文章对华北电网公司数字化图书馆的功能特点、资源建设情况及系统采用的关键技术等进行了简要介绍,从侧面论述了该数字化图书馆信息量大、专业性强、技术先进,是各类专业技术人员、管理人员日常工作中获取科技、管理知识的窗口和渠道。     

600MW机组QMA型油枪着火不稳定改进

针对2093t/h上海锅炉配置的FORNEY公司QMA型油枪,在神华国华锦界电厂生产运行阶段暴露出的冷态点不着、热态不稳定等问题,查明原因并进行合理改造,运行效果良好。     

Occurrence and characteristics of Vibrio vulnificus in retail marine shrimp in China

Vibrio vulnificus is a gram-negative bacterium that naturally occurs in estuarine waters and marine environment. Consumption of seafood contaminated with V. vulnificus or exposure to the contaminated water causes septicemia, gastroenteritis or wound infections in humans. This study aimed at identifying the prevalence of V. vulnificus in shrimps in Chinese seafood market. From June to September 2009, 239 samples encompassing six shrimp species were collected from ten cities in China. To quantify the prevalence and the levels of V. vulnificus in shrimps, the most probable number (MPN) method was used combining with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) which was used to classify the isolates by detecting V. vulnificus hemolysin gene (vvhA). One hundred and forty out of 239 samples were positive for V. vulnificus, with the geometric mean level at 153.3 MPN/g. The prevalence and levels of V. vulnificus in shrimps varied in different geographic areas, with the values for the samples in the South cities (179.6 MPN/g) remarkably higher than that in the North cities (7.6 MPN/g). In addition, we found that 61.7% (79/128) of the V. vulnificus positive samples contained C-type (Clinical) strains and 8 contained E-type (Environmental) strains. The antimicrobial susceptibility of the isolates to 12 antibiotics was tested as well. Most of the 169 isolates remained susceptible to the majority of antimicrobials tested, whereas some strains tend to be less sensitive to amikacin, ampicillin, tetracycline and gentamicin. In conclusion, V. vulnificus is commonly found in retail marine shrimp in Chinese seafood market, and most of the shrimp samples contained C-type strains, which may pose a potential threat to human health.     

饱水石灰岩骨架和流体弹性参数的估算

本文利用Niu等提出的基于临界孔隙度模型的组分弹性参数数值计算方法,把测试岩石样品的孔隙度、整体密度、纵波速度和横波速度作为数值计算的输入数据,运用双线性数值计算方法反演求出临界点、流体和骨架的12个弹性参数。具体做法是:基于临界孔隙度模型,给出三组线性关系,即密度—孔隙度,整体剪切模量—孔隙度,整体纵波模量—孔隙度,上述每组线性关系分别以孔隙度作为自变量和因变量得到两个线性方程,再把两个方程计算的结果进行加权平均得到相关的弹性参数估算值,并结合饱水石灰岩样品数据实现了弹性参数估算。数值计算结果表明,由数值计算得到的弹性参数与测试弹性参数的均值和方差相差甚微,特别是密度数据的偏差均值更小,说明文中的数值计算结果是可靠的。     

Essential oil composition and antimicrobial activity of Sphallerocarpus gracilis seeds against selected food-related bacteria

Sphallerocarpus gracilis from China is a little-investigated edible and medicinal plant. In the present study, the essential oil composition from S. gracilis seeds was investigated by GC and GC–MS. A total of 34 compounds representing 94.69% of the essential oil were tentatively identified. The main constituents were p-cymene (17.42%), γ-terpinene (25.58%) and α-asarone (33.12%). The antimicrobial activity, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of the essential oil from S. gracilis seeds were evaluated against eight Gram-positive bacteria (Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis), four Gram-negative bacteria (Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli) and one fungus (Aspergillus niger). Results revealed that the essential oil from S. gracilis seeds exhibited significant in vitro antimicrobial property. Among all the tested microorganisms, the essential oil showed the strongest inhibitory effect against K. pneumoniae, whereas no inhibitory effect was found against L. monocytogenes and A. niger. Additionally, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe morphological changes of bacteria treated with the essential oil from S. gracilis seeds. SEM observations confirmed the physical damage and considerable morphological alteration to the tested microorganisms treated with the essential oil. The data of this study suggests that the essential oil from S. gracilis seeds has great potential for application as a natural antimicrobial agent to preserve food.

探讨聚乳酸纤维包芯纱的生产工艺.阐述了在环锭细纱机上纺制聚乳酸纤维包芯纱的方法及各生产工序的工艺要点,并通过正交试验确定了纱线捻度和细纱后区牵伸倍数的最优工艺配置,最终顺利纺制出了21.4 tex(55.6 dtex)聚乳酸纤维包芯纱,质量达到了较好水平.

High-sensitivity and wide-directivity ultrasound detection using high Q polymer microring resonators

Small size ultrahigh Q polymer microrings working at near visible wavelength have been experimentally demonstrated as ultralow noise ultrasound detectors with wide directivity at high frequencies (>20 MHz). By combining a resist reflow and a low bias continuous etching and passivation process in mold fabrication, imprinted polymer microrings with drastically improved sidewall smoothness were obtained. An ultralow noise-equivalent pressure of 21.4 Pa over 1-75 MHz range has been achieved using a fabricated detector of 60 μm diameter. The device's wide acceptance angle with high sensitivity considerably benefits ultrasound-related imaging.
