Three types of mesoporous molecular sieves (silicate MCM-41, niobosilicate NbMCM-41, and aluminosilicate AlMCM-41) were impregnated with alkali metal acetates. The textural stability of the samples was estimated on the basis of XRD measurements and nitrogen adsorption/desorption methods. The acidic–basic properties of the obtained materials were tested in the cyclization of acetonylacetone and studied by FTIR spectroscopy after adsorption of methylacetylene (propyne) and pyridine. Two types of chemical reactions between mesoporous matrix and alkali metal salt/oxide were observed: the reaction between alkali metal salt and silica/silicate and the reaction between basic oxide and silanol groups or Na+ cations. In the first one the alkali metal silicate formation decreases from Li to Cs species and leads to the destruction of the material. The second reaction places alkali metal cations in extra framework positions, which increases from Li to Cs species and is only observed in the case of AlMCM-41 and NbMCM-41 materials. As a result of the second reaction Lewis acidity is generated. The average effect of these two interactions leads to the volcanic curve for basicity of M/AlMCM-41 and M/NbMCM-41 with the maximum for K-samples. In contrast, basicity of M/MCM-41 systematically increases from Li to Cs form since the second type of interaction does not occur for these samples. 相似文献

Na‐ion hybrid capacitors consisting of battery‐type anodes and capacitor‐style cathodes are attracting increasing attention on account of the abundance of sodium‐based resources as well as the potential to bridge the gap between batteries (high energy) and supercapacitors (high power). Herein, hierarchically structured carbon materials inspired by multiscale building units of cellulose from nature are assembled with cellulose‐based gel electrolytes into Na‐ion capacitors. Nonporous hard carbon anodes are obtained through the direct thermal pyrolysis of cellulose nanocrystals. Nitrogen‐doped carbon cathodes with a coral‐like hierarchically porous architecture are prepared via hydrothermal carbonization and activation of cellulose microfibrils. The reversible charge capacity of the anode is 256.9 mAh g?1 when operating at 0.1 A g?1 from 0 to 1.5 V versus Na+/Na, and the discharge capacitance of cathodes tested within 1.5 to 4.2 V versus Na+/Na is 212.4 F g?1 at 0.1 A g?1. Utilizing Na+ and ClO4? as charge carriers, the energy density of the full Na‐ion capacitor with two asymmetric carbon electrodes can reach 181 Wh kg?1 at 250 W kg?1, which is one of the highest energy devices reported until now. Combined with macrocellulose‐based gel electrolytes, all‐cellulose‐based quasi‐solid‐state devices are demonstrated possessing additional advantages in terms of overall sustainability. 相似文献

The Sulfolobus solfataricus, strain MT4, ß-glycosidase(Ssßgly) is a thermophilic member of glycohydrolasefamily 1. To identify active-site residues, glutamic acids 206and 387 have been changed to isosteric glutamine by site-directedmutagenesis. Mutant proteins have been purified to homogeneityusing the Schistosoma japonicum glutathione S-transferase (GST)fusion system. The proteolytic cleavage of the chimeric proteinwith thrombin was only obtainable after the introduction ofa molecular spacer between the GST and the Ssß-glydomains. The Glu387 Gin mutant showed no detectable activity,as expected for the residue acting as the nucleophile of thereaction. The Glu206 Gin mutant showed 10- and 60-fold reducedactivities on aryl-galacto and aryl-glucosides, respectively,when compared with the wild type. Moreover, a significant Kmdecrease with plo-nitrophenyl-ß-D-glucoside was observed.The residual activity of the Glu206 Gln mutant lost the typicalpH dependence shown by the wild type. The hyperphosphorylation of microtubule‐associated protein tau (tau) in the hippocampus can be caused by central and peripheral insulin resistance and these alterations are related to the development of tauopathies, such as Alzheimer's disease. In this study, we used a high‐fat diet to induce obesity and insulin resistance in adult Swiss mice and checked whether supplementation with Myrciaria jaboticaba berry peel for 10 weeks could improve insulin sensitivity, learning/memory performance, and prevent tau phosphorylation in the hippocampus. Furthermore, adipocytokines, inflammatory markers, and oxidative stress were assessed. Myrciaria jaboticaba peel has phenolic compounds (e.g., cyanidin, ellagic acid), dietary fiber and carotenoids, which contribute to great antioxidant capacity. Supplementation of the high‐fat diet with 4% M. jaboticaba peel prevented fat weight gain and reduced peripheral insulin resistance. The treated group also showed lower tau phosphorylation in the hippocampus corroborating better learning/memory performance in the Morris water maze test. Maintenance of neuronal viability, lower levels of hippocampal inflammatory markers, and improved brain antioxidant defenses were also related to the consumption of M. jaboticaba peel. These findings contribute to a better understanding of how a high‐fat diet supplemented with jaboticaba berry peel counteracts the impairment of cognitive functions caused by high‐fat diet intake and diet‐induced insulin resistance. 相似文献

