In this paper a systematic approach is presented for extrapolating the lifetime due to bond wire lift-off in IGBT modules submitted to cyclic loading. Application profiles of the device are considered, as they are usually encountered in real current converters for railway traction systems. The proposed lifetime prediction scheme is based on the principle of the linear accumulation of the fatigue damage and takes into account the redundancy of the bond wires.  相似文献

Reliability of ECL 100k devices using Al (4%wt Cu, 1%wt Si) double level metallization, isoplanar technology with shallow, 0.25 μm, base-emitter junctions was evaluated by means of high current and high temperature stresses. Three failure modes connected with electromigration phenomena were found in the output transistor: (a) base-emitter shunts owing to junction spiking caused by Al-Si interdiffusion enhanced by electromigration; (b) collector-emitter shorts due to the breaking of the dielectric oxide between two superimposed metal levels owing to material transport and pile-up in the underlying metallization; (c) open circuit of the output emitter due to void growth in the Cu-depleted areas of the Al interconnections. After B-E shunts, failure mechanism evolves towards two different sequences of failure modes, according to the different transistor structures; in fact C-E shorts were found to occur only when collector and emitter metals are superimposed, while the open circuit of the output emitter is the final failure for all configurations. The earlier and more frequent failure mode observed is the resistive shunt of the base-emitter junction of the output transistor, in agreement with previously reported data on electromigration effects in Al (Cu, Si) metallizations used both as interconnections and as contacts to shallow junctions.  相似文献

In many image processing applications, the discrete values of an image can be embedded in a continuous function. This type of representation can be useful for interpolation, geometrical transformations or special features extraction. Given a rectangular M × N discrete image (or sub-image), it is shown how to compute a continuous polynomial function that guarantees an exact fit at the considered pixel locations. The polynomials coefficients can be expressed as a linear one-to-one separable transform of the pixels. The transform matrices can be computed using a fast recursive algorithm which enables efficient inversion of a Vandermonde matrix. It is also shown that the least square polynomial approximation with M′ × N′ coefficients, in the separable formulation, involves the inversion of two M′ × M′ and N′ × N′ Hankel matrices.  相似文献

壳聚糖及其衍生物能很容易被脂肪酶解聚。当壳聚糖乳酸盐溶液与脂肪酶在25℃下作用10min后,其溶液粘度被降低到初始值的35%,分子量从约700kDa减少到13kDa(还原糖滴定法测定)。脂肪酶浓度在4.5×10-3~9×10-1g/L范围内,解聚初速度与酶浓度成对数线性关系。N-羧甲基壳聚糖比壳聚糖更容易被脂肪酶解聚。  相似文献

The freeze-dried sprouts’ juice of Raphanus sativus (L.) cv. Sango was prepared and analysed for the first time. HPLC analysis of total isothiocyanates, after protein displacement, resulted in 77.8 ± 3.0 μmol/g of dry juice while GC–MS analysis of hexane and acetone extracts showed E- and Z-raphasatin (8.9 and 0.11 μmol/g, respectively) and sulforaphene (11.7 μmol/g), summing up to 20.7 ± 1.7 μmol/g of free isothiocyanates. Sprouts’ juice contained an unprecedented wealth of anthocyanins and a new fractionation methodology allowed us to isolate 34 mg/g of acylated anthocyanins (28.3 ± 1.9 μmol/g), belonging selectively to the cyanidin family. Analysis was performed by HPLC–PDA–ESI–MSn and extended to deacylated anthocyanins and aglycones, obtained, respectively, by alkaline and acid hydrolysis. This study identified 70 anthocyanins, 19 of which have never been described before and 32 of which are reported here in R. sativus for the first time. Sango radish sprouts are exceptional dietary sources of heath-promoting micronutrients.  相似文献

The simultaneous consumption of different classes of phytochemical antioxidants in the diet can result in more beneficial effects than when consumed alone. In the present study, the in vitro and in vivo antioxidative effects of espresso coffee brew (EC) (rich in chlorogenic acids) with added crude hazelnut skin phenolic extract (HSPE) from hazelnut skin waste (rich in flavonoids) were studied. Both post-brewing and pre-brewing phenolic-enriched espresso coffees (PE-ECs) were analysed for total phenols and screened for their in vitro antiradical ability. Moreover, the in vivo biological effect on the antioxidant potential of plasma in rats was evaluated. The PE-ECs showed increased both in vitro and in vivo antiradical activity proportional to the added HSPE. The in vivo experiments suggested that HSPE was much more antioxidant active than the phenolic fraction naturally contained in EC. Moreover, evidence of possible synergic effects of EC and HSPE phenolics was observed in vivo.  相似文献

