Übersicht Mit Hinblick auf die zunehmend Verbreitung findende Pulsmusterberechnung in Echtzeit werden in dem Aufsatz Gesichtspunkte diskutiert, die sich aus den Eigenschaften des leistungselektronischen Stellgliedes, des Pulswechselrichters, ergeben. Die bei Abtastregelungen für die Dauer einer Abtastperiode konstante Stellgröße muß bei ihm durch Pulsweitenmodulation in ein Pulsmuster mit konstanter Amplitude und Pulsen variabler Breite umgesetzt werden. Durch ein neues Verfahren mit versetzter Abtastung haben dabei Rechentotzeiten bis zur Dauer einer halben Abtastperiode keinen Einfluß mehr auf das Pulsmuster.
Algorithms for pulswidth modulation of inverters with online calculated pulse patterns
Contents Online calculation of pulse patterns will be employed more intensively in the future. Aspects concerning the powereleotronic circuit, the pulsewidth-modulated inverter, are to be discussed. The set value being constant for the duration of a sampling interval, has to be converted by a modulation algorithm into a pulse pattern with constant amplitude and pulses of variable width. Calculation dead-times up to half of sampling interval have no influence on the pulse pattern when using a new algorthm with shifted sampling instants.

Contents The application of finite difference time domain analysis techniques to planar microwave integrated circuit design is discussed. It is shown that using this technique, three-dimensional discontinuity problems in planar microstrip and coplanar circuits can be analyzed in a full-wave approach.
Finite-Differenzen-Analyse von planaren Mikrowellen-schaltungen im Zeitbereich
Übersicht Es wird die Anwendung der Finiten-Differenzen-Analyse elektromagnetischer Felder im Zeitbereich auf den Entwurf integrierter Mikrowellenschaltungen diskutiert. Es wird gezeigt, daß durch Anwendung dieser Technik eine Lösung der Beschreibungsprobleme für dreidimensionale Schaltkreis-Diskontinuitäten in planarer Mikrostreifenleitungstechnik und in koplanarer Leitungstechnik unter Berücksichtigung der vollen Welleneigenschaften gefunden werden kann. Verschiedene Beispiele von Analysen planarer Mikrowellenbauelemente werden diskutiert und die Ergebnisse mit Messungen verglichen.

The color of polymer solar cells using an opaque electrode is given by the reflected light, which depends on the composition and thickness of each layer of the device. Metal‐oxide‐based optical spacers are intensively studied in polymer solar cells aiming to optimize the light absorption. However, the low conductivity of materials such as ZnO and TiO2 limits the thickness of such optical spacers to tenths of nanometers. A novel synthesis route of cluster‐free Al‐doped ZnO (AZO) nanocrystals (NCs) is presented for solution processing of highly conductive layers without the need of temperature annealing, including thick optical spacers on top of polymer blends. The processing of 80 nm thick optical spacers based on AZO nanocrystal solutions on top of 200 nm thick polymer blend layer is demonstrated leading to improved photocurrent density of 17% compared to solar cells using standard active layers of 90 nm in combination with thin ZnO‐based optical spacers. These AZO NCs also open new opportunities for the processing of high‐efficiency color tuned solar cells. For the first time, it is shown that applying solution‐processed thick optical spacer with polymer blends of different thicknesses can process solar cells of similar efficiency over 7% but of different colors.  相似文献

In this work, a soft‐lithographic approach to fabricate submicrometer metal organic framework (MOF)‐based 2D photonic structures is described. Nanometric zeolitic imidazole framework material ZIF‐8 (zinc) is chosen as the sensible MOF material because of its chemical stability and its vapor selective adsorption properties. Two different systems are fabricated: nanopatterned colloidal ZIF‐8 homo‐ and ZIF‐8/TiO2 heterostructures. Several features (stripes, squares, etc.) with dimensions of 200 nm are replicated on different substrates such as silicon, flexible plastics, and even aluminum cans, over relatively large surfaces (up to 1 cm2). In addition, the use of these photonic MOF‐heterostructures as very low‐cost sensing platforms compatible with smartphone technology is demonstrated. This method relies on the evaluation of the change in diffraction efficiency of the photonic MOF‐patterns, induced by the MOF refractive index variation, which is simply detected by a charge coupled device (CCD) camera, as those integrated in smartphones, without need for complex optical instrumentations for transduction data processing. Performances of the sensors are first evaluated using isopropyl alcohol adsorption/desorption cycling as a model case. In addition, a “real” environmental issue is tackled. Selective detection of styrene in presence of interfering water is demonstrated at concentrations below the human permissible exposure limit. In situ ellispometric analyses are also carried out in order to confirm the sensor performances and to propose a mechanism for styrene uptake into the nanoMOFs.  相似文献

We propose in this paper a self-organized monitoring architecture for mobile ad-hoc networks based on a selective scheme where subsets of nodes are managed. These nodes are determined based on their network behavior in order to favor subsets of well-connected nodes. The key idea is to relax the requirements of the management plane, and to use these manageable subsets to monitor the performance of the overall network. We therefore propose a new performance metric to be monitored, in order to estimate the capability of ad-hoc nodes to communicate end-to-end in the network. Extensive simulations show how different parameters affect this metric.  相似文献

The analysis of heart period series is a difficult task especially under graded exercise conditions. From all the information present in these series, we are the most interested in the coupling between respiratory and cardiac systems, known as respiratory sinus arrythmia. In this paper, we show that precise patterns concerning the respiratory frequency can be extracted from the heart period series. An evolutive model is introduced in order to achieve tracking of the main respiratory-related frequencies and their time-varying amplitudes. Since respiration acts to modulate the sinus rhythm, we relate the frequencies and amplitudes to this modulation by analyzing in detail its nonlinear transformation giving the heart period signal. This analysis is performed assuming stationary conditions but also in the realistic case where the mean heart period, the amplitude, and the frequency of the respiration are time-varying. Since this paper is devoted to the theoretical and complete presentation of the method used in a physiological study published elsewhere, the capabilities of our method will be illustrated in a realistic simulated case.  相似文献

A study of the MPEG-2 video decoding standard in Main Profile @ Main Level has been performed, comparing the different solutions existing for the VLSI implementation of the basic functions (Huffman decoding, IDCT...) included in the standard. Afterwards, a new dynamically configurable architecture is proposed for the memory manager, which is necessary to deal with the large data flow inside the decoder. It is aimed at interfacing the external memory, arbitrating the access requests coming from the different decoding units and allowing generic memory requests through the definition of virtual addresses. It is shown that, by means of a particular data organization, the circuit requires an external memory, which is a 2-MB DRAM in fast page or EDO mode, accessible via a 64-bit bus. The memory manager works at 27 MHz and allows a real-time decoding for MP @ ML bitstreams. It has been synthesized in a 0.8-m two-metal CMOS technology and presents a total area of 5.4 mm2 for 6500 gates.  相似文献

The conversion of low frequency noise into phase noise in microwave oscillators is studied through an analytical calculation of the pushing factor. This calculation is based on a simplified equivalent circuit for two types of active devices : field effect transistors (Fet) and heterojunction bipolar transistors (hbt). The preeminence in the conversion process of the gate- source capacitance in theFet and the base- emitter junction in thehbt is pointed out. Practical methods are proposed to reduce the phase noise in these circuits.  相似文献

We are presenting a fast new method of analysing a dielectric interface which is assumed to be cylindrically symmetrical. It is based on a multimode Gaussian beam development. Then two different cases are considered and we show the kind of results we can expect from this process. Finally, we explain in detail the relationships between the paraxial approximation and further justified simplifications which lead to an important calculation time decrease.  相似文献
