In this paper the machine layout problem with a linear single-row flow path in automated manufacturing systems is investigated. Traditional machine layout approaches can produce an inappropriate layout design because they often do not consider flow path characteristics, such as flow path configuration and feasible flow path direction. This paper investigates the effects of such flow path characteristics on machine layouts. There are six flow-line analysis methods reported in the literature. Of these, the two best methods (FLA-5 for bidirectional flow lines and FLA-6 for unidirectional flow lines) are considered here. Two heuristic search algorithms, one combining FLA-5 and a genetic algorithm and other combining FLA-6 and a genetic algorithm, are proposed. 0.3 % C–CrMoV (ESR) steel has been proposed as an alternate cost effective material for fabrication of solid boosters for satellite launch vehicles. PAW studies on 7.8 mm thick 0.3 % C–CrMoV (ESR) steel have been conducted with filler wires of two different compositions. Welding parameters have been established for the steel. Welding has been carried out with stainless steel and copper back-up bars and effect of the same has been evaluated. Weldment has been characterized through optical microscopy, microhardness and mechanical properties evaluation. It is found that filler wire chemistry (low carbon content) does not significantly affect the properties of weldments subjected to post weld hardening and tempering treatment. It is attributed to low dilution in thicker plate welding and diffusion of carbon from base metal side during hardening treatment of the weldment. Use of different back- up bars also show similar results, except for process difficulties noted while using stainless steel. Weld efficiency >85 % has been observed with weldments having microhardness in the range of 480–520 VHN. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a design methodology that uses a combined graphical and scheduling technique to map C-based high level language (HLL) based applications to FPGA. Although there are a number of approaches addressing the mapping from HLL to hardware, many of these existing solutions either require a steep learning curve or do not produce an appropriate mapping pattern for the hardware platform. We provide a solution to this problem, by analyzing the data flow and data dependencies in the given code and proposing a scheduling patterns for the given algorithm. We then provide a suitable mapping pattern for the hardware platform. We use the mapping pattern to deliver synthesizable HDL (Verilog) code. We demonstrate our design methodology with results from different real-time case studies that are based on different algorithms. 相似文献

A series of chemical optimizations, which was guided by in vitro affinity at histamine H3 receptor (H3R), modulation of lipophilicity, ADME properties and preclinical efficacy resulted in the identification of 1-[2-(1-cyclobutylpiperidin-4-yloxy)-6,7-dihydro-4H-thiazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-5-yl]propan-1-one ( 45 e ) as a potent and selective (Ki=4.0 nM) H3R inverse agonist. Dipsogenia induced by (R)-α-methylhistamine was dose dependently antagonized by 45 e , confirming its functional antagonism at H3R. It is devoid of hERG and phospholipidosis issues. Compound 45 e has adequate oral exposures and favorable half-life in both rats and dogs. It has demonstrated high receptor occupancy (ED80=0.22 mg/kg) and robust efficacy in object recognition task and, dose dependently increased acetylcholine levels in brain. The sub-therapeutic doses of 45 e in combination with donepezil significantly increased acetylcholine levels. The potent affinity, selectivity, in vivo efficacy and drug like properties together with safety, warrant for further development of this molecule for potential treatment of cognitive disorders associated with Alzheimer's disease. 相似文献
