This paper presents an ultra-low power incremental ADC for biosensor interface circuits.The ADC consists of a resettable second-order delta–sigma(°/ modulator core and a resettable decimation filter.Several techniques are adopted to minimize its power consumption.A feedforward path is introduced to the modulator core to relax the signal swing and linearity requirement of the integrators.A correlated-double-sampling(CDS)technique is applied to reject the offset and 1/f noise,thereby removing the integrator leakage and relaxing the gain requirement of the OTA.A simple double-tailed inverter-based fully differential OTA using a thick-oxide CMOS is proposed to operate in the subthreshold region to fulfill both an ultra-low power and a large output swing at 1.2 V supply.The signal addition before the comparator in the feedforward architecture is performed in the current domain instead of the voltage domain to minimize the capacitive load to the integrators.The capacitors used in this design are of customized metal–oxide–metal(MOM) type to reach the minimum capacitance set by the k T =C noise limit.Fabricated with a 1P6 M 0.18 m CMOS technology,the presented incremental ADC consumes600 n W at 2 k S/s from a 1.2 V supply,and achieves 68.3 d B signal to noise and distortion ratio(SNDR) at the Nyquist frequency and an FOM of 0.14 p J/conversion step.The core area is 100120 m2. 相似文献

在三维地震资料解释的基础上,研究了雅克拉断凸断裂差异活动特征,探讨其控制因素。受控于白垩系厚层泥岩和新近系吉迪克组膏盐岩,雅克拉断裂构造的发育具有明显的分层性:下构造层发育大型的基底卷入型逆冲断裂,中构造层发育呈雁列式密集分布的张扭性断层,上构造层发育盖层滑脱型逆冲断层。自下而上断裂构造变形强度逐渐减弱。雅克拉断凸断裂构造的演化经历了晚古生代逆冲断裂发育阶段、中生代逆冲断裂复活调整阶段、新近纪早期张扭性断裂发育阶段、新近纪晚期滑脱型逆冲断裂发育阶段等4个关键阶段。晚古生代的断裂活动与北昆仑洋和南天山洋闭合引起的周缘地体与塔里木地块的碰撞拼合相关,中生代和新生代的断裂活动是印度欧亚板块碰撞的远程效应在塔里木盆地内的构造响应。 相似文献

针对致密气藏衰竭开发过程中储层孔隙结构及流体微观赋存特征随其所受应力大小实时变化的问题,以鄂尔多斯盆地神木气田二叠系石盒子组盒8段致密储层为例,通过核磁共振、高压压汞以及驱替实验,定量表征不同应力条件下孔隙结构、水体动用及束缚水分布特征,分析应力对气水相渗规律的影响。研究表明,有效应力由7 MPa增加至17 MPa后,储层孔隙度由8.39%减小至7.65%,最大孔隙半径由38.3 μm减小至35.2 μm,其中半径为0.3~18.9 μm范围内的孔喉数量减少幅度最大;由于孔喉尺寸减小,参与渗流的孔隙数量减少,束缚水饱和度由51.3%增加至59.7%,束缚水水体尺寸的分布范围由0.012~17.4 μm增大至0.012~20.1 μm;孔隙变化及束缚水分布特征的变化进一步导致气水两相相对渗透率均减小,气相相对渗透率由0.481减小至0.283,等渗点的相对渗透率由0.157减小至0.09。 相似文献

Novel, thiol‐functionalized, and superparamagnetic, silica composite nanospheres (SH‐SSCNs) with diameters smaller than 100 nm are successfully fabricated through the self‐assembly of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and polystyrene100‐block‐poly(acrylic acid)16 and a subsequent sol‐gel process. The size and magnetic properties of the SH‐SSCNs can be easily tuned by simply varying the initial concentrations of the magnetite nanoparticles in the oil phase. By incorporating fluorescent dye molecules into the silica network, the composite nanospheres can be further fluorescent‐functionalized. The toxicity of the SH‐SSCNs is evaluated by choosing three typical cell lines (HUVEC, RAW264.7, and A549) as model cells, and no toxic effects are observed. It is also demonstrated that SH‐SSCNs can be used as a new class of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) probes, having a remarkably high spin–spin (T2) relaxivity (r2* = 176.1 mM ?1 S?1). The combination of the sub‐100‐nm particle size, monodispersity in aqueous solution, superparamagnetism, and fluorescent properties of the SH‐SSCNs, as well as the non‐cytotoxicity in vitro, provides a novel and potential candidate for an earlier MRI diagnostic method of cancer. 相似文献

Grain shape is an important agronomic character of rice, which affects the appearance, processing, and the edible quality. Screening and identifying more new genes associated with grain shape is beneficial to further understanding the genetic basis of grain shape and provides more gene resources for genetic breeding. This study has a natural population containing 623 indica rice cultivars. Genome-wide association studies/GWAS of several traits related to grain shape (grain length/GL, grain width/GW, grain length to width ratio/GLWR, grain circumferences/GC, and grain size/grain area/GS) were conducted by combining phenotypic data from four environments and the second-generation resequencing data, which have identified 39 important Quantitative trait locus/QTLs. We analyzed the 39 QTLs using three methods: gene-based association analysis, haplotype analysis, and functional annotation and identified three cloned genes (GS3, GW5, OsDER1) and seven new candidate genes in the candidate interval. At the same time, to effectively utilize the genes in the grain shape-related gene bank, we have also analyzed the allelic combinations of the three cloned genes. Finally, the extreme allele combination corresponding to each trait was found through statistical analysis.
