Hydrodynamics of a gas‐solid fluidized bed at elevated temperatures was investigated by analyzing pressure fluctuations in time and frequency domains. Sand particles were fluidized with air at various bed temperatures. At a constant gas velocity, the standard deviation, power spectrum density function, and wide‐band energy of pressure fluctuations reach a maximum at 300 °C. Increasing the temperature to this value causes larger bubble sizes and after the bubbles reach their maximum size, they break into smaller bubbles. The Archimedes number decreases with higher temperature and the type of fluidization becomes closer to that of Geldart A boundary at this maximum temperature. Based on estimation of the drag force acting on the emulsion phase, it was concluded that 300 °C was a transition temperature at which the drag force reaches a minimum due to a significant change of interparticle and hydrodynamic forces.  相似文献

This study aimed to develop a nanoliposomal formulation containing α‐tocopherol loaded with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and to characterise the formulation by its physical stability. For this purpose, different nanoliposomal formulations with dipalmitoyl phosphocholine were prepared using a modified thin‐film hydration method and evaluated by particle size, polydispersity index (PDI), transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and determining the encapsulation efficiencies of DHA and EPA. A physical stability study was conducted by investigating the change in the vesicle encapsulation efficiency, particle size, PDI and shape when stored at 4, 30 and 40 °C for 3 months. High encapsulation efficiency of DHA and EPA (89.1% ± 0.6% and 81.9% ± 1.4%) and appropriate particle size (82 ± 0.8 nm) were obtained for liposomes composed of α‐tocopherol. The optimum formulation was stable for 90 days when kept at 4 °C. This study demonstrated that α‐tocopherol had a protective effect on the physical stability of the nanoliposomes containing DHA and EPA.  相似文献

A novel multilevel current source inverter (MCSI) configuration is introduced in this paper. The ability of handling with asymmetrical DC sources is one of the substantial advantages of the proposed inverter. In asymmetric mode, by appropriate selection of DC sources magnitude, a considerable increase can be obtained in the number of output levels without any manipulation on inverters’ hardware. In MCSIs, the number of required circuit devices is very important because the overall costs, circuit size, reliability and control complexity are dependent on them directly. The proposed inverter can generate all desired current levels using a lower number of elements. Besides, it is known that reduction of number of switches from conventional inverters imposes an undesired increase in total semiconductor device power (SDP). But, the total SDP of the proposed inverter is kept equal to conventional inverter. To validate the superiority of the proposed inverter, a full comparison is provided. Here an approach for the diagnosis of neuro-degenerative diseases based on gait dynamics is proposed. The proposed method uses information from a time series of stride intervals, swing intervals, stance intervals and double support intervals of stride-to-stride measures of footfall contact times using force-sensitive resistors. Different features were extracted from these time series and the best of them were selected for the diagnosis. The support vector machines using different kernels were examined for the diagnosis. The radial basis function kernel obtained the best performance for this aim. The results show that features derived from double support intervals are common effective features for the diagnosis of neuro-degenerative diseases using the gait dynamics.  相似文献

In the present research, the Li2ZnTi3O8(LZT) ceramics were synthesized throughout solid-state ceramic processing, then mixed with bismuth borate (BiBO) glass prepared based on conventional melt quenching method. Wetting behavior of BiBO glass on the LZT ceramic substrate was monitored by hot stage microscopy. Afterward, dielectric LZT ceramics containing different amounts of BiBO glass (0.25–6 wt%) were sintered at various temperatures. X-ray diffraction and electron back scatter diffraction examinations revealed the presence of two crystalline phases of Li2ZnTi3O8 and Bi2Ti2O7. The maximum value of relative density (above 95%) was obtained in the case of specimens contained more than 5 wt% glass. The microwave dielectric properties of the finally sintered BiBO glass containing LZT ceramics were as follows: dielectric constant (εr) = 21.44–25.09, quality factor (Q × f) = 10839–54708 GHz and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) = (? 15.58) ?
