攀钢1号和2号方坯连铸工艺及设备

介绍了攀钢提钒炼钢厂1号和2号方坯连铸机的性能参数、工艺布置及流程、设计特点、装备水平,及攀钢通过技术改造新建1号和2号方坯连铸机,彻底淘汰模铸实现全连铸的实践经验.     

Influence of ZnO and P2O5 Content on Modified HZSM-5 on Aromatization of FCC Gasoline

Catalytic properties of different content of ZnO and P₂O₅ supported on HZSM-5 zeolites were studied in the conversion of FCC gasoline (75°C-120°C) into aromatic hydrocarbons with a temperature of 430°C, a liquid hourly space velocity of 1.0 hr^-1, and a pressure of 0.1 MPa. In the reaction, when the contents of ZnO and P₂O₅ are 2% and 4%, respectively, Zn-P/HZSM-5 showed the highest selectivity and activity to aromatic hydrocarbons and conversion of olefins. The content of aromatics in the liquid product and the yield of aromatics reached as high as 94.53%, 68.87%, and 51.74%, respectively.     

Extended analysis of ground impedance measurement using the fall-of-potential method

An extended analysis of ground impedance measurement using the fall-of-potential method will be presented. An interesting curve that represents the exact locations of the potential probe when the potential and current probes are in different directions is obtained for the first time. Curves representing measurement error are also presented for the case when the potential probe is placed in locations where the correct ground impedance cannot be measured. A similar analysis for ground impedance measurements in multilayer soils is also discussed. The study presented in this paper has extended the theory of the conventional fall-of-potential method and the results obtained can serve as a practical guide for ground impedance measurements made using this method.     

叠前地震数据的规则化

本文通过对动校正前积分法DMO原理的探讨，在借鉴Canning(1996)提出的利用DMO实现三维数据规则化的方法和Biondi(1998)提出的三维叠前地震数据方位角校正方法的基础上，从方位角校正的角度入手，利用DMO和DMO^-1相结合的处理流程对地震数据进行规则化，以得到新的规则的观测系统下具有所需特定方位角的观测数据。此方法可用于解决叠前地震数据道插值、陆上地震勘探中不规则观测数据的规则化和海上地震勘探中的羽状现象校正等问题，可将已有地震观测数据转变为特定观测系统的叠前地震数据，以便于某些处理方法的应用。此方法原理简单并具有广泛的适用性。     

热带城市垃圾典型组分的热解特性研究

对热带城市垃圾的几种典型组分进行了热解实验，得到了它们的失重曲线，通过对失重曲线进行分析，得到了这几种典型组分的热解规律，并通过建立热解动力学模型，求出了其中两种组分的活化能E和频率因子A。

CHARACTERIZATION OF Si_(1-x-y)Ge_xC_y FILMS GROWN BY ION IMPLANTATION AND SUBSEQUENT SOLID PHASE EPITAXY

Si1-x-yGexCy ternary alloy films were grown on monocrystalline silicon substrates by C ion implantation and subsequent solid phase epitaxy (SPE). Two-step anneal-ing technique was employed in the SPE. The structure and electrical properties of the alloy films were determined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and van der Pauw Hall measurements, respectively. With the optimization of two-step anneal-ing technique for the implanted Si1-x-yGexCy layers, a certain amount of C atoms occupied substitutional sites and no SiC was formed.     

标准椅全身计数器对不同年龄组均匀体模源全能峰效率的刻度

本文介绍了用标准液体源均匀充入聚氯乙烯制的体模,刻度标准椅全身计数器〔φ8″×4″(NaI)〕的方法和结果。分别就代表6个年龄组的体模,测定了标准椅全身计数器对5种能量(364,637,898,1460和1836keV)γ射线的全能峰效率;给出了全能峰效率与γ射线能量和被测对象体重的关系曲线。     

Correction factors for water-proofing sleeves in kilovoltage x-ray beams

This paper investigates the effect of the waterproofing sleeve on the calibration of kilovoltage photon beams (50-300 kV). The sleeve effect correction factor, ps has been calculated using the Monte Carlo method as the ratios of the air kerma in an air cavity of a cylindrical chamber without the waterproofing sleeve to that with a sleeve. Three sleeve materials have been studied, PMMA, nylon and polystyrene. The calculations were carried out using the EGS4 (Electron Gamma Shower version 4) code system with the application of a correlated-sampling variance-reduction technique. The results show that the sleeve correction factor for 1-mm thick nylon and polystyrene sleeves, ps varies from 0.992 to 1.000 and from 0.981 to 1.000, respectively, for the same beam quality range. The ps factor varies with sleeve thickness, beam quality and phantom depth. No significant dependence of the ps factor on field size and source-surface distance has been found. Measurements for PMMA, nylon and polystyrene sleeves of various thicknesses have also been carried out and show excellent agreement with Monte Carlo calculations.     

基于OTA的多功能电压模滤波器及其仿真

本文采用信号流图法设计了一种基于ＯＴＡ的三输入一输出多功能电压模滤波器新电路，该电路由五个ＯＴＡ和两个接地电容构成，合理选择输入电压可实现低通、高通、带通、带阻及全通滤波功能。文章还对电路进行了ＭＯＳ管级的计算机仿真，其结果表明所提出的电路方案正确有效。