The solubility of different ethyl esters derivatized from hake liver oil in supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. A selectivity
factor was used to determine optimal conditions to fractionate the ethyl ester mixture. A strong influence of solvent pressure
and temperature was observed within 8.63–18.04 MPa and 40–70 °C. The lowest total solubility of the ethyl ester mixture was
obtained when using supercritical carbon dioxide at the lowest density (the lowest pressure and the highest temperatures value
tested). The highest discrimination against long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (e.g. EPA and DHA) was also obtained at
these above conditions. Conversely, higher solubility and lower selectivity were obtained when solvent density increased.
Considering this inverse correlation between selectivity and solubility, a single-step batch-fractionation process was designed
to increase the 22:6 ethyl ester content from an initial value of 17.5% in the starting material to 55% in the final extract. 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the influence of a novel volume-stable collagen matrix (vCM) on early wound healing events including cellular migration and adhesion, protein adsorption and release, and the dynamics of the hemostatic system. For this purpose, we utilized transwell migration and crystal violet adhesion assays, ELISAs for quantification of adsorbed and released from the matrix growth factors, and qRT-PCR for quantification of gene expression in cells grown on the matrix. Our results demonstrated that primary human oral fibroblasts, periodontal ligament, and endothelial cells exhibited increased migration toward vCM compared to control cells that migrated in the absence of the matrix. Cellular adhesive properties on vCM were significantly increased compared to controls. Growth factors TGF-β1, PDGF-BB, FGF-2, and GDF-5 were adsorbed on vCM with great efficiency and continuously delivered in the medium after an initial burst release within hours. We observed statistically significant upregulation of genes encoding the antifibrinolytic thrombomodulin, plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1, thrombospondin 1, and thromboplastin, as well as strong downregulation of genes encoding the profibrinolytic tissue plasminogen activator, urokinase-type plasminogen activator, its receptor, and the matrix metalloproteinase 14 in cells grown on vCM. As a general trend, the stimulatory effect of the vCM on the expression of antifibrinolytic genes was synergistically enhanced by TGF-β1, PDGF-BB, or FGF-2, whereas the strong inhibitory effect of the vCM on the expression of profibrinolytic genes was reversed by PDGF-BB, FGF-2, or GDF-5. Taken together, our data strongly support the effect of the novel vCM on fibrin clot stabilization and coagulation/fibrinolysis equilibrium, thus facilitating progression to the next stages of the soft tissue healing process. 相似文献

The compositions of the essential oils of Rosmarinus officinalis L, Salvia lavandulifolia V and Lavandula latifolia M, obtained by steam distillation from plants cultivated in the northeast of Spain, have been studied by gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The essential oil of rosemary appears to be more complex and richer in flavour notes than other previously studied Spanish rosemary oils, and has an intermediate ratio of α-pinene and of 1,8-cineole in relation to essential oils of rosemary of different geographical origins, but higher proportions of camphor, verbenone and linalool. The essential oil of sage has proportions of 1,8-cineole, camphor, endo-borneol, trans-caryophyllene and α-humulene closer to commercial Salvia officinalis L than to other Spanish sages of different geographical locations, and the difference from commercial Salvia officinalis L is due principally to the higher ratio of terpene hydrocarbons and the lower proportion of thujone in the Spanish sage studied here. The essential oil of the spike lavender has the same main components and similar proportions as other Spanish wild and commercial spike lavender essen-tial oils, but shows differences in the nature of the minor components (rhodinol fraction). 相似文献

The metastable phase diagram of the BCC-based ordering equilibria in the Fe–Al–Mo system has been calculated via a truncated cluster expansion, through the combination of Full-Potential-Linear augmented Plane Wave (FP-LAPW) electronic structure calculations and of Cluster Variation Method (CVM) thermodynamic calculations in the irregular tetrahedron approximation. Four isothermal sections at 1750 K, 2000 K, 2250 K and 2500 K are calculated and correlated with recently published experimental data on the system. The results confirm that the critical temperature for the order–disorder equilibrium between Fe3Al–D03 and FeAl–B2 is increased by Mo additions, while the critical temperature for the FeAl–B2/A2 equilibrium is kept approximately invariant with increasing Mo contents. The stabilization of the Al-rich A2 phase in equilibrium with overstoichiometric B2–(Fe,Mo)Al is also consistent with the attribution of the A2 structure to the τ2 phase, stable at high temperatures in overstoichiometric B2–FeAl. 相似文献
