We report the development and characterization of a microfluidics-based bioimprint process using high-density microchannel arrays for cell-culture and polymer delivery. The tubeless PDMS arrays consist of multiple independent microchannels and allow for parallelized bioimprint via automated dispensing and passive pumping. Using the microchannels, a 400 nm thin test pattern was replicated into a methacrylate biopolymer to demonstrate process applicability. Bioimprints of cobalt chloride stimulated Ishikawa endometrial cancer cells exhibiting exocytosis-like pore structures were compared with controls using AFM to exemplify a process application. The devices can be used for high-throughput cell assays, cell developmental studies and the formation of phenotype-specific biomimetic scaffolds. 相似文献

An overview of properties and recent achievements for AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMT) on semi-insulating SiC substrate is given towards high power and broadband applications up to a frequency of 40 GHz. Starting from epitaxial growth and process technology we present state-of-the-art power results obtained at the Fraunhofer Institute (IAF) from AlGaN/GaN HEMTs on SiC. The requirement of high‐temperature calcination for titanium dioxide in (solid‐state) dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) implies challenges with respect to reduced energy consumption and the potential for flexible photovoltaic devices. Moreover, the use of dye molecules increases production costs and leads to problems related with dye bleaching. Therefore, fabrication of dye‐free hybrid solar cells at low temperature is a promising alternative for current DSSC technology. In this work the authors fabricate hierarchically structured titania thin films by combining a polystyrene‐block‐polyethylene oxide template assisted sol–gel synthesis with nano‐imprint lithography at low temperatures. The achieved films are filled with poly(3‐hexylthiophene) to form the active layer of hybrid solar cells. The surface morphology is probed via scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy, and the bulk film morphology is examined with grazing incidence X‐ray scattering. Good light absorption by the active layer is proven by UV–vis spectroscopy. An enhancement in light absorption is observed and ascribed to light scattering in mesoporous titania films with imprinted superstructures. Accordingly a better photovoltaic performance is found for nano‐imprinted solar cells at various angles of light incidence. 相似文献

Übersicht Die spannungsabhängigen Anlaufströme und Drehmomente eines 2800 kW Asynchron-Käfigläufermotors werden mit der Methode der finiten Differenzen und einem neuen Block-SOR-Iterationsverfahren berechnet. Es wird ber die Ergebnisse für Rechteck-, Trapez- und andere Rotorstabformen berichtet. Die numerisch berechneten Daten werden mit den nach konventionellen Regeln ermittelten Zahlen verglichen. Der Sättigungseffekt ist unerwartet groß, als Folge des großen Nennstrombelages. Die ungesättigten werte stimmen sehr gut überein.
On the calculation of the starting data of A.C. squirrel-cage motors with different bar shapes by the method of finite differences
Contents The voltage dependent starting currents and torques of a 2,800 kW 3-phase a.c. squirrel cage motor are calculated by the method of finite differences using a new block-SOR iteration technique. The paper describes the results for different rotor bars with rectangular, trapezoidal and other shapes. The calculated data are compared with conventionally determined figures. The saturation effect is rather large due to the high values of the rated current loading per air gap periphery. The unsaturated values agree very good.相似文献

Contents A fine structured GTO thyristor, abbreviated FGTO, has been developed to improve the switching characteristics. The new device has a cathode finger width of only 20 m and can be turned off without a negative gate bias at an anode current level of more than 200 A/cm2. The turn-off time can be shortened down tot

500 ns by increasing the negative gate current. A snubber circuit is not necessary to turn off the FGTO's. The maximum rate of rise of anode voltage du/dl reaches more than 10 kV/s. Analytical models are developed to describe the turn-off transients of the FGTO's. Good agreement between the theoretical and experimental results could be achieved.

Übersicht Zur Verbesserung des Schaltverhaltens ist ein feinstrukturierter GTO-Thyristor, abgekürzt FGTO, entwickelt worden. Dieses neue Bauelement hat eine Kathoden-streifenbreite von nur 20 m und kann ohne negative Gatevorspannung bei einer Anodenstromdichte von mehr als 200 A/cm2 abgeschaltet werden. Die Abschaltzeit läßt sich durch Erhöhung des negativen Gatestroms bis zut off 500 ns verkürzen. Beim Abschalten von FGTOs ist keine RC-Beschaltung erforderlich. Der maximale du/dl-Wert erreicht mehr als 10 kV/s. Algorithms for pulswidth modulation of inverters with online calculated pulse patterns
Contents Online calculation of pulse patterns will be employed more intensively in the future. Aspects concerning the powereleotronic circuit, the pulsewidth-modulated inverter, are to be discussed. The set value being constant for the duration of a sampling interval, has to be converted by a modulation algorithm into a pulse pattern with constant amplitude and pulses of variable width. Calculation dead-times up to half of sampling interval have no influence on the pulse pattern when using a new algorthm with shifted sampling instants.
