are assumed to be partially unknown. The parameter uncertainties are considered to be norm-bounded. A sufficient condition for the stability of the addressed neural networks is derived, which is expressed in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of the developed results.  相似文献

Ordered mesoporous SnO2 and mesoporous Pd/SnO2 have been successfully synthesized via nanocasting method using the hexagonal mesoporous SBA-15 as template. Two different procedures, impregnation technique and direct synthesis, were utilized for the doping of Pd in the mesoporous SnO2. The results of small angle X-ray diffraction (SAXD), nitrogen adsorption–desorption and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) demonstrate that the SnO2 and Pd/SnO2 display ordered mesoporous structures and high surface areas. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) reveal tetragonal structure of SnO2 and the existence of Pd element. The sensing properties of mesoporous SnO2 and mesoporous Pd/SnO2 for H2 were detected. The sensor utilizing mesoporous Pd/SnO2 via direct synthesis method exhibits excellent response and recovery behavior and much higher sensitivity to H2, compared to those using mesoporous SnO2 and mesoporous Pd/SnO2 via impregnation technique. It is believed that its high gas sensing performance is derived from the large surface area, high activity and well dispersion of Pd additive, as well as high porosity, which lead to highly effective surface interaction between the target gas molecules and the surface active sites.  相似文献

This study presents a synthesis of a new energy harvest system that consists of a hula-hoop transformer, a micro-generator and an interface energy harvest circuit. The hula-hoop transformer mainly comprises a main mass sprung in one translational direction and a free-moving mass attached at one end of a rod, the other end of which is hinged onto the main mass. The transformer is capable of transforming linear reciprocating motions to rotary ones based on the concepts similar to the hula hoop motions. The transformer is subsequently integrated with a miniaturized rotary generator in size of 10?×?10?×?2?mm3 and its compact energy harvest circuit chip. The designed generator consists of patterned planar copper coils and a multi-polar hard magnet ring made of NdFeB. The genetic algorithm (GA) is next applied to optimize the critical dimensions of the miniaturized generator. The optimized generator offers 4.5 volt and 7.23?mW in rms at 10,000?rpm. With micro-generator successfully fabricated, a novel energy harvest circuit employing a new dual phase charge pump, power management circuit, a low dropout regulator and battery charger is designed and fabricated via the 0.35???m process. This charge pump circuit owns the merit of automatic conversion of low-power AC signals by the micro-generator to DC ones. Experiments were conducted to show the favorable performance of the proposed energy harvest system. This is the first work that invents a motion transformer from ubiquitous reciprocating to rotational motions. In this way, higher-efficient energy conversion via compact-sized rotational electromagnetic generators can be realized as opposed to popular piezoelectric structures.  相似文献

Feature selection aims at finding the most relevant features of a problem domain. It is very helpful in improving computational speed and prediction accuracy. However, identification of useful features from hundreds or even thousands of related features is a nontrivial task. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid feature selection method which combines two feature selection methods – the filters and the wrappers. Candidate features are first selected from the original feature set via computationally-efficient filters. The candidate feature set is further refined by more accurate wrappers. This hybrid mechanism takes advantage of both the filters and the wrappers. The mechanism is examined by two bioinformatics problems, namely, protein disordered region prediction and gene selection in microarray cancer data. Experimental results show that equal or better prediction accuracy can be achieved with a smaller feature set. These feature subsets can be obtained in a reasonable time period.  相似文献

随着VLSI面临的功耗及时钟问题越来越突出,异步电路及其设计方法得到了广泛关注.基于宏单元的异步电路设计流程能够采用现有的同步EDA工具和设计流程将同步电路转变成相应的异步电路.在基于宏单元的异步电路设计流程的基础上提出了一种新的异步电路设计自动化流程,并与解同步异步电路设计自动化流程进行了比较.在UMC 0.18μm工艺下采用提出的自动化流程设计实现了一款DLX异步微处理器,实验结果表明该流程能够快速地进行异步电路设计,并且在异步电路的数据通路性能优化方面具有一定的优势.相对于解同步DLX微处理器,采用基于宏单元的异步设计自动化流程实现的异步DLX微处理器能够获得6%左右的性能提高.  相似文献

为了克服传统蚁群算法在路径规划中容易出现早熟收敛、陷入局部最优、算法运行慢等缺点,提高算法在路径规划中的性能,提出了改进蚁群算法的距离启发因子、权值系数动态调整的方法,并且利用模拟退火算法的思想,改进蚁群算法的信息素挥发系数。该算法通过这种改进可以避免出现早熟收敛和陷入局部最优,且可以提高算法的运行速度。利用改进的蚁群算法进行路径规划仿真,仿真结果表明,该算法是一种有效的路径规划算法。  相似文献

The parameterized node multiway cut problem is for a given graph to find a separator of size bounded by k whose removal separates a collection of terminal sets in the graph. In this paper, we develop an O(k4 k n 3) time algorithm for this problem, significantly improving the previous algorithm of time for the problem. Our result gives the first polynomial time algorithm for the minimum node multiway cut problem when the separator size is bounded by O(log n). A preliminary version of this paper was presented at The 10th Workshop on Algorithms and Data Structures (WADS 2007). Two proposed techniques let microprocessors operate at low voltages despite high memory-cell failure rates. They identify and disable defective portions of the cache at two granularities: individual words or pairs of bits. Both techniques use the entire cache during high-voltage operation while sacrificing cache capacity during low-voltage operation to reduce the minimum voltage below 500 mV.  相似文献

Copyright protection and information security have become serious problems due to the ever growing amount of digital data over the Internet. Reversible data hiding is a special type of data hiding technique that guarantees not only the secret data but also the cover media can be reconstructed without any distortion. Traditional schemes are based on spatial, discrete cosine transformation (DCT) and discrete wavelet transformation (DWT) domains. Recently, some vector quantization (VQ) based reversible data hiding schemes have been proposed. This paper proposes an improved reversible data hiding scheme based on VQ-index residual value coding. Experimental results show that our scheme outperforms two recently proposed schemes, namely side-match vector quantization (SMVQ)-based data hiding and modified fast correlation vector quantization (MFCVQ)-based data hiding.  相似文献
