The decrease of calorie in ration content, insufficient consumption of proteins and lipids was found among the patients in the condition of penitentiary establishment, it results in decrease of characteristics of natural immunity and resistibility to various infections agents, to the action of toxic substances, stress and other negative conditions that take place in penitentiary establishment a disbalanse of regulatory subpopulation of cellular consistent of immunity and predominance of suppressive-cytotoxic influence was observed among the patients of the penitentiary establishment (with a reduced ration of nutrition) over halt a year. Considering a health problem, in the establishments of imprisonment one may probably state that a reduced ration of nutrition is one of the main courses of immune homeostasis shift leasing in the basis of specific and non-specific phenomena of morbidity.  相似文献

The possibilities of using new reagent compositions based on diazo and azo dyestuff components that contain sulfonic groups are considered to determine nitrites in the presence of the contents of chlorides. New reagent compositions based on 1-hydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid in combination with 2,6- nitroorthanilic and 2,6-dichlorosulfanilic acids have been used to create indicator powders and indicator papers for the quantitative test determination of nitrite ions. Test methods based on sustainable indicator powders and indicator papers have been developed with the use of the ilPro portable spectrophotometer and PlustekSmartPhoto P60 compact mobile scanner combined with the Vuescan universal scan program. It has been shown that the sensitivity of the visual determination of nitrites in liquids using indicator papers is 0.5 mg/L. The sensitivity of the test method that uses indicator papers, the PlustekSmartPhoto P60 mobile scanner, and the ilPro portable spectrophotometer is 0.2 mg/L. Upon using the indicator powder and i1Pro portable spectrophotometer, the range of defined concentrations of nitrite ions is 0.01–5 mg/L.  相似文献

The possibility to obtain ultrafiltration polyacrylonitrile terpolymer membranes in the presence of formamide in dimethylformamide polymer solution was studied. Correlation between the changes in viscosity and rheological characteristics of the polymer solutions, on the one hand, and the equivalent pore radii, efficiency, and selectivity of membranes, on the other hand, were found. The concentration of formamide was varied from 0 to 4 mass %. In this work, the effect of the ionic form of a KU 2-8 synthetic cation-exchange polyelectrolyte, which was used as a filler in the moisture-sensitive layer, on the behavior of two-layer anticorrosion systems with a low-resistivity damp-proof layer has been studied. The behavior of matrices with sodium (KU 2-8-Na+), magnesium (KU 2-8-Mg2+), nickel (KU 2-8-Ni2+), and zinc ions (KU 2-8-Zn2+) has been investigated. The remarkable effect of the nature of studied counterions on moisture-sensitive, protective properties, and behavior of coatings upon cathode polarization of surface has been demonstrated.  相似文献
