The photosensing properties of flexible large‐area nanowire (NW)‐based photosensors are enhanced via in situ Al doping and substrate straining. A method for efficiently making nanodevices incorporating laterally doped NWs is developed and the strain‐dependent photoresponse is investigated. Photosensors are fabricated by directly growing horizontal single‐crystalline Al‐doped ZnO NW arrays across Au microelectrodes patterned on a flexible SiO2/steel substrate to enhance the transportation of carriers and the junction between NWs and electrodes. The Raman spectrum of the Al:ZnO NWs, which have an average diameter and maximum length of around 40 nm and 6.8 μm, respectively, shows an Al‐related peak at 651 cm?1. The device shows excellent photosensing properties with a high ultraviolet/visible rejection ratio, as well as extremely high maximum photoresponsivity and sensitivity at a low bias. Increasing the tensile strain from 0 to 5.6% linearly enhances the photoresponsivity from 1.7 to 3.8 AW?1 at a bias of 1 V, which is attributed to a decrease in the Schottky barrier height resulting from a piezo‐photonic effect. The high‐performance flexible NW device presented here has applications in coupling measurements of light and strain in a flexible photoelectronic nanodevice and can aid in the development of better flexible and integrated photoelectronic systems. 相似文献

A novel robust sliding mode control method for time-delay systems with mismatched uncertainties is presented, taking into consideration of both the norm-bounded mismatched uncertainties in the input matrix and the unknown input disturbance. First of all, an original time-delay system is changed into a new form without time delay via a nonsingular transformation, based on which, an integral sliding mode controller is then designed in the form of linear matrix inequalities, to guarantee the existence of the sliding motion from the initial time. In order to estimate the upper bound of unknown input disturbance, a new adaptive law is also proposed. Smart manipulation of liquid/bubble transport has garnered widespread attention due to its potential applications in many fields. Designing a responsive surface has emerged as an effective strategy for achieving controllable transport of liquids/bubbles. However, it is still challenging to fabricate stable amphibious responsive surfaces that can be used for the smart manipulation of liquid in air and bubbles underwater. Here, amphibious slippery surfaces are fabricated using magnetically responsive soft poly(dimethylsiloxane) doped with iron powder and silicone oil. The slippery gel surface retains its magnetic responsiveness and demonstrates strong affinity for bubbles underwater but shows small and switching resistance forces with the water droplets in air and bubbles underwater, which is the key factor for achieving the controllable transport of liquids/bubbles. On the slippery gel surface, the sliding behaviors of water droplets and bubbles can be reversibly controlled by alternately applying/removing an external magnetic field. Notably, compared with slippery liquid‐infused porous surfaces, the slippery gel surface demonstrates outstanding stability, whether in air or underwater, even after 100 cycles of alternately applying/removing the magnetic field. 铜引线键合由于低廉的成本和优良的材料综合性能而受到越来越多的重视,而镀钯铜线较纯铜线的应用更为广泛。其中,自由空气球(FAB)上钯的覆盖情况是需要进行研究的问题之一。由于烧球工艺为瞬态过程,因此在形成FAB后其表面的钯可能会出现不均匀的分布,后续的塑封环节中低含量的钯区域就会遭受外界的侵蚀,这对焊点的可靠性会有不良的影响。基于此,针对线径20μm镀钯铜线FAB上的钯覆盖区域进行了探究,并采用定制化的化学腐蚀方案来显示FAB上钯膜较厚区域和较薄区域在形貌上的差异。此外还讨论了不同电子火焰熄灭(EFO)工艺参数样品的钯薄弱区形状参数,最后分析了影响FAB表面上钯薄弱区的主要工艺因素,得到了相关工艺参数参考值,对后续工艺的可靠性提升有一定的借鉴意义。 相似文献

Primitive assembly is an inevitable procedure of graphics rendering which performs the objects preparation for the following steps, however, the conventional approaches suffer from some issues, such as the missing of surface attribute, mismatch of color mode for clipped primitives, and performance bottleneck of rendering pipeline. This paper takes all these issues into considerations, and proposes a parallel primitive assembly accelerator (PPAA) which can solve not only the functional problems but also improve the shading performance. The register transfer level (RTL) circuit is designed and the detailed approach is presented. The prototype systems are implemented on Xilinx field programmable gate array (FPGA) XC6VLX550T and Altera FPGA EP2C70F896C6. The experimental results show that PPAA can accomplish the assembly tasks correctly and with higher performance of 1.5x and 2.5x of two previous implementations. For the most frequently independent primitives, the PPAA can efficiently enhance the throughput by squeezing out the pipeline bubbles and by balancing the pipeline stages. 相似文献
