Soybean lecithin transphosphatidylated phosphatidylserine (SB-tPS) was investigated for its effect on the impaired learning of a passive avoidance task by mice induced by scopolamine or cycloheximide. SB-tPS (240, 360, 480 mg/kg) administered orally significantly prolonged the step-through latency shortened by scopolamine. SB-tPS (240 mg/kg) administered orally also prolonged the step-through latency shortened by cycloheximide. These results suggest that the effect of SB-tPS on the impaired learning behavior may be related not only to the cholinergic system but also the serotonergic system. 相似文献

A side sealing structure including, outside a sealant, AlOx deposited using an atomic layer deposition apparatus was employed for a low‐frequency driving liquid crystal display (LCD) with a bezel width of 0.7 mm. This side‐sealing structure can effectively prevent the entry of external moisture. Prevention of decrease in voltage‐holding ratio was confirmed with a test cell having this structure. A narrow‐bezel LCD with c‐axis‐aligned a‐b‐plane‐anchored crystal In‐Ga‐Zn Oxide backplane can have long‐term high reliability as a low‐frequency driving LCD. 相似文献

A 13.3‐inch 8k4k organic light‐emitting diode display based on a newly developed high‐mobility indium–gallium–zinc–oxide material was fabricated. We have developed a polymer‐stabilized blue‐phase LCD in which the diffraction wavelength of blue‐phase liquid crystal is in the ultraviolet region and which is driven at a low voltage of V100 = 27 V. Prototypes of 3.4‐in polymer‐stabilized blue‐phase LCDs were made, which include a highly reliable crystalline oxide semiconductor. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), plates bonding repair method is one of the simple repair methods for cracked steel structures. In this study, the influence of width of CFRP plates on bending fatigue life of out-of-plane gusset joint strengthened with CFRP plates was investigated from the experimental and numerical point of view. In the bending fatigue test of cracked out-of-plane gusset joint strengthened with CFRP plates, the effect of width of CFRP plates on crack growth life was clarified experimentally. Namely, it was revealed that the crack growth life becomes larger with increasing the width of CFRP plates. In the numerical approach, the stress intensity factor (SIF) at the surface point of a semi-elliptical surface crack was estimated based on the linear fracture mechanics. Furthermore, the extended fatigue life of cracked out-of-plane gusset joint strengthened with CFRP plates was evaluated by using the estimated SIF at the surface point and the empirical formula of the aspect ratio of semi-elliptical crack. As the results of numerical analysis, the estimated fatigue life of the specimen strengthened with CFRP plates showed the good agreement with the test results. 相似文献

Single crystals of ternary borides ErRh3B (cubic,Pm3m), ErRh3B2 (monoclinic, C2/m) and ErRh4B4 (tetragonal, P42/nmc) have been grown from copper solution by slow cooling method. The electrical resistivity, oxidation resistivity and Vickers microhardness were studied. The electrical resistivities at room temperature of the (100) face of ErRh3B, (001) face of ErRh3B2 and (100) face of ErRh4B4 are 25.6 μΩ·cm, 50.0 μΩ·cm and 106.8 μΩ·cm, respectively. According to thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses, the oxidation of ErRh3B, ErRh3B2 and ErRh4B4 start at 1030°C, 373°C and 690°C, respectively. The weight gain of the same compounds after heating in air up to 1200°C is 0.7%, 15.44% and 5.4%, respectively. The values of the Vickers microhardness for the (100) face of ErRh3B, the (100) face of ErRh3B2 and the (110) face of ErRh4B4 are 4.8–5.0 GPa, 10.4–10.9 GPa and 10.9–11.3 GPa, respectively. The effect of boron content and crystal structure of each compound on the electrical resistivity, oxidation resistivity and Vickers microhardness are discussed. 相似文献
