Standardization of Social Credit System Initiated in China

Introduction The current government advances that the order of market economy should be standardized and the social credit system of market economy in modern times should be established and completed. The social credit system should be formed on the basis of property right, supported by moral and high consciousness of social credit. Therefore, the basic framework and operation mechanism of the standards system for social credit will be established in 5 years in China in order to make standards play an important role in a regular market and the aspect of credit management, to improve administration's compliance with the regulation, and to facilitate the market economic order.

SiCp/Al复合材料制备工艺对组织与性能的影响

采用高能球磨粉末冶金法制备了体积分数为15％SiCp／2009Al复合材料，研究了球磨转速、球磨时间对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明，球磨转速和球磨时间是影响复合材料力学性能的重要因素，较长时间高转速球磨使得SiC颗粒均匀分布，转速190r／min、球磨6h制备的复合粉末经真空热压、挤压后的复合材料SiC颗粒均匀分布，材料的抗拉强度高达650MPa，伸长率大于5％。     

卷取机振动故障分析与处理

为了消除梅山钢铁公司轧钢厂2号卷取机振动烈度过大故障，利用瞬态激振法原理，使用普通锤对卷取机进行激励，并采用bently 208进行测试，成功得到该故障特征并甄别故障原因为结构共振，最后为消除该故障提出了具体的措施并获得良好的结果。对于整个测试、分析和处理过程，给出了详细的说明。该方法对同类机械振动分析和处理有一定的参考价值。     

Marine Wastewater Discharges from Multiport Diffusers. II: Unstratified Flowing Water

Laboratory experiments on the near-field mixing of buoyant plumes discharged from multiport diffusers into unstratified flowing water are reported. The spatial variation of dilution was measured by a newly developed three-dimensional laser-induced fluorescence system and a microconductivity probe. The near-field hydrodynamics are complex. The plumes discharged upstream dilute and merge more rapidly than those discharged downstream. Even with wide port spacing, the plumes eventually merge to form a laterally uniform surface wastefield. The density profile in this wastefield becomes gravitationally stable and suppresses mixing, marking the end of the near field. The value of the port spacing ratio, s/H, below which the discharge approximates a line plume is greater for discharge into a flowing current than into a stationary environment, so the port spacing plays a lesser role in a flowing current. The mixing and dilution that occurs in the surface layer is less than for a discharge into a stationary environment, and it decreases as the current speed increases. Semiempirical equations to predict the major near field characteristics are presented.     

一种新的基于率失真优化的运动补偿方法

该文主要介绍了一种新的基于率失真优化的运动补偿的方法。它针对8x8的子块,提出了若干更贴近于实际物体轮廓和实际运动轨迹的运动分割模式,通过率失真方程来选择模式,利用这些模式来进行运动估计和运动补偿,从而达到高效地描述物体运动的目的,并在码率和失真之间取得了一个良好的平衡。实验结果表明,在全码率范围内,这种新的运动补偿方法的性能较传统的方法都有不同幅度的提高,而运算复杂度的提高也在可以接受的范围之内。     

基于遗传算法的模糊Hamming网络参数优化

根据遗传算法的演化原理,提出了一种新的度量模糊Hamming网络参数性能优劣的适应度函数,在此基础上,将遗传算法作为模糊Hamming网络的训练算法,进行网络参数寻优,并采用UCI机器学习数据库中不同的数据集进行对比测试。试验结果表明:将遗传算法与模糊Hamming网络相结合,可以快速求得最优网络参数组合,避免原有参数调整时的盲目性和随机性,训练后的网络具有分类迅速、准确、稳定的特点。     

信道自适应主动块低频分量丢弃数字图像传输技术

为减少图像传输的数据量,满足信道带宽的要求,在图像发送端以块为单位对图像进行划分,利用离散余弦变换(DCT),按照一定的规则主动丢弃部分块的低频分量,而在图像接收端通过图像重建技术对丢弃的图像数据进行恢复,从而再现原图像。实验结果表明这种数字图像传输技术改善了DCT图像质量。     

基于动态制造资源的产品工艺分工规划研究

针对制造企业联盟的产品工艺分工问题,研究并开发了基于动态制造资源的网络化产品工艺分工规划系统。论文阐述了工艺分工的设计方法,提出了逻辑制造单元、逻辑加工路线等新概念,并对产品工艺分工系统的体系结构与功能组成、基于动态制造资源的零件与逻辑制造单元建模方法、基于知识的逻辑加工路线设计及可执行加工路线生成方法进行了详细讨论。
