The liquid crystalline transitions of two kinds of smectic polyesters with different molecular weights were investigated by DSC, polarized microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The molecular weight affects the transitions significantly for these two kinds of polyesters. With a high enough molecular weight, both poly (pentamethylenep,p-bibenzoate) and poly(hexamethylenep,p-bibenzoate) exhibit an enantiotropic smectic phase, but the two endothermic transition peaks of the DSC heating curve seem to overlap. The polyesters tend to exhibit a monotropic smectic phase as the molecular weight decreases. From the DSC cooling curve, the isotropic-smectic transition can be seen more clearly. As the molecular weight decreases, the smectic order decrease significantly. The molecular weight affects the transitions in a different way for these two different kinds of polyesters.  相似文献

Physical modelling of slag splashing practice of an 80 t combined blown converter was conducted in this paper. Through measuring the mass flux of splashed slag, the effect of different operating parameters on slag splashing was investigated. By means of variance analysis, the influence significance of different operating parameters on slag splashing was obtained, and the optimal combination of operating parameters were acquired as follows: lance height 600?mm, top gas flowrate 18000?Nm3?h?1, four nozzles lance, bottom nozzle configuration D4, bottom gas flowrate 100?Nm3?h?1, and amount of remained slag 10%. In addition, the relation between the agitation energy of top blow and mass flux of splashed slag was discussed, and the estimation model for mass flux of splashed slag during BOF slag splashing practice was proposed through data analysis.  相似文献

AIM: To study the antagonism of l-stepholidine (SPD) against bromocriptine (Bro)-inhibition on prolactin (PRL) level. METHODS: Bro (0.5 mg.kg-1.d-1, s.c.) reduced the PRL and caused a dysplasia of mammary gland in lactational rats. The weight growing of newborn rats was retarded. The PRL of the lactational rats was assessed by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA); the weight of newborn rats and development of mammary glands in lactational rats were also examined. Antagonism of SPD was evaluated. RESULTS: SPD (30 & 100 mg.kg-1.d-1, i.p.) obviously antagonized the Bro that induced lowering the PRL level in lactational rats, the PRL was 11 +/- 4 & 23 +/- 6 micrograms.L-1 (NS 7 +/- 2) respectively on d 15 of postpartum and the development of mammary gland in lactational rats was normal. The newborn rats grew rapidly in 11-15 d. CONCLUSION: SPD possessed an antagonism with Bro inhibition on D2 receptors located in the pituitary gland, and was an antagonist of dopamine D2 receptors.  相似文献

A simple and effective automatic focusing algorithm is proposed in this article. The principle of the proposed automatic focusing algorithm is based on that, for the radial test pattern, a best‐focused image should have the smallest blurred region in the middle of the acquired image, and hence, should have the smallest equivalent radius. The circular Hough transform has became a common method in numerous image‐processing applications for circle detection. Various modifications to the basic circular Hough transform have been suggested, such as: the inclusion of edge orientation, simultaneous consideration of a range of circle radii, the use of a complex accumulator array with the phase proportional to the log of the radius, or for filter operations. The purpose of this work is to show that a radius of a circular region extracted by a normalized circular Hough transform is a possible solution for determining the sharpness of images. To acquire high quality images with a given CCD camera, it is crucial that the camera be located exactly at the back length of the lens, i.e., the focus position of the lens. In the best conditions, the contours of the acquired images are of the sharpest, with none of the blurring effects associated with unfocused images. Acquiring such high quality images by these means is the main goal of the automatic focusing algorithm proposed in this article. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
