依据标准评估方案,针对标准的宣贯培训、实施效果和标准质量等,对河南省职业性放射性疾病诊断医师、放射卫生监督人员和放射工作人员进行问卷调查,评估常见职业性放射性疾病诊断标准在河南省的应用情况,为标准的制修订、宣贯提出建议。结果表明:(1)共调查11名职业性放射性疾病诊断医师、35名放射卫生监督人员和595名放射工作人员;(2)职业性放射性疾病诊断医师和放射卫生监督人员接受标准培训率100%;(3)职业性放射性疾病诊断医师对5项标准掌握率为90.19%~100%;(4)放射卫生监督人员对《职业性放射性肿瘤判断规范》标准知晓率较低,为54.29%;(5)职业性放射性疾病诊断医师、放射卫生监督人员对标准可行性判定和标准制修订建议主要是剂量阈值、剂量估算等问题;(6)放射工作人员对辐射致癌的正确理解率低,为58.49%~64.37%;(7)放射工作人员对职业性放射性疾病诊断工作建议较多的是加强培训,加强个人剂量监测、职业健康检查,强化卫生监督执法等。  相似文献

In this study, non-volatile memory effect was characterized using the single-transistor-based memory devices based on self-assembled gold nanoparticles (AuNP) as the charge trapping elements and atomic-layer deposited ZnO as the channel layer. The fabricated memory devices showed controllable and reliable threshold voltage shifts according to the program/erase operations that resulted from the charging/discharging of charge carriers in the charge trapping elements. Reliable non-volatile memory properties were also confirmed by the endurance and data retention measurements. The low temperature processes of the key device elements, i.e., AuNP charge trapping layer and ZnO channel layer, enable the use of this device structure to the transparent/flexible non-volatile memory applications in the near future.  相似文献

采用熔融法以铁、钼、铜和钨硝酸盐为原料,制备出一系列的FexMy(M=Mo、Cu、W)双金属催化剂。首先考察了一系列的Fe15M1(M=Mo、Cu、W)双金属催化剂的甲烷催化裂解(CDM)活性,Fe15Mo1的催化活性远高于Fe15Cu1和Fe15W1。通过比表面积测试(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和拉曼光谱(Raman)等分析方法对Fe15M1的物理特性、结构组成、还原特性和副产物碳纳米材料(CNMs)的石墨化度等进行表征。进一步考察了金属Mo的掺杂量和焙烧温度对FexMoy双金属催化剂的甲烷转化率和碳产率的影响。Fe1Mo1表现出优异的催化性能,其碳产率(6gC/gcat)高于纯Fe的碳产率(4.35gC/gcat)。XRD和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,Fe1Mo1双金属形成Fe2(MoO4)3相,提高了其催化活性和稳定性;透射电镜(TEM)结果表明,Fe1Mo1催化剂CDM反应后的CNMs为竹节状的碳纳米管。  相似文献

Emerging evidence from research or clinical studies reported that ABCG2 (ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 2) interrelates with multidrug resistance (MDR) development in cancers. However, no comprehensive pan-cancer analysis is available at present. Therefore, we explore multiple databases, such as TCGA to investigate the potential therapeutic roles of ABCG2 across 33 different tumors. ABCG2 is expressed on a lower level in most cancers and shows a protective effect. For example, a lower expression level of ABCG2 was detrimental to the survival of adrenocortical carcinoma (TCGA-ACC), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), and kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) patients. Distinct associations exist between ABCG2 expression and stemness scores, microenvironmental scores, microsatellite instability (MSI), and tumor mutational burden (TMB) of tumor patients. We observed a significant positive correlation between the ABCG2 mutation site and prognosis in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) patients. Moreover, transmembrane transporter activity and hormone biosynthetic-associated functions were found to be involved in the functionality of ABCG2 and its related genes. The cDNAs of cancer cell lines were collected to detect exon mutation sequences and to analyze ABCG2 mRNA expression. The mRNA expression level of ABCG2 showed a significant difference among spheres and drug-resistant cancer cell lines compared with their corresponding adherent cancer cell lines in six types of cancer. This pan-cancer study provides, for the first time, a comprehensive understanding of the multifunctionality of ABCG2 and unveils further details of the potential therapeutic role of ABCG2 in pan-cancer.  相似文献

