时间数字转换器(Time-to-Digital Converter,TDC)是一种将连续时间信号转换为数字信号输出的器件,是飞行时间(TOF)激光雷达中的关键部件.在利用计数器粗采样和多相位内插细采样的传统结构上,设计了一种基于相位内插的双级粗细结合型时间数字转换电路,并增加了双回波接收通路来接收多脉冲回波信号,在此基础上设计了一款17通道多路TDC系统芯片.芯片采用CMOS 0.11 μm工艺设计,版图面积为0.6 mm×3 mm.后仿真结果显示,在1.2 V电源下其功耗小于100 mW,单输入精度平均值为51.7 ps,动态范围为3.4 μm,且线性度良好.该TDC芯片适用于飞行时间脉冲激光雷达的信号计时.  相似文献

Two multielectron atoms with valence bond have been considered. Oscillations of the valence electron were determined with due regard for the influence of two nuclei and electron gas. The resonance frequencies were determined with due regard for the gradient induction forces of electric field. The electric equivalent circuit has been found. The crystal structure of InSb[111]A/B surfaces shows that this structure is polarized.This means that the surfaces of InSb[111]A and InSb[111]B contain two different crystallized directions and they have different physical and chemical properties.Experiments were carried out on the InSb[111]A/B surfaces,showing that tartaric acid etchant could create a very smooth surface on the InSb[111]B without any traces of oxides and etch pit but simultaneously create etch pit on InSb[111]A surfaces.After lapping and polishing,some particles remained on the InSb[111]B surface,they could not be removed easily by standard cleaning process and if these particles remain on the surface of the substrate,the growth layer was not uniform and some island-like regions were observed.The purpose of this work is to remove these particles on the InSb[111]B surface.Some morphology images of both surfaces,InSb[111]A/B,will be presented.  相似文献

In this study, an attempt to investigate the role of isothermal aging on the microstructure and dry sliding wear behavior of Co–28Cr–5Mo–0.3C alloy was made. Regarding the results, it is clear that isothermal aging at 850 °C for 8 and 16 h contributed to the formation of lamellar type carbides (γ-fcc + M23C6) at the grain boundary regions. Moreover, at higher aging times (24 h), the lamellar type carbides decreased whereas severe precipitation of carbides was found to occur on the stacking faults. Furthermore, according to X-ray diffraction results, 24 h isothermal aging of solution treated specimens did not lead to complete fcc → hcp transformation. The wear properties of as-cast and heat treated samples were determined at 0.5 ms−1 speed several under normal applied loads such as 50, 80, and 110 N. At the lowest load applied (50 N), isothermally aged specimens for 8 and 16 h have higher wear resistance probably due to more volume fraction of lamellar-type carbides when compared to as-cast for both 4 and 24 h aged specimens. But, at higher applied loads (80 and 110 N) due to the formation of adhesive oxide layer on the as-cast specimen surface, the wear rate of as-cast samples is lower compared with all heat treated specimens.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction peak broadening analysis showed that performing a proper heat treatment between the twist extrusion passes of commercially pure copper decreased the coherent domain size and increased the microstrain. Moreover, SEM micrographs illustrated that annealed material contained new formed grains that could not grow due to lack of sufficient time. Under such circumstances, the ultimate strength was elevated about 45 MPa. The deformed material showed texture of simple shear deformation, changing by applying the post annealing.  相似文献

The reducing roasting of the titanium-containing concentrates of deposit Tsentral’noe is studied over a wide range of operating conditions to develop a new technology of processing to exclude melting in an electric furnace. The roasting products are investigated by scanning electron microscopy and electron-probe microanalysis. The structure of the forming cinder and its phase composition are considered as functions of the reducing agent content and the roasting temperature. Optimum roasting conditions are proposed for roasting used as the main stage of the proposed technology.  相似文献

A balance model of replenishment permits stabilization of the composition of the sand-bentonite mixtures produced from local quartz sand and bentonite clay in the serial production of cast-iron forgings.
