苯甲醇在铂和钯电极上的电化学反应活性研究

为研究电极性能对苯甲醇（BA）反应活性的影响,用差示电化学质谱分析（DEMS）和循环优安法对0．1mol/L HCIO4中的2mmol/L苯甲醇在铂和钯电极上的电化学反应进行了研究。挥发性产物的在线质谱分析显示,苯甲醇和这些金属相互作用,部分离解成苯。CO2是检测出来的唯一一种氧化产物。相应的质谱信号显示出3种不同的组成。用伏安扫描时发现,每种组成的范围强烈依赖于电极性质,但以钯为电极时,每种组成的范围也随着伏安扫描时的电极电势范围的变化而变化。在电解还原过程中,铂和钯表现出不同的催化活性,在铂电极上发生分子的氢解和芳环的氢化作用,而在钯电极上芳环的氢化作用很少发生。     

Drag reduction from fences on a square prism near plane wall

The suppression of fluid force acting on a square prism near a plane wall was studied by attaching fences to the corners of the prism. The height of the fences was 10% of the square width and the Reynolds number considered was Re=2.0×10⁴. The experimental parameters were the attachment location and number of fences, the gap ratio G/B (G/B=0.1∼1.2) to the prism. The average drag coefficients were increased and the average lift coefficients decreased and increased with the gap ratios toward the plane wall. The drag of the prism was reduced by 7.6% on average with the gap ratios by attaching a normal fence at the upper rear corner and a horizontal fence at the lower rear corner of the prism. By conducting a visualization experiment, it was noticed that the vertical fence installed at the upper rear edge generated a clock-wise vortex past the fence and reduced the separation region.     

Datenschutz im Web 2.0 am Beispiel des sozialen Tagging-Systems BibSonomy

Soziale Tagging-Systeme geh?ren zu den in den vergangenen Jahren entstandenen Web2.0-Systemen. Sie erm?glichen es Anwendern, beliebige Informationen in das Internet einzustellen und untereinander auszutauschen. Je nach Anbieter verlinken Nutzer Videos, Fotos oder Webseiten und beschreiben die eingestellten Medien mit entsprechenden Schlagw?rtern (Tags). Die damit einhergehende freiwillige Preisgabe oftmals pers?nlicher Informationen wirft Fragen im Bereich der informationellen Selbstbestimmung auf. Dieses Grundrecht gew?hrleistet dem Einzelnen, grunds?tzlich selbst über die Preisgabe und Verwendung seiner pers?nlichen Daten zu bestimmen. Für viele Funktionalit?ten, wie beispielsweise Empfehlungsdienste oder die Bereitstellung einer API, ist eine solche Kontrolle allerdings schwierig zu gestalten. Oftmals existieren keine Richtlinien, inwieweit Dienstanbieter und weitere Dritte diese ?ffentlichen Daten (und weitere Daten, die bei der Nutzung des Systems anfallen) nutzen dürfen. Dieser Artikel diskutiert anhand eines konkreten Systems typische, für den Datenschutz relevante Funktionalit?ten und gibt Handlungsanweisungen für eine datenschutzkonforme technische Gestaltung.     

Anpassung des Sozialdatenschutzes

Der Bundesgesetzgeber hat in einer ersten Runde das allgemeine Sozialdatenschutzrecht im Juli 2017 an die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung angepasst. Die Anpassung des spezifischen Sozialdatenschutzrechts steht bevor. Der Beitrag untersucht, welcher Anpassungsbedarf besteht, welche Anpassungen bereits erfolgt sind, welche Kritik an diesen Anpassungen berechtigt ist, welche Spielräume der Gesetzgeber hat und wie er diese für die künftigen Anpassungen des spezifischen Sozialdatenschutzrechts nutzen kann.     

Kontinuität oder Innovation?

Die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung etabliert kein einheitliches Datenschutzrecht in der Europäischen Union, sondern eine Ko-Regulierung des Datenschutzes durch Union und Mitgliedstaaten. Der Beitrag untersucht, welche Spielräume die Verordnung den Gesetzgebern in Bund und Ländern zur Anpassung des bereichsspezifischen Datenschutzrechts gibt, und prüft, wie diese ihre Spielräume nutzen.     

Gehalte an stabilen Sauerstoff-Isotopen in Wasser von Apfelsaftkonzentrat als Kriterium für den Nachweis einer Zuckerung

Using a modified method for the determination of the¹⁸O/¹⁶O ratio in water the δ¹⁸O values for authentic apple juice concentrates (70 °Brix) of known origin, for industrially produced invert sugar syrups, for commercial apple juice concentrates, and for spiked apple juice concentrates have been measured. The δ¹⁸O values for the authentic apple juice concentrates were correlated to the δ¹⁸O values of the related pressed (single strenght) apple juices and to the sugar content of the concentrates in °Brix. The results for the samples were compared to and evaluated together with the δ¹³C values for the sugars. Concluding from the results, a minimum value for authentic apple juice concentrate of 0 to 1%., depending on the regional origin of the material, is suggested, while the determination of the δ¹⁸O value of apple juice concentrate is preferably used in addition to the already well known methods on the basis of stable isotope measurement.     

Determination of Panthenol, Cholecalciferol and Tocopherol in Cosmetic Products by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in SIM Mode

A novel simple method to detect vitamins in cosmetic products by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) has been developed. Three vitamins (panthenol, cholecalciferol and tocopherol) were used for this study. Vitamins were prepared by dissolving in tetrahydrofuran (ThF), and silylated with bis-trimethylsilyltri-fluoroacetamide- trichloromethylsilane (BSTFA). Silylated vitamins were separated on a fused-silica capillary column coated with DB-5. The identification of each vitamin was accomplished by retention time and mass spectrum library search with a computer, and the quantitation was made in the selected-ion monitoring (SIM) mode of GC-MS. SIM mode had given sensitivity to determine 50 pg of panthenol, 285 pg of cholecalciferol and 130 pg of tocopherol. Linearity was maintained over the range 0.005-0.20% for each vitamin. Each cosmetic product (i.e. hair tonic and lotion) was found to contain amounts of the vitamins. This method was sensitive and gave 77.5-99.9% recovery of each vitamin from these cosmetic products. From these results, we concluded that silylation with BSTFA followed by GC-MS analysis allows the simple, convenient and exact determination of panthenol, cholecalciferol and tocopherol.
