This paper considers a number of problems in a pharmaceutical downstream supply chain under specific constraints related to pharmaceutical products (e.g., their expiry date and regulations) and to inventory control (e.g., low prices of products, gift products or prices near zero, shortages prohibited but excess inventory allowed). As traditional models of inventory control and replenishment cannot optimize the total cost of the system, it is very important to consider the transportation cost as well. In this paper, we take into account some of these constraints and propose two models for multi-product replenishment policies, namely centralized and decentralized models. We seek to identify the best quantity and period of replenishment of products for a joint optimization of inventory and transportation costs. The proposed models can be applied to a specific family of products with a stable demand and high turnover rate, low prices (or gift products for some of them), and without any shortage. These two models are compared and the global approach is illustrated by a numerical example taken from a real-case study.  相似文献

A series of titanium aminotropone complexes bearing a pair of chelating [O–N] ligands have been synthesized and used for polymerization of ethylene successfully. Ethylene polymerization reactions were carried out at different conditions using the prepared catalysts. The activities for ethylene polymerization were significantly dependent on the catalyst structure. The polymerization activity increased with increasing of the both monomer pressure and [MAO]:[Ti] ratio. The highest activity of the catalysts was obtained at about 30–40 °C. It was demonstrated that unlike the high performance Ti–FI catalysts, bis(aminotropone) Ti catalysts do not require the presence of steric bulk in close proximity to the oxygen moiety. Introduction of the bulky alkyl substitution next to the oxygen moiety decreased the activity of the catalysts. Density Functional Theory (DFT) studies reveal that the active species derived from these catalysts normally possess higher electrophilicity nature compared with those produced using bis(phenoxy-imine) Ti catalysts (Ti–FI catalysts). Hydrogen was used as the chain transfer agent. The activities of the catalysts were increased with hydrogen concentration to some extent, but the M v values of the obtained polymers were decreased. Crystallinity and melting point of the obtained polymer were between 42–62% and 102–124 °C, respectively. Higher pressure increased both the crystallinity and the M v values of the resulting polymers. The catalyst 8a also produced PE with almost narrow polydispersities (1.10–2.55) as is typical for single-site catalysts. However, PDI was broadened by time.  相似文献

Chitosan (CS) and hydrophobic‐modified chitosan (HM‐CS) chains were wrapped onto multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and introduced to polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) matrices as nanohybrid conductive polymer composites (CPCs) for detection of polar vapors. The effect of grafted alkyl groups on polarity of CS chains were studied by quantum mechanics (QM). The designed composites were applied as sensitive layers to clarify the response mechanism in CPCs gas sensors. It was realized that the wrapped biopolymers intensely influenced the sensitivity of the composites. Experiment results specified that the nature of biomacromolecules and their interactions with vapor molecules affects the resistance change in CPCs. The higher interaction of CS with polar vapor molecules caused more plasticization of polymer segments in the MWNTs connections. Such phenomenon enhanced the resistance change in the presence of analytes. Moreover, it was inferred that the semiconductor character of MWNTs has an important effect in the final signals. The more polar structure of CS in comparison with HM‐CS enhanced the adsorption of vapor molecules on the surface of MWNTs, and the electron donor analytes decreased the conductivity of p‐type MWNTs increasing the final responses. The presented results corroborate that the performance of CPCs gas sensors could be finely tuned through manipulation of the nanointerfaces. POLYM. Magnetic nanoparticles have been proposed for use as biomedical purposes to a large extent for several years. In this paper we discuss the preparation and characterization of superparamagnetic iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles (SPIONs) coated with acetyled – PAMAM dendrimers(Ac-PAMAM). Also, in the present study, the conjugate (Ac-PAMAM)/SPIO nanoparticles were exhaustivly studied as controlled-release systems for parenteral administration of a model drug 5-aminosalicyclic acid (mesalamine) and analyzed using various release kinetic studies. The nanoparticles thus synthesized have been characterized by a Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrophotometer and with X-ray diffraction. The morphology of these nanoparticles was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献

Selective harmonic elimination(SHE) in multilevel inverters is an intricate optimization problem that involves a set of nonlinear transcendental equations which have multiple local minima. A new advanced objective function with proper weighting is proposed and also its efficiency is compared with the objective function which is more similar to the proposed one. To enhance the ability of the SHE in eliminating high number of selected harmonics, at each level of the output voltage, one slot is created. The SHE problem is solved by imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA). The conventional SHE methods cannot eliminate the selected harmonics and satisfy the fundamental component in some ranges of modulation indexes. So, to surmount the SHE defect, a DC-DC converter is applied. Theoretical results are substantiated by simulations and experimental results for a 9-level multilevel inverter. The obtained results illustrate that the proposed method successfully minimizes a large number of identified harmonics which consequences very low total harmonic distortion of output voltage.  相似文献
