APPLICATION OF MOLECULAR ORBITAL THEORY TO ANALYSIS OF PHASE STABILITY FOR ALLOYS

The critical _d vahues ( _ ) of the γ/(γ+σ).γ/(γ+μ) and γ/(γ+γ') phase boundaries insome ternar alloy phase diagrams at various temperatures are calculated by averaging the _d values of sererai selected characteristic points at the phase boundaries.Approxmateequations for the temperature dependence of the critical _d of γ/(γ+σ).γ/(γ+μ) andγ/(γ+γ') phase boundaries are established.The accuracy of the analysis is discussed in detail.It is found for the first time that the average value of the bondorder _ at the phase boundaries ts also approximatelr a constant and therefore a criticalaverage bond order _ like - can be introduced for the analysts of phase stability     

外啮合齿轮泵传动轴设计的参数化研究

利用UG软件提供的表达式和优化模块，能一次成功地优化出外啮合齿轮泵传动轴和联接花键的基本参数，从而避免了传统的“先试算后校核再调整”的做法。进而利用UG软件的主模型功能，可以很方便地实现上述设计的完全参数化，所得结果与已有结果比较吻合。     

冷却条件对超级钢钨极氩弧焊焊接接头组织性能的影响

采用钨极氩弧焊焊接方法对400MPa级超级钢进行焊接，并对焊后空冷和水冷两种冷却条件下的焊接接头进行了组织性能分析。研究结果表明，水冷条件下，其接头的综合力学性能要优于空冷条件，可以应用与实际生产。     

Morphological Forms of α-Alumina Particles Synthesized in 1,4-Butanediol Solution

Phase-pure, monodispersed, hexagonal plates of single-crystal α-alumina (∼ 2 μm wide and ∼0.5 μm thick) have been prepared via precipitation by treating an aluminum hydrous oxide precursor in 1,4-butanediol at 300°C under autogenous vapor pressure. Present work shows that KOH is the only reagent that precipitates an aluminum hydrous oxide precursor suitable to synthesize α-alumina in 1,4-butanediol solution. In contrast, the use of NaOH or NH₄OH as the precipitating reagent for the precursor material does not yield the alpha phase. The solution pH at which the precursor materials are precipitated is also a critical factor for the formation of α-Al₂O₃. Phase-pure α-alumina powders were also only synthesized from the aluminum hydrous oxide precursors precipitated in the pH range from 10 to 10.5. The results of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy indicate that longer reaction times promote the phase transformation from the intermediate boehmite phase to α-alumina. The complete transformation from boehmite to α-alumina requires reaction times of about 12 h.     

黄原酸钾含量的示波滴定

报道了用示波滴定法测定黄原酸钾含量 ,在 p H5～ 6的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲底液中 ,加入四苯硼钠 ( Na- TPB)沉淀 K+ ,过量的 Na- TPB用氯化四乙基铵标准溶液滴定 ,滴至 Na- TPB示波图切口消失为终点 ,终点直观敏锐 ,方法快速简便 ,准确度、精密度均高。标准加入回收率在 99.8%～1 0 0 .2 % ,RSD<0 .2 %     

催化光度返滴定法测定痕量锰的特性及应用

研究了催化光度返滴定微量锰的原理,拟定了反应的最佳条件,建立了测定微量锰的新方法。该法线性范围为1×10-7～1×10-5mol·L-1,具有较高的灵教度和准确度.用于测定人发中的微量锰(Ⅱ),结果令人满意。     

我国电机保护现状与发展趋势

电动机的保护在企业生产中是非常重要的一项内容，其保护方式及过程有一定的规范要求，其发展趋势要遵循可靠、稳定的原则。     

高沸点溶剂法合成原乙酸三甲酯

对低沸点溶剂法制备原乙酸三甲酯工艺进行了改进，比较了煤油、2-乙基己醇、氯苯、异佛尔酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙二醇二丁醚等高沸点溶剂对反应的影响，筛选出最优高沸点溶剂煤油：研究了新反应体系的醇解pH值、溶剂的循环使用次数对反应的影响及溶剂循环损耗率，结果表明，醇解的最佳pH值为5．6；随着溶剂循环次数增加，原乙酸三甲酯收率从83．6％(1次)逐渐下降到76．7％(16次)；溶剂次平均损耗率4．6％。实现了直接蒸馏产品，溶剂循环使用的新工艺。避免了旧工艺先蒸溶剂，后蒸产品，产品大量分解，收率低等缺点。     

Blends of chlorinated isotactic polypropylene with poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate) II. Phase studies of the miscible blends

By measuring T_g, T_m and T_c (cloud point) phase diagrams for the four miscible blends of chlorinated isotactic polypropylenes (chlorine content 39.2 (CPP-40) and 49.8 wt.-% (CP-50)) with Poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate)s (vinyl acetate contents 40 (EVA-40) and 45 wt.-% (EVA-45)) were investigated. The blend of CPP-50 with EVA-40 was the most compatible of the four blend pairs.     

氧化石墨相氮化碳吸附水中U(VI)的性能与机理研究

本试验采用酸刻蚀及氧化处理制备了氧化氮化碳（OCN）纳米材料，探究了OCN对水中U(VI)的吸附-解吸性能。考察了溶液pH，温度，OCN投加量，反应时间U(VI)初始浓度等影响因素对OCN吸附U(VI)的影响，并探讨了吸附机制。试验结果表明，OCN对U(VI)有良好的吸附效果，在pH为5，30℃，U(VI)的初始浓度为10mg/L，OCN的投加量为200mg/L时，OCN对U(VI)吸附率达98.9%，比未改性的石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)吸附U(VI)的性能提高了约30%，吸附反应在10min即到达吸附平衡。pH是影响OCN吸附U(VI)的重要影响因素，温度等因素对U(VI)的吸附影响较小。拟二级动力学方程和Langmuir模型很好地拟合了吸附过程，OCN对U(VI)的吸附过程为自发的吸热过程。吸附解吸实验结果表明OCN具有良好的重复利用性，作为一种高性能吸附剂在含U(VI)废水处理方面拥有广阔的应用前景。
