基于Web services的WebGISVisA体系结构研究与实现*

针对目前网络地理信息系统体系结构难以实现Internet环境下的异构空间信息的互操作问题,深入分析其主要原因,在对现有网络地理信息系统的三层体系结构进行深入分析的基础上,提出一种基于Web services的网络地理信息系统体系结构(Web-based geographical information services visualization architecture,WebGISVisA).WebGISVisA体系结构通过Web services对各个地理信息系统组件进行包装,实现各个组件的跨平台操作,从技术上使得客户端和服务端达到了负载平衡,完成了WebGIS三维的虚拟现实,实现了在Internet下空间数据互操作和跨平台的功能,最大限度地达到数据共享.     

Simulation study on the gasification process of Ningdong coal with iron-based oxygen carrier

Chemical looping gasification (CLG) of Ningdong coal by using Fe₂O₃ as the oxygen carriers (OCs) was studied, and the gasification characteristics were obtained. A computation fluid dynamics (CFD) model based on Eulerian‐-Lagrangian multiphase framework was established, and a numerical simulation the coal chemical looping gasification processes in fuel reactor (FR) was investigated. In addition, the heterogeneous reactions, homogeneous reactions and Fe₂O₃ oxygen carriers' reduction reactions were considered in the gasification process. The characteristics of gas flow and gasification in the FR were analyzed and it was found that the experiment results were consistent with the simulation values. The results show that when the O/C mole rate was 0.5:1, the gasification temperature was 900 ℃ and the water vapor volume flow rate was 2.2 ml·min^-1, the mole fraction of syngas reached a maximum value of the experimental result and simulation value were 71.5% and 70.2%, respectively. When the O/C mole rate was 0.5:1, the gasification temperature was 900 ℃, and the water vapor volume flow was 1.8 ml·min^-1; the gasification efficiency reached the maximum value was 62.2%, and the maximum carbon conversion rate was 84.0%.     

玻璃纤维分束器工艺技术改进研究与应用

为了降低玻璃纤维生产成本,提升分束纱产品质量,增加市场竞争优势,根据分束纱生产工艺线特点,从分束器设计开发及工艺技术调整应用方面进行攻关,研制开发出了特殊的拉丝分束装置,解决了拉丝过程中玻璃纤维在分束器处飞丝和浸润剂浪费的问题.     

The miR-106b/NR2F2-AS1/PLEKHO2 Axis Regulates Migration and Invasion of Colorectal Cancer through the MAPK Pathway

Increasing numbers of miRNAs have been observed as oncogenes or tumor suppressors in colorectal cancer (CRC). It was recently reported that hsa-miR-106b-5p (miR-106b) promoted CRC cell migration and invasion. However, there were also studies showing contradictory results. Therefore, in the present study, we further explore the role of miR-106b and its downstream networks in the carcinogenesis of CRC. We observed that the expression of miR-106b is significantly increased in Pan-Cancer and CRC tissues compared with normal tissues from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Furthermore, we used Transwell, Cell Counting Kit-8, and colony formation assays to clarify that miR-106b promotes the migratory, invasive, and proliferative abilities of CRC cells. For the first time, we systematically screened the target mRNAs and lncRNAs of miR-106b using TCGA database and the bioinformatics algorithms. Dual-luciferase reporter assay confirmed that NR2F2-AS1 and PLEKHO2 are the direct targets of miR-106b. Furthermore, NR2F2-AS1 acts as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) to regulate PLEKHO2 expression by sponging miR-106b. The results of Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and Western blot indicated that they play important roles in CRC progression by regulating MAPK pathway. Thus, miR-106b/NR2F2-AS1/PLEKHO2/MAPK signaling axis may suggest the potential usage in CRC treatment.     

Boron Nitride Nanosheets Strengthened PVA/Borax Hydrogels with Highly Efficient Self-Healing and Rapid pH-Driven Shape Memory Effect

Self-healing hydrogels often possess poor mechanical properties which largely limits their applications in many fields. In this work, boron nitride nanosheets are introduced into a network of the poly(vinyl alcohol)/borax (PVA/borax) hydrogels to enhance the mechanical properties of the hydrogel without compromising the self-healing abilities. The obtained hydrogels exhibit excellent mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 0.410 ± 0.007 MPa, an elongation at break of 1712%, a Young's Modulus of 0.860 ± 0.023 MPa, and a toughness of 3.860 ± 0.075 MJ m⁻³. In addition, the self-healing efficiency of the hydrogels is higher than 90% within 10 min at room temperature. Benefiting from the excellent self-healing properties, the shapeability of the hydrogel fragments is observed using different molds. In addition, the hydrogels display rapid pH-driven shape memory effects and can recover to their original shape within 260 s. Overall, this work provides a new approach to hydrogels with integrated excellent mechanical properties, self-healing abilities, and rapid pH-driven shape memory effects.     

蒽醌法合成过氧化氢催化剂的研究进展

过氧化氢（H₂O₂, 俗称双氧水）, 由于其强氧化性常用作漂白剂、消毒剂, 同时也作化工原料。目前工业上生产过氧化氢的主要方法为蒽醌法, 全球近99%的产品均通过蒽醌法制得。研究具有高活性、高选择性及经济性的催化剂是合成过氧化氢所面对的最具挑战性的课题, 同时也是工业催化领域的研究热点之一。主要针对蒽醌法制过氧化氢催化剂, 综述了各种活性组分、载体及助剂在蒽醌加氢催化剂中的研究进展, 并简单探讨了各种活性组分的优缺点, 概括了各种载体、助剂的作用, 以期对过氧化氢催化剂的合成制备提供一些有益的启示。     

PLC在六关节工业机器人控制中的设计应用

本文介绍了应用可编程控制器PLC对六关节工业机器人进行位置控制的方法及其软件硬件系统的设计与实现。     

CVD金刚石膜{100}取向在改进化学反应模型下生长的原子尺度模拟

建立了CVD金刚石膜{100}取向生长过程中的化学反应模型，表面吸附生长机制以沟槽处碳氢组元加入的机制为主，并用改进的KMC方法在原子尺度上模拟了该模型下（100）表面的生长过程，给出了衬底温度和甲基浓度等操作参数对膜质量的影响，结果表明，该化学反应模型能够较实际地揭示{100}取向CVD金刚石膜的生长。     

β晶型聚丙烯的研究进展

对近年来在β晶型聚丙烯(PP)形态结构，影响β晶型含量的因素，β晶型成核剂，β晶型转变及β晶型PP性能等方面的研究工作进行了综述。添加成核剂可得到高含量的β晶型。与α晶型相比，β晶型PP的球晶尺寸大幅度减小，晶粒细化，具有良好的抗冲击性能和较高的热变形温度。