According to EC Reg. 2073/2005, Food Business Operators must demonstrate the safety of fermented sausages by using different approaches based on physico‐chemical analyses, predictive microbiology and Microbial Challenge Test. The aim of the present study was to investigate the application of different ingredients related to product safety on the development of key hurdles in Mediterranean‐style dry fermented sausages as “Salsiccia Sarda”. Weight loss, pH and aw were evaluated as ripening monitoring tool. Predictive mathematical models to evaluate the survival of Listeria monocytogenes complemented the present study. The evolution of aw and weight loss to values capable to support product's safety was shown to be closely related and was validated as a simple and effective monitoring tool of the Critical Control Point ripening. Based on the fermented sausage characteristics, “Salsiccia Sarda” at the end of ripening is unable to support the growth of the pathogen.

Practical applications

The correlation between weight loss and aw was validated as a simple and effective monitoring tool of the CCP ripening. The inclusion of a flavour stabilizer based on hydrolyzed pork proteins showed some effects on the aw evolution: the use of this additive can bring benefits in terms of assuring a constant safety of the final products and addressing the needs of reducing the cost of production. The empirical application of the hurdle technology in the production of “Salsiccia Sarda” highlights the need for Food Business Operators (FBOs) to carefully evaluate the physico‐chemical properties of the products and to control the ripening stage more effectively ensuring the production of fermented sausages with aw and pH values than can support product's safety.  相似文献

The micro- and nano-technologies coupled with a deep knowledge of organic/inorganic interfaces guarantee an exceptional sensitivity and specificity of the sensor, while the lab-on-a-chip platform reduces assay times and limits sampling and/or sample preparation, providing compact and portable objects. Therefore, the development of innovative biosensors such as antibody-immobilized microcantilevers can overcome the evident limits of nowadays technologies, such as time consuming, expensiveness, difficult automation, low sensitivity, accuracy, and precision for quantitative methods. The present study proposes two device designs for the detection of food pathogens, exploiting an antibody-immobilized microcantilever biosensors, a novel class of mass detectors. For the first one, we integrated the mechanical sensors on a microfluidic platform (lab-on-a-chip) to perform online analysis, directly in liquid environment. We showed that our portable biosensors could easily detect the presence of pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella enterica serotype enteritidis in concentration 105 cfu/mL in just 40 min, without any enrichment and/or sample preparation. To increase the mass sensitivity of our analysis, we also fabricated microstructures optimized for vibrating in vacuum environment. Using a dip-and-dry technique, we showed that, in such configuration, the experimental limit of detection is as low as 103 cfu/mL. Due to the extremely small volumes needed, our biosensors operating in vacuum have the potentiality of detecting the presence or absence of a single cell.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The present research analyses the contribution of some lipid antioxidants to the antioxidant activity of lipophilic extracts from basil by an electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) study using the stable free radical 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). DPPH assay is considered an easy and accurate method with regard to measuring the antioxidant activity of plant extracts and EPR has already been employed to determine antioxidant activities of lipophilic plant extracts. RESULTS: Lipid extracts were obtained from basil grown hydroponically for 20 or 35 days from sowing and in soil for 35 days from sowing. Fast and slow rate constants were distinguishable in the decay kinetics of DPPH mixture added with lipid extract. Antioxidants with kinetics characterized by a fast decay rate were tocopherols and chlorophylls, whereas those characterized by a slow decay rate were carotenoids, among which were β‐carotene, lutein, β‐apo‐8′‐carotenal and zeaxanthin. The 20‐day hydroponically grown sample, which showed higher contents of tocopherol, chlorophyll and carotenoid molecules, was the sample endowed with the higher content of fast lipophilic antioxidants (FLA) and slow lipophilic antioxidants (SLA). CONCLUSION: The three samples showed different compositions of FLA and SLA, giving rise to different decay kinetics. Despite the differences, in all samples tocopherol contributed about 0.3% to the bulk of FLA, whereas the figure for chlorophyll was about 40%, evidencing the relevant but little‐studied role of chlorophyll as an antioxidant.