本文将内蒙地区的站区公寓改造为附加阳光间式太阳房,通过动态模拟软件的计算,对模拟结果进行评价,同时对附加阳光间的经济性进行计算。结果表明附加阳光间式太阳房仅需15.93 W/m 2的热量就能满足房间的采暖需求。在太阳能丰富的北方地区,对房屋进行附加阳光间节能改造是完全可行的。  相似文献

Rough set theory (RST) is an emerging technique used to deal with problems in data mining and knowledge acquisition. However, the RST approach has not been widely explored in the field of academic achievement. This investigation developed an improved RST (IMRST) model, which employs linear discriminant analysis to determine a reduct of RST, and analyzed the academic achievements of junior high school students in Taiwan. An interactive interface was created so that students could answer questions to predict their academic achievement and they could learn essential skills for improving their academic achievement. Empirical results showed that the IMRST model selects crucial information from data without predetermining factors and can provide accurate rates for inference rules. Hence, the developed IMRST model is a promising alternative for analyzing academic achievement data.  相似文献

为找到最短路径,克服传统算法收敛速度慢、求解精度低等问题,提出一种融入变异交叉的改进天牛群算法(MBSO).首先将个体天牛转换成群体天牛搜索寻优;在群体进化过程中融入变异和交叉,提高全局搜索到更优结果;最后加入天牛须间长度自适应和步长自适应机制的搜索算法,改善算法的探索能力.将改进的算法通过MATLAB对TSPLIB中的数据集进行仿真实验,并用于PON网络规划问题.证明改进的天牛须算法在收敛速度和求解精度两方面较其他算法都有所提升,算法运行时间平均减少0.3 s,实验结果更接近最优解.  相似文献

Beckmannia syzigachne is a noxious grassy weed that infests wheat fields in China. Previously, we identified that mesosulfuron-methyl resistance in a B. syzigachne population (R, SD04) was conferred by non-target resistance, such as cytochrome P450 mixed-function oxidases (P450s)-based metabolism. RNA sequencing and real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) were used to discover potential P450s-resistant-related genes. Five cytochrome P450s (CYP704A177, CYP96B84, CYP71D7, CYP93A1, and CYP99A44) were found to be highly expressed in R plants. In this study, CYP99A44 and CYP704A177 were cloned from B. syzigachne and transferred into Arabidopsis thaliana to test the sensitivity of Arabidopsis with and without P450s genes to mesosulfuron-methyl and other acetolactate synthase (ALS)-inhibiting herbicides. Transgenic Arabidopsis overexpressing CYP99A44 became resistant to the sulfonylurea herbicide mesosulfuron-methyl, but showed no resistance to pyroxsulam, imazethapyr, flucarbazone, and bispyribac-sodium. Notably, those overexpressing CYP704A177 showed resistance to pyroxsulam and bispyribac-sodium, but not to mesosulfuron-methyl, imazethapyr, and flucarbazone. These results indicated that B. syzigachne and transgenic Arabidopsis displayed different cross-resistance patterns to ALS-inhibiting herbicides. Subcellular localization revealed that CYP99A44 and CYP704A177 protein were located in the endoplasmic reticulum. Furthermore, these results clearly indicated that CYP99A44-mediated mesosulfuron-methyl resistance in B. syzigachne and CYP704A177 may be involved in B. syzigachne cross-resistance to pyroxsulam and bispyribac-sodium.  相似文献

为了解内生β-Ti相的Zr/Ti基金属玻璃复合材料的动态力学性能和热力学稳定性,采用力学弛豫谱研究了(Ti0.474Zr0.34- Cu0.06Be0.126)100-xFexx=0,2)金属玻璃复合材料。通过引入Fe元素,提高了β-Ti相的稳定性。此外,还发现了一个异常的内耗峰,这是由于在亚稳的β-Ti相中析出ω-Ti所引起的。在玻璃化转变温度Tg以下,由于相变和非晶基体部分结晶的耦合效应,2种金属玻璃复合材料的储能模量均表现出异常过冲行为。所得结果为更好地理解内生亚稳β-Ti型金属玻璃复合材料的复杂动态力学弛豫行为提供了借鉴。  相似文献
