In this paper, we present an exhaustive study on the influence of resistive-open defects in pre-charge circuits of SRAM memories.
In SRAM memories, the pre-charge circuits operate the pre-charge and equalization at a certain voltage level, in general Vdd,
of all the couples of bit lines of the memory array. This action is essential in order to ensure correct read operations.
We have analyzed the impact of resistive-opens placed in different locations of these circuits. Each defect studied in this
paper disturbs the pre-charge circuit in a different way and for different resistive ranges, but the produced effect on the
normal memory action is always the perturbation of the read operations. This faulty behavior can be modeled by Un-Restored
Write Faults (URWFs) and Un-Restored Read Faults (URRFs), because there is an incorrect pre-charge/equalization of the bit
lines after a write or read operation that disturbs the following read operation. In the last part of the paper, we demonstrate
that the test of URWFs is more effective in terms of resistive defect detection than that of URRFs and we list the necessary
test conditions to detect them.

Occurrence of 2,4-dichlorophenol and of 2,4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol in the Rhone River Delta (Southern France) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The compounds 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) and 2,4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol (6-nitro-2,4-DCP) have been detected at microg L(-1) levels (10(-9)-10(-8) M) during the summer season 2005 in the water of the Rh?ne river delta. Compound 2,4-DCP would mainly derive from the transformation of the herbicide dichlorprop, heavily used in flooded rice farming (1400 kg in the delta region in 2005), in addition to being an impurity of the commercial herbicide. Field data show a fast concentration decrease of 2,4-DCP in the period June 21st to July 5th, accompanied by a corresponding increase of 6-nitro-2,4-DCP. This could imply a possible nitration process of 2,4-DCP into 6-nitro-2,4-DCP, with quite elevated yield (33%). Nitration of 2,4-DCP can be induced by photoproduced *NO2, the reaction kinetics (calculated in the presence of Fe(III) + nitrite under irradiation as model system) being d[6-nitro-2,4-DCP]/dt = 650 [2,4-DCP] [*NO2]. Interestingly, the yield of the process (38%) is similar to that suggested by field data. An indirect assessment of [*NO2] in surface water in different sites of the Rh?ne delta indicated that 2,4-DCP could be transformed into 6-nitro-2,4-DCP in a couple of weeks or less in the shallow water (10 cm depth) of the rice fields, a time scale that is compatible with field data. Photonitration of 2,4-DCP is thus a possible process to account for the occurrence of 6-nitro-2,4-DCP in the Rh?ne delta. 相似文献

Théodule Ribot taught philosophy before obtaining 2 doctoral degrees from the Sorbonne in 1873: 1 about David Hartley and 1 about hereditary factors in psychology. In order to study meiotic segregation of chromosome length polymorphism in yeast, we analysed the progeny of a cross involving two laboratory strains FL100trp and YNN295. Analysis of the parental strains led us to detect an important length polymorphism of chromosomes I and III in FL100trp. A reciprocal translocation involving 80 kb of the left arm of chromosome III and 45 kb of the right arm of chromosome I was shown to be the cause for the observed polymorphism in this strain. The characterization of the translocation breakpoints revealed the existence of a transposition hot-spot on chromosome I: the sequence of the translocation joints on chromosomes I and III suggests that the mechanism very likely involved homologous recombination between Ty2 transposable elements on each chromosome. Analysis of FL100, FL200 and FL100trp ura, which are related to FL100trp, shows that this reciprocal translocation is present in some of the strains of the FL series, whereas the parental strain FL100 does not carry the same rearrangement. We evidenced instead the duplication of 80 kb of chromosome III on chromosome I and a deletion of 45 kb of the right arm of chromosome I in this strain, indicating that secondary events might have taken place and that the strain currently named FL100 is not the common ancestor of the FL series. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

In this study, rDNA ITS restriction analysis was used to identify yeasts from two naturally fermented products: French ciders and black olives. In cider musts and bottled ciders, the PCR-RFLP method generated 15 different ITS/RFLP profiles for a total of 208 isolates. The predominant yeasts corresponded to Saccharomyces bayanus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lachancea cidri and Dekkera anomala. Three identified species: Candida sake, Candida tropicalis and Kluyveromyces marxianus had never been described before in ciders. For the black olive fermentation, the method allowed for identification of 11 profiles for a total of 137 isolates. A sequential apparition of yeasts was observed with Pichia anomala, Candida boidinii and Debaryomyces etchellsii being the predominant species. Four isolates did not correspond to any known species based on the sequencing of the D1/D2 region of the 26S rRNA gene. By using the rDNA ITS method, valuable information on yeast population biodiversity and dynamics in the naturally fermented food products studied was obtained. 相似文献

In the continuing challenge to find new routes to improve the performance of commercial lithium ion batteries cycling in alkyl carbonate-based electrolyte solutions, original designs, and new electrode materials are under active worldwide investigation. Our group has focused on the electrochemical behavior of a new generation of nanocomposite electrodes showing improved capacities (up to 3 times the capacity of conventional electrode materials). However, moving down to "nanometric-scale" active materials leads to a significant increase in electrolyte degradation, compared to that taking place within commercial batteries. Postmortem electrolyte studies on experimental coin cells were conducted to understand the degradation mechanisms. Structural analysis of the organic degradation products were investigated using a combination of complementary high-resolution mass spectrometry techniques: desorption under electron impact, electrospray ionization, and gas chromatography coupled to a mass spectrometer equipped with electron impact and chemical ionization ion sources. Numerous organic degradation products such as ethylene oxide oligomers (with methyl, hydroxyl, phosphate, and methyl carbonate endings) have been characterized. In light of our findings, possible chemical or electrochemical pathways are proposed to account for their formation. A thorough knowledge of these degradation mechanisms will enable us to propose new electrolyte formulations to optimize nanocomposite-based lithium ion battery performance. 相似文献

We report on the fabrication and characterization of gold nanoelectrodes with carefully controlled nanometer dimensions in a matrix of insulating silicon nitride. A focused electron beam was employed to drill nanopores in a thin silicon nitride membrane. The size and shape of the nanopores were studied with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and electron-energy-loss two-dimensional maps. The pores were subsequently filled with gold, yielding conically shaped nanoelectrodes. The nanoelectrodes were examined by atomic and electrostatic force microscopy. Their applicability in electrochemistry was demonstrated by steady-state cyclic voltammetry. Pores with a radii down to 0.4 nm and electrodes with radii down to 2 nm are demonstrated. 相似文献
